of the past I left behind?
You make the faces in the wind
howl their stinging reprimand,
Why must you remind
of the light I failed to find?
Complete blindness without a spark
forged my chains within the dark,
Why must you remind
of the angel who was so kind?
The warmth of fire in her eyes
only hastened her burning demise,
Why must you remind
of the voice that would always grind?
The words of a snake that learned to bark
never failed to find their mark,
Why must you remind
of the soul that has resigned?
The one person who I cannot see
the one person who is me.

I can hear your laugh.
I can smell your skin.
I can see your smile when I close me eyes.
I can't help it.
I can feel your arms around me.
I can taste the sweetness of the kiss i imagine is yours.
I just can't help it!

Are you there?
In the darkest shadows,
Can you hear my plea?
I know that you are a fallen angel, fallen from Nyx's side.
Enprisoned in this earthy cave!
I can set you free!
Just give me a sign that you can hear me!
Kalona, you are my fallen immortal!
I will release you and you feathery beasts!
We shall all be free.
Free from this wasteland we call home!
I have the power, just say you hear me.
I hear you, now release me unto this world!

Chapter 4: Everybody Has a Shady Side
**Beginning of 3rd Period Passing Time**
Misty made some last adjustment to her light blue blouse and denim lace skirt before stepping out through the girl's locker room door that lead into the hallways. Misty lost in her train of thoughts due to the bet; Misty did not realize that Gary and Ash were waiting against the wall. Misty finally noticed Gary and Ash when she heard few of the girls in front of her squealing and giggling.
"Like oh my gawd its Gary! And Ash is with him too! I wonder who they are waiting for this time. I hope Gary's waiting for me." One girl said to her friend.
'This time? Geez is this like a daily thing for them? And what's with these girls drooling over that playboy

It is precisely eight o' clock in the morning.
He opens his eyes, which are bloodshot and seemingly pupil-less. The youth sits up and yawns, looking around. The walls are still yellow and soft. He still has these weird unbreakable bandages around his upper body.
Yet he still laughs every day, maybe ten too many times.
He sees a few faces at the glass on the side and his omniscient smile widens. He hasn't really seen anybody for a while.
The boy jumps up and dashes across the padded room towards the glass, crashing into it with a thud right in front of a girl with short hair. Her name is Nya.
Her sympathetic gaze rests on the white-clad, bruised, broken nindroid. She doesn't say anything. Her ebony bangs cover her eyes again, shielding them from the boy's sight.
He doesn't seem to feel the pain from the hit as he springs up and presses his face to the glass, almost as if trying to so desperately break out and maybe hug Nya.
She silently uses her finger to trace the long, jagged c

only used when needed from time to time
I'd get you tipsy, as stars collide
Your drunk, slurred words
blending in with mine
(I couldn't even comprehend
when you said it wouldn't happen again)
I think I was your cigarette break
when anxiety filled,
from me, you'd take
One puff here, and one puff there
(I could barely hear
when you said, "I'm sorry, dear")
I think I was your line of cocaine,
thinking I'd be there to ease your pain
I'd bring you higher,
head suspended in clouds
(So I knew it was fake,
when you said, "It was my mistake")
I think I was your bad habit,
and ignorantly, you were mine
You continue to relapse, my dear
But rest assured:
I won't this time.

I can't be more pleased when you look at us, and tell us that in each of us,
in our veins that we want to cut open,
in our bones that we have broken,
in the wounds that we have mended,
and that in our feet that are two sizes too big,
that we all have a little bit of stardust in us.
It reminds me, that I can in fact love someone for who they are, all their words, and all of ones grins and laughs, and French.
How you always say, there is a little bit of worm in you, and look at that in your brain, what used to be a fly is floating in there. You say that with enthusiasm, like there was something good in that.
In all of us.
And you always talk about your children in that reminiscing way, like they have died.
I hope you find what you are looking for in this place, because I believe you deserve it.
You are everything I would like in a friend, and I don’t understand why she would do that to you.
But then again, it’s nice to break a perfect person’s heart, ain't i

You stared at him with a straight face, but on the inside, confusion swirled around. You were clueless to what happened, and part of you wanted to know what drove him to do such a thing. Yet part of you didn't; you were afraid of knowing. Maybe it was apart of a plan he came up with to break you, to push you to your limit and just give up. In other words, to get you to kill yourself.
A wave of shivers was sent up your spine. He wanted you to get comfortable with him, and in the end, when he doesn't need you anymore, he'll throw you away, backstab you. Another wave of shivers was sent up as the thought aroused to you. Considering all the odds of him ever softening up to you, you felt that it was best to not grow attached to him.
After five minutes, the cellphone was still in his hands. Occasionally, he would smile and laugh, which made you wonder what amused him. But your mind didn't linger on the subject; it wandered to more school-like matters. When will you two begin studying? Whatev

for believing you
You said you were an angel
and I ate up your lies
like they were candy
Now I'm falling
falling too hard
pavement coming up too fast
Why couldn't you play the angel
The one you said you were
Anything but let me fall
You just watched me plummet
The little porcelain doll
cast away when it no longer amused you
With your velvet lies binding me
Your broken ended promises
Bringing me farther down
And as I looked up
I could swear I saw horns
Right where your halo
Should have been

The crowds are roaring, but I hear nothing. The only sound is the echoing beat of my heart thumping in my chest.
The final battle. It's finally here.
I have defeated the Pokemon Leagues of many regions, becoming the Champion in each.
It is time to begin. My opponent and I stand in the center of the arena. I look straight into his eyes as we shake hands.
I have defeated 32 Gym Leaders, and eight more Frontier Brains.
They are the eyes of my equal.
I have saved the world from numerous attempts at world domination, conquering many criminal organizations along the way.
I stand back, and so does he. I don't even look at my belt to see which Pokeball my hands rest on. I know each one by their place, their feel.
I have gained the powers of fire, ice and lightning from capturing the deities of each.
I send out my Pokemon, and he sends out his. Within moments we are given the signal to begin, and attacks of fire and lightning clash i

"How long has it been?"
"Only a week. How's the internship?"
"Boring, but I'm learning a lot. I want to come home. I miss you."
"Is the weather in Phoenix nice?"
"No, it's too hot. I miss you."
"Are you having fun, at least?"
"Not really. I miss you."
"I miss you, too, but I thought we already established that."
"I know. It just...feels like half of my body is back home, sleeping in bed next to you."
"I just looked under the covers. Nothing's there, I promise."
"You know what I meant."
"You're right, I do. I'll let you in on a secret, though."
"I'll be gone one day, and you'll be alone."
"Wow, some secret..."
"No, listen. Right now, there are seven billion people on the planet. Some had their funerals today. Some got married. Some had birthday parties and so on and so on. Out of all the planets, solar systems, galaxies, and universes still unknown to mankind, we met each other. Out of everybody, I chose you and you chose me."
