This has been a long time coming and I'm still not sure if I'm happy with it. I threw in the title at the last second to fill up some empty space, and it is kind of growing on me. Maybe I will do the rest of the books? Nah, I am way too lazy....
So I'm like super proud of this one because it took me FOREVER and I did the whole thing on the tablet and it actually looks decent. I hope you like it too!
PS. Ron's hand is too big, but my SAI file got lost so to fix it I'd have to start over. Also, Harry's hand is NOT on Ron's crotch He's supposed to be in front and his hand kind of ended up in an awkward place.
Also, if you download it, the file is HUGE.
EDIT: I forgot to sign it, so until I do that enjoy this ugly water-marked image.
*as a disclaimer, Hermione is drawn as roughly the age he would have been, although he may appear older or younger in each drawing.
1st year: Hermione was friendless for half of the year, and although she always seemed rather sure of herself, I bet inside she was pretty lonely and hurt, so I tried to have her softer side here.
2nd year: Hermione will always be my favorite bushy-haired bossy know-it-all.
3rd year: Of course how could I forget Crookshanks! No girl would be complete without the best acessory: her cat!
4th year: Two words - BALL GOWN. I love the movie dress and for me it's totally canon.
5th year: Hermione meets Grawpy. Thus the suprised look. I like how she bonded with him after initial uncertainty.
6th year: I love the way the sixth movie played up the Romione drama. So here is more of a movie Hermione versus book one.
7th year: Hermione was as strong of a leader as Harry through her years. I wanted to portray her with Dumbledore's gift, since I had given Ron the deluminator in my other drawing. She plays a vital role in all of the books, and most certainly is no Mary-Sue. I love her completely, her failure and flaws, but also her courage and loyalty.
If you read through my whole description, bless you! I promise that I don't usually write long ones!
