Loved the colors in this! Partly why I jumped to do this one first from this months study. One thing that caught me off guard was how easy you can turn these colors into mud. The yellow just wanted to make all my blues and rust oranges green when I started to work on contrast. Took some doing to get over that little hurtle. About a hour spent on this, I know and another hour would have been good, but I'm strapped for time lately and wanted to get this up for color study.

Again had issues with the yellow next to the blueish backdrop. Really tried to avoid the making anything turn to mud with the greens. Also it was hard for me to really get a soft feeling into the clouds. I think in the end I used to much of that rust orange that worked so well in the last cloud study I did. I should have pulled it back more. Again about a hour on this one. May have been more 45mins. and it shows. This again was a color study.

The valued gift I wanted to present to my family is three states of our soul: love, unity and harmony. The keeper of the heaven, who is represented on this art, symbolizes these lofty sentiments of the ideal world. There are no wars, violence and indifference. It’s the world in which we are not alone – the earthly and heavenly keepers are always with us.

This is for OC at their best contest [link] by `AwsumZ and ^Nyiana-Sama

This is Sama', my OC. he/she is an angel whose created solely for the purpose of painting the sky. Thus, that is his/her best. He/she (what the hell) she doesn't really have social life. if she's not painting the sky, she's gazing at them.

mm i wanna make a story of she does something else than painting the sky... but too lazy:0

btw dont ask about the physical technicality of this drawing please. yes i think she's hanging upside down in the atmosphere and she gravitated toward it...idk

watercolor a4. a bit color correction with ps cs2

My entry for the Outcast Odyssey Card Master Challange.

I have seen how many mythological creatures are present in the game and wanted to make one that I haven't seen there yet.
This is my version of a Harpy in the steampunk world of OO. She is a warrior with prostetic blade wings and light armor on this version, which would be maybe the second or third of her Evolution stages.
