EnglandXReader: Meet me at the libraryYou waltzed through the bookshelves of the library that you found while in your vacation in London. You've always enjoyed books and seeing a large selection like this made your heart flutter. You walked over to the (favorite type of genre) section and searched for your favorite book. It didn't take you too long to find it though. When you went to go take the book off of the shelf, it wouldn't budge. 'How odd...', you though and tried again. Alright, this book did not want to move. This began to frustrate you. You put your foot against the shelf and pulled with all of your might.
"Why in the bloody hell won't this book move?!", a voice yelled from the other side. You let go of the book and it flew to the other aisle in the hands of a Brit. He hit his head on the shelf behind him and fell to the floor. He had shag

Week after week, you worked hard on your papers and studies. There was a lot more work being an Undeclared ((you don't have a major yet)) than you had originally thought. On the up side, midterms were over; meaning that you were half way through your second semester of college. Your grades were decent (according to you), but they could be better.
“Aaaaaaaagh...” you groaned. You slapped the notebook with your notes on to your desk and leaned back in your chair. “This is pointless. When am I ever going to use this in real life?”
“It's just a general requirement,” said Lili from her desk. Elizabeth was laying on your bed, flipping through her math book.
“Yeah.... It's a stupid requirement if you ask me,” commented Elizabeth nonchalantly. “They give us these courses in order to weed us out. That's how this institution makes money.” She had a point. The cost for tuition nowadays were ridicules.

Her pale and thin hand laid loosely in England's. Her breathing ragged and rasped, she slept in the hospital bed. England had pulled all possible strings and used all kinds of connections, now she had a room for herself and got more attention and better care, warmer sheets and softer pillows. But no one could do a thing against what ate her life up, ate her remaining time. He kept the sobs at bay, not wanting to wake her, though he longed to see her (e/c) eyes. But she needed the rest, so he simply put a flat and dull (h/c) strand of hair away from her sunken cheek, his hand shaking badly.
He still remembered her differently. He remembered times when her radiant (e/c) eyes would sparkle and glimmer with joy and her glossy (h/c) locks would move with her gracefully.
He choked back a sob and put his free hand above his mouth, his other one still grasping hers. It was kinda his fault, that she lay there – helpless, dying.
Before he could remember the exact happenings, the door slowl

After a long way, you finally reached his house. It was a very sunny day, so he would normally be in his garden or on his porch drinking tea and reading a book. You looked everywhere, but he wasn't anywhere in sight. Maybe he was at the store or God knows where. It was weird that you hoped he wouldn't be with a girl. Looks like someone is jelly, huh? You were going to face palm yourself when you heard a familiar voice. It was Arthur! The question was where was he?
"Up here, love!" you looked up and saw him on the balcony taking care of his flowers. Damn! You forgot that he h

It was peaceful. Not for the first time, of course. She had often stood up here in the silence of the predawn or was it past dusk? Or midday? In the realm where time's arrow existed in all places all at once, her mind simply could not comprehend it all. Trying to mark the passage of time was like trying to catch a shadow in a bottle. But it was peaceful, dark, as it always was, and upon the shore of the crystal-laden beach the breakers pounded as they always did. No one wandered in the streets. From time to time she spotted shadows darting, but nothing else. Even the destroyed promenade overlooking the sea had been rebuilt. But by the hands of what?
There were no stars but there were. Sometimes they winked at her, and she stared at them. At the same time, there were none.
So, it was past dusk. But it was also midday.
Ducking her head, she shook it, a wellspring of hopeless bitterness welling up inside. A person could go insane tryin

The room wavered as the lights danced on the walls. The music beat against The blonde's ears as he made his way deeper into the sea of people. The people felt like they were closing in, swallowing him in their rhythmic dancing and pulsing auras.
It was a different experience for Arthur, being in the thick of the crowd. When Alfred or Francis even managed to get him into a place like this he usually stuck to the outskirts of the dance floor, he preferred his space out there. Often times he kept to the shadows, standing along the walls. There it was secluded, and quiet (despite the raring music) and he could actually think there. Besides, most of the tables stood alone, away from the crowd, making for an easy escape when he got bored. Tonight, however, was different. He had caught a glimpse of something. He had seen something that he hadn't expected to ever see there, something that had become the

"[Name], he's not a child." Ludwig huffed, giving the young woman a stern look.
"Would you rather tell him a story then, Ludwig?" [Name] retorted. When silence filled the air once more, she continued. Reaching out, [Name] placed one hand on top of Gilbert's, squeezing his calloused skin softly.
"As I was saying," She paused a moment to fake a glare at the German sitting to her left. "There was once a handsome prince named Gilbert. He was easily the strongest prince in the land in the strongest kingdom on the Earth. Every day he would lead his army to conquer yet another evil foe-"
"Every day [Name]? Doesn't that seem a little...unlikely?" Ludwig interjected once again, a small smile on his usually taut features.

The Simurgh (Titanochiroptera trigintavis) is a large megachiropteran bat indigenous to the temperate mountain forests of the Mid-East. Weighing up to 150 lb with a wingspan of 33–36 feet, it is the largest bat in the world.
The Simurgh is mainly covered in copper-coloured fur, with white fur on the face and underbelly. The wings and ears are black and leathery. The forward facing eyes are bright green, and give the animal a sense of human-like intelligence.
Male Simurghs are slightly smaller than females, and their wings are decorated with light grey eye-spots, which are used to attract mates.
Simurghs are generally peaceful, solitary creatures, but when provoked, can inflict serious damage with their thumb claws. Because of their large size, adult Simurghs spend most of their time on the ground, though juveniles will roost in trees like other fruit bats.
Simurghs are browsers, and us
Mono. One morning a black pillar appeared in the center of town, within the boundaries of the park and right outside of the library. It stood at least thirteen feet tall and was as wide as a mature oak. They deduced it was made out of some kind of polished stone. Some guessed it was obsidian; others argued it was too strong to be such a fragile stone. Alfred’s latest prank backfired. I’ll admit, finding a snake in the passenger’s seat of my car did startle me. But he seemed to forget the fact that I love reptiles. So I’m keeping my guard up as I read my book in the living room. Who knows what that man is up to?
“Hey [Name], I’m home!” I heard him shout from the front door. Usually, I’d say something back. But I’m getting to a good part in my book…
“[Name]? Hello?” I could hear Alfred carefully moving towards the living room. Wait… I bet he thinks I’m going to get him back for the snake in the car. I could use this to my advantage… I quickly saved my page and hid behind the couch. Damn, wish I hid something useful back here…

You and Alfred were close. He made you feel happy even in the worst of times. His smile was contagious and fun seemed to follow him everywhere.
You were in love with his country, and would frequently visit at particular parts of the year, running around with a camera and taking silly photos. Each one held important memories that you fondly looked back on.
Often during winter he would invite you to stay in the north with him. You would bundle up for the cold weather, packing on your snow boots and heavy coats. You would snuggle up together by the fire, sipping your hot coco slowly, trying not to burn your tongue. He would throw snowballs at you, which frequently ended with you being the victor of the fight. Together you built impressive snowmen and forts, which somehow always ended up always being crushed.
In the summer you would visit the south where it was particularly hot, peeling off your winter clothes and slipping into bathing suits and tank tops. Th

A barking laughter met my earnest confusion, it came from my own sour lips:
Can't you see me, I am right here. I've lived with myself all my life. Look at yourself, and there you are ... no, not in a pool of water, or even in a stranger's eyes ... Look within yourself, yes, that is me, and I am as I'm supposed to be. I've been here all along, but you've been blinded by finding others, of being one that doesn't belong. Ignore me no longer, just be who you are. You're at home in yourself. Stop searching, and you'll find who you are.
