225g/8oz butter or margarine
225g/8oz caster sugar
4 eggs beaten
225g/8oz self raising flour
Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven 190 Degrees C and grease two cake tins.
Cream the butter/margarine with the sugar until light and fluffy, and then slowly beat in the eggs. Sift the flour and salt together and fold gently into the egg mixture. Add the Monster..
Bake in the centre of the oven until golden and risen. Use a knife to check the inside of the cake is cooked. When cooked, turm out of the tins and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
250g/9oz icing sugar
125g/4oz unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp of monster
cream the sugar and butter together. add the monster. if needed, add more icing sugar.
