"Are you sure this is going to work?" spoke a young male, with black thickly curled hair, and a face masked by safety glasses. "I mean this wolf is just a pup, is this humane?" There was a nervous tone to his voice. It sounded as if it shook, just a tad, as he spoke.
A man chuckled. He was a large man, quite the opposite of the petite young man standing beside him. His laugh was hearty. These two men were standing in a lab, next to a table in which a young wolf sat. The room was lit brightly, almost too bright, and the room's walls were a unstained white color. Everything in that room seemed to be of a white color.
"Yes, of course it'll work. It'll simply create a stronger wolf." He injected a squirming wolf pup. Its fur was a thick black color, and her chest had a small white diamond on it. Yellow eyes pierced everyone in its vision. The pup gave a small whimper but quickly stopped, and wagged his tail

I will forget,
Even though I do not wish for that,
I will forget,
These feeling's I have harbored for you,
Will be forgotten,
So that you can love her forever more,
But even so,
Please don't forget me,
I wish to stay friends,
So please don't treat me bitterly,
For this selfish reason I harbor,
Because I will forget,
But please stand by me,
Even if we are just friends.

It was a hot summer day when I first saw him. I had just barely moved into our cozy traditional styled home. We came from the city. My cousin had came to stay with us for the summer.
“(Name)!” My cousin came running to me crying. He looked terrified. “(Name)! There’s a wolf over there! I saw it! It was fighting a wild boar!” He continued. “Then leave it alone.” I said while putting my sweet strawberry ice cream popsicle in my mouth so I could pause my mp3 and hear what my cousin had to say. “B-But it was so close to me! What if it tried to hurt us!” He yelled pointing to the forest. “It won’t, if it does we will just get inside. And you know you’re not supposed to be in the forest!” I said scolding him. He sniffled and sat down next to me. A few seconds late my cousin spoke up again. “You won’t tell uncle, will you?” He asked giving me the puppy eyes. “Rye, I won’t, no-“I h

Dream a dream every now and then
As crazy as they seem they always make sense
And though I know it foolish
They feel like part of my life
A human living double time
In the dream skin of a wolf.
Snow crushed silently
Under thick white paws
Mine as it so happens.
Always alone now
Running a perimeter that no longer has a leader
There used to be others
Falling into step all around me
But most of the pack is dead and gone now.
Suddenly a branch snaps
My ruff shakes as I turn toward the sound
Finding myself face to face with a blonde wolf.
I go in for the kill
This is pack land
Pack or no pack.
Jaws snap furiously
The intruder ducking and weaving
Pushing hard against my chest
Jaws snapping at nothing but air.
For this is truly no intruder
This is someone of days gone by
This is my friend thought dead and gone
Return to her family.
The biting and bloodshed
Turns to play and tears
A white wolf
A blonde wolf
A pack that never again will be
What we areAnthro ArtistWhat we are8 years ago in Editorial More Like This
Anthro artists are anyone who draws anthropomorphic art. Anthro is defined as something that is essentially non-human (including inanimate objects) that has been given human characteristics, such as having an almost-human bone structure.
Furries are people who have an affinity toward the anthro style of art. Furries usually identify themselves with a fursona an anthro version of themselves. They are a fandom (like anime fans are otaku). There are many levels of the furry fandom: It extends from simply being an artist, to wearing fur-suits, and attending fur-cons. However, this is not limited to furries, it extends to scalies and avians - people who identify themselves with a winged or scaly anthro characters. It should also be noted that while the above is correct, Furry, Avian, and Scaly are just fandoms. A lot of people in the anthro community, while falling un

He looks out of golden eyes and peers at the sky
Eyes of a wolf, for that is who and what he is
His black fur ruffled by mountain winds
He howls, relentless sounds on the air
Carrying mourning, sadness, death and despair
A call of a loved one lost in the fight
Of sorting the lies and darkness from the truth and the light
She couldn't escape from a legend already written in the pages of fate
She offered her blood for the altar to taste
Judged by a power that was lost in the lies
Created by man underneath starry skies
Made of stone in the gateway to heaven
Yet already 3 have come from the pack of seven
They are the three who entered in death
Who gave the others a chance for the price of last breath
The others now enter fully alive
Because of unity and the strength to survive
She came from the back to fight Wolfbane himself
And tried to enter by secrecy and stealth
But when She came in, he was waiting for her
And She saw her brother, long lost to the dead
Or so She had thought and her hea

Gliding here in the skies, watching the sun and moon rise and set hourly, the winds shifting through my once physical form, the seasons no longer discriminate with the quick passing of time. When I first found myself here I felt I had to run to keep up with the changing, but I quickly realized the futility of the effort, since then resorting to floating on here effortlessly.
I no longer knew the feeling of sleep. I would close my eyes and open them to a whole new world, signifying that time had passed, but just how much? Now that I had no physical form to feel rest, to feel anxiety, how did I know whether I fell asleep or merely blinked? Time was no longer reliable.
From the amount of winters that I have witnessed since I've been up here, I knew that it had been a great while since I had died, but there was no way to be exact anymore, and no need to. As much as I wanted to pass on to join my brethren in the starry skies above, I knew what it was

Nothing seems fun anymore
I think as i stare at the door
What once was ceases to be
Because natures calling me
I tried and tried to complete my task
Of taking off my human mask
The thoughts drive me mad and depressed
Being a human isnt the best
We have no tails,no wings,no claws
We have no feathers,no muzzles or paws
All we have are thumbs, THATS ALL
Because we blocked out natures call.....

Cry to the crystal moon
As light of silver
Descends with grace
The pale river sparkles
It shivers uncontrollably
Chilled by their cries
Time is frozen
The moment slowly fades
The wolves prowl restlessly
Calling to each other
A song of wonder
Fills the air
None have heard it before
Though it is as ancient as the moon
Das WolfstierDas Wolfstier4 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
Doch mein lieber Wolf
Sei darauf bedacht:
Gib auf deine Wölfin stetig Acht!
Sonst wird sie dir entflieh'n!
Denn bevor du ihr nicht beweist,
dass du nicht bellst, sondern beißt,
Wird sie sich dir vielleicht entziehen.
Und trotz allem Leid,
welches er ihr angetan',
begibt er sich auf seine letzte Reise.
Und seine Wiederkehr
Wird zur Neugeburt.
MYTHODEA ~ Dark Night of SoulMYTHODEA ~ Dark Night of Soul3 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
In the labyrinth of darkest dreams, I am the pitch
of coldest night
In the solace of the blackest dawn I seek you
Where unblinking eyes sojourn in forests wild,
the kiss of ash and sanguine bespeaks
Whispers of a thousand skies rust and fall
The syrup of the gloaming hums thru the trees..
Obsidian mists bejewel the hunger of my soul,
like silhouettes dissolving into the poise of talons
In murk of scorched grove, Witches tears drip from
the leaves caressing the tip of my tongue
Acrid winds scented by forbidden incantations,
slither deep into the prelude of Love's sacrament
In shallow of ebon fields I bask in beautiful decay,
as black roses drift in ballads of nocturnal reverie
Beneath the providence of dark stars, I am the river;
the ink which you lust mystic poison & naked flesh
Undress thy ache upon sable breath, drink my gaze
Covet my shadow, unto forever you shall drown

Watch while it destroys me.
As it wraps its hands around my throat,
my eyes are pleading...
So thrilled for you,
you and your happy ending.
Even if it means I lost my company,
and now I'm stuck here alone.
Alone in my misery.
But I wont dwell,
and I like to pretend I'm well.
So I grab my guitar and head to the ocean.
I'll stand in the sand,
and write you a love-song.
I'll sing it loud
as the waves crash over me.
Saltwater disguises the crying.
And I can make you believe,
that I am not heartbroken.
Not that it matters.
in the end it's just pain.
Whiskey Laden DreamsBitter eyes and tears might taint a drink, but sitting in this bar alone with your stool pulled out next to me, and the Martini poured regardless of your presence still brings a smile to my face; despite the taste. I'm having a whiskey myself; dry. There are people everywhere and it amazes me how none of them are you, from the woman in the black dress coming down the stairs to the signing couple in the corner, laughing silently. They're not you at all, and that's what's amazing in an ocean of coal you're a marble pebble, smooth to the touch and pleasant to the eye, and you don't leave me scarred.
I'll kick back the tumbler for now, refilling your drink when necessary, despite you never having it. The waitress will look at me with tired eyes and concerned words, but I'll insist I'm drinking with a friend, whilst that sad g

I am the last ghastly ghost,
glib tongued and glimmering,
in the space beneath the stairs.
My name glows upon your tongue,
gleeful and dreadful
in the dreary dregs of memory -
a keening cacophony
of deadly delights.
You called me here,
made me legion -the languid
languish of laughter,
your new language of the air
and all unearthly promises
pondering their place
in this shallow grave.
Bury me in beauty,
in the bounty of wanton
wonder and I will waste
eternity, a willing wraith to wait
upon your pleasure.

As I look up into the starry sky
I see a ball of light that catches my eye
It lights up the trees and the ground below
It is the same as the full moon from weeks ago
Just then a rustle in the bushes from up ahead
The sound of a creature who saw us and fled
My allies and I spring to action and give chase
We all run at an even, steady pace
Dodging and darting throughout the trees
We hear the rustles carried through the breeze
Our pray that we are chasing trips up ahead
Within seconds we are upon it and its dead
I take another look up at the full moon
and I let out a howl through the night of June
I speak to the other wolves in the pack
We are wolves so you deer better watch your back

Parents say , “Don't give your information
to someone who may do something dirty!
They're liars, evil and rapist in waiting.
Their compliments and gifts
are just another form of baiting.”
I'd like to think that we judge without
getting to know,
what happens on the other side of the mouse.
Internet friends are there when we're alone,
till 2 a.m on weeknights,
chatting with us until the pain is gone.
They're always there to confide,
when we're sometimes
on the verge of suicide.
Pulling us through our depression,
begging us not to relapse,
not to succumb to our regressions.
“Get help, not attention,” they'll tap in chat,
as a response of a picture,
that'll show our wrists all hatched.
Sometimes it's the little things they do for us,
like sending “You're amazing” “You're beautiful”,
“You're so full of love.”
They encourage us at times when our “friends” don't,

Tell me about something that made you sad.
Uh. Okay. Let me think. [Pause] I was sad when I sent you to the airport in San Antonio. That made me sad You leaving again made me sad.
Yeah. That made me sad, too. Parting is always sad, but you know what's worse? It always gets better. The first couple times, you're likeshe's leaving, I'm so sad I'm going to cry. And then, after a long time, you get used to it. That is sad.
Yeah. I understand.
Mm. Let's sleep now.
She fell into a slumber quickly. I soon heard her gentle and rhythmic breathing next to me. But I stayed awake to ponder her words. Did parting really get easier as time went by?
I don't think so. If else, I feel that it gets harder. More painful each time to see her turn her back on me and walk away. It's just that I've gotten stronger, and I've learned to smile when I wave goodbye. And cry l
