To This DayAnd if you can't see anything beautiful about yourself,
Get a better mirror
Look a little closer
Stare a little longer
Because there's something inside you that made you keep trying
Despite everyone who told you to quit
You built a cast around your broken heart and signed it yourself
You signed it

We each have our opportunities to shine
Don't let those moments be fake,
Make them real.
Just make sure you have one in your life,
A spitfire that notices your mistakes and helps you get through them.
No matter how dark your secrets may be,
Or how many,
There will always be someone
Who loves you for who you truly are

It's been five years since the fire at Cadmus. When Natasha sleeps- whenever she sleeps- its nightmares about all of the times they pushed her to control her powers with strong acting drugs. The only thing was that they thought they were controlling the fire, but they were actually containing the fire, but they were actually containing it inside her. Natasha turned fifteen a couple of months ago in June. And unfortunately for those five years, she's been r

She was wearing a large hoodie that Roy let her borrow with skinny blue jeans and blue toms. The team her sat with her legs in front of her, her large sketch pad in her lap with a variety of graphite pencils on her side. Whenever she was calm, Nat would come to her secret little place outside of the mountain. It had overlapping trees that blocked the sunlight, but let little seeps of rays come through. She was sitting there, drawing a bird that was in the nest right in front if her. It was a blue hummingbird and was sleeping cozily in its wooden nest.
Suddenly, she felt a pair of warm, string hands come over her eyes. The girls' first reaction was to fight, but she relaxed when she heard his voice.
"Gee I wonder who? Does this person wear red and black at night?" She

"I told you to get lost." Natasha tells the homeless guy that wants money.
"Please? I need to feed my family, I have a wife and two kids." The man continues.
"I said no, and that's not my problem buddy! Now go away freak." The fourteen year old practically screamed at the man. Unfortunately for her, yelling made her heart rate go up, making her powers ignite, throwing sparks on the old homeless man.
Yelling with big eyes watching the sparks getting larger on his ragged jacket, he began to run away from her, calling her a freak and threatening to tell the police of her.
Sighing, she ran the opposite way, scared that the man actually would tell the police of her, she ran in the opposite direction. The fire torch didn't stop until she found her way to a certain a
