Summary: Molly tells Sherlock's story in fairytale form to the children in paediatrics
Warning: Post-Reichenbach feels in the end.
A dark and gruesome afternoon after an accident involving 13 cars, resulting in 7 deaths and 9 injured, Molly Hooper found herself at the end of her shift. The young woman tossed the gloves she had been using into the trash, shoving her labcoat into her backpack as she made her way through the double doors leading to sweet freedom.
The rain made odd patterns on the large windows in the hallway and the silence was deafening in inexplicable ways. A steady ringing sounded through her ears, a result of talking to co-workers with the radio on one minute, and walking in complete silence the next with only her footsteps to provide reassuring sounds.
Before she would make her way home to indulge herself in soap series, take-away dinner and her cats, she made a note to stop by paediatrics, just like she normally did. The chance that she woul

It was raining outside. I could hear the raindrops on my bedroom window. Today was the day of the Reaping. I wasn't nervous at all. Ever since I turned 12 and I could have been chosen for the annual Hunger Games, everyday I go running until I feel that my legs can't hold me anymore. Then I start training for my upper body lift waits, do pushups. I can't accept the fact that I may not only die if I get chosen, but my whole family would be watching. Shocking, isn't it?
This morning I felt emptier then ever. I just turned 17 around three months ago, and I feel that my chances of entering the games are escaping from me. It's not like I want to get chosen. But it would be nice to do nothing all day and not have to worry about the consequences. Everyday I have to get up and go to work with my father. He is almost 40 years old and I'm getting worried about him. The fact that we have 3 more mouths to feed my

Today I died and I never got to tell my best friend I am sorry for everything I've put him through.
Today I died and I never got to tell my boyfriend that I want us to be the cute old couple walking down the street holding hands.
Today I died and I never got to tell my future children how much I love them.
Today I died and I never got to say goodbye.
If I had survived for ten minutes longer it may have been the most painful ten minutes of my life, but I beg to have them. The pain is nothing in comparison to the agony of not saying everything I should've said.
Mom, I love going to bingo with you during the week. You have the biggest heart, a generous soul, and a loving nature. Life hasn't been easy for you, and I know I sometimes I ignore that. I'm so sorry Mom. You've given me such a warm and caring upbringing that it's hard for me to remember that you had to do without when you were

The floor was firm and cold, the feeling had reminded them of a hospital examination table. Thoughts of pain, needles and death filled their minds. Then the smell swirled into their nostrils - urine and blood; it was if someone had emptied their diseased bladder here.
Jack was the first to awaken, lifting himself with both hands, turning and then, as he got on his knees, he stood among the bodies. He counted. "One, Two, Three . . ." his voice trailed off and when he turned around there was lovely tanned girl staring at him.
It had scared him; perhaps anything at the moment would have jolted him. "Hmph," he sucked in lots of air and his arms reached for his heart, clutching. She smiled back.
"Name's Mendy," her arm was stretched out in front of her. "What's yours?"
He was amazed that the first question he had heard was about who he was and not about where they were. "Jack, Jack Barrera," he then quickly shifted the question to something more important - Prioritize Jack he thought

I looked at his blue eyes. They poured satisfaction as he gave me the news. For some reason, my chest felt heavy. I should be happy to find out; I don't have to be with Arthur, but I felt sad that Arthur was only using me as a host. Francis took out a small jar, which contained water in it. He took a sip and offered, but I declined it politely.
"So, __________, you still want to bear his children?"
"I never did!" I growled. Francis chuckled, and placed the jar back into the basket.
"Well, if you don't accept Arthur as your partner, you will have others waiting on your doorstep." He winked.
"What are you talking about, Priest-Faker?" I sneered.
"You powerful host have other vampires after you. You go into a type of season, where your will-power is great. You know about Feli and Lutz, oui?" I nodded, "Well, before we knew Feli was Lutz's host, you received a huge amount of atta

How to make Muffin-Tin PiesHow to make Muffin-Tin Pies3 years ago in Reviews & Guides More Like This
This is a really fun recipe I use for the Holidays and parties! ^-^
The steps listed below will make approximately one/one-and-a-half batches of twelve mini mixed-berry pies. Just use a regular muffin tin, and you can use paper muffin cups if you like, but if you don't I recommend spraying the ENTIRE muffin tin (not just the cups) before putting in the dough to help them come out easier.
The Oven will need to be pre-heated to 350 degrees before the pies can go in the oven.
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 cup shortening (I generally use Crisco)
3/4 cup butter (chilled)
6 Tablespoons of ice water
Making the dough:
1.) Cut up butter into medium-sized cubes and return it to the refrigerator for later use.
2.) Cut up the shortening and drop in chunks into a bowl of ice water.
3.) In a separate bowl (large), combine flour, sugar and salt and then mix well.
3.) After they are chilled, remove the shortening from ice water, the but

That night was long and grueling. Outside the castle, icy winds howled and rattled windows, snow drifting in streets and settling on rooftops. Gumball would never have made the call to Doctor Prince this late and under this weather if it wasn't a life-threatening emergency. And it was. Within minutes the royal staff had gathered and the collapsed king was rushed to the palace ICU meant to be used only in cases of dire need such as this. No one dared question why it was the prince ran alongside the gurney as it was wheeled into the hospital wing. No one dared question why Gumball paced anxiously outside while Doctor Prince and his medical team assessed the damage to the unconscious young man and did all they could to save his life.
Truly the pink teen was shaken; never did he think that Marshall Lee the Vampire King could possibly be brought to his knees, and yet the deathless royal's life seemed very fragile all of a sudden. It made the candy prince nearly sick with worry an
brief Philosophy on EqualityAphorism: On Equalitybrief Philosophy on Equality4 years ago in Philosophical More Like This
Those who believe in equality believe it exists in two ways: 1) everything and everyone is equal, without exception and without limitation (except with some exceptions and limitations) or 2) "we are all equal, but some of us are more equal than others." (1) is self-defeating and (2) is simply honest dishonesty.
But I wonder in what way we mean "equality." Is it quantity and quality? Is it the number of choices? If so, then clearly we are unequalsome live longer, some have more options to choose from, some simply know a larger range for a singular problem. Is it quality? Perhaps not. If we claim that "he has made the better choice" at what point do we devalue such comparatives. At what point does "better" mean nothing?
If we use such a value, such as 'good,' 'beautiful,' or 'fine' what have we just committed ourselves to? There are some who will relate it to something completely temporal: 'if this things makes me happy, satisfied, confused, mystified just now

The waiting room was freezing cold. A handful of people were huddled in a corner like Eskimos round a fire, bundled up with heavy jackets and wool shawls. Another couple were hunched over in their chairs, asleep. All were silent, breathing, and barely existing.
A trembling mass of fabric was curled up on one of the seats. It was sniffling and a red nose tip poked out of one of the folds. Suddenly, the whole bundle shot up. The blushing nose tip was now accompanied by rosy cheeks and red rimmed eyes.

"Will you please sit?" the man she'd awoken grumbled.
She mumbled an apology and reclaimed her seat. Bouncing
