Ebony-chan's Indiegogo CampaignGood afternoon everyone. First I'd like to thank BIGBOY2480 for letting me post this here. He's a very kind person. The reason I'm making this post is because I need help funding my indiegogo campaign so I can get my comic book enigma up off the ground and into comic book stores.
I also need the funds to pay my fellow indie artists to work on this comic book. Fellow Deviantart artist DualMask will be doing the coloring for my enigma comic. DualMask is a very cool and awesome artist and his coloring is amazing you can see it here. http://dualmask.deviantart.com/
Here are some samples from the comic.
I'll also be using some of the funds to pay other artist and get the book printed which by no means are cheap, plus as a thank you for your donation I will be offering perk gifts as a thank you for you donation.
So please if you can stop by my indiegogo campaign and make a donation, if you can't make a donation then help out by spreading the word about the Enigma

I've had this sitting on my mind for quite some time now, just. Wanted to wait for an appropriate time to post this.
I'm not going to single anyone out and I'm not going to outright condemn anyone for anything. I would rather just state a few things regarding comments consisting of very little more than "This reminds me of..."
I know the majority of these comments aren't meant to be offensive or even insulting; they're just benign observations based on a very human trait to want to combine things of a similar nature together. We're reminded of things we've seen before on a regular basis and it's part of the same reason why we tend to find human faces in inanimate objects and obscure shapes; it's completely natural and we all do it to a certain extent.
That being said however, imagine spending countless hours working on a piece and pouring your blood, sweat, and tears into it. It's your brainchild; your baby and a piece of yourself and your imagination that you're esse

Why are quality artists expensive? In short, because you are also paying for all of the un-paid hours those artists spent researching, studying, practicing and honing their skills. For your average professional, that's thousands of hours. That's a lot of non-paid preparation time that needs to be made up for. That, and of course freelancers have to compensate for their financial insecurity and lack of employment benefits (think of a pension, sick leave, health insurance and paid holidays). This is, in a nutshell, why professional freelance artists are so expensive. Why are quality artists expensive?1 year ago in Personal More Like This
I'm just clearing this up for those people who ask for "pro-quality art" and are then surprised that they will need more than $20 to afford it.
It is also for those beginning freelancers who undersell themselves dramatically because they feel they should adapt to their clients' unwillingness to pay for their hard work. I know, I'm actually guilty of having done so myself and yes I lost the majority of the clients I had by doubling my prices, but I also
