Help Your Founder Win $40,000...Or Win It YourselfHi,
So as I'm sure most of you know, I'm a high school senior that's going rampant about scholarships and finding money to pay for college. Well I found another great one, but don't worry, this one isn't as stressful as the last one.
The website is called GotChosen. It's holding a scholarship drawing for $40,000. A GPA or anything isn't required - you simply need to register to the site and sign up for the contest. Here's where it gets interesting.
A contestant's odds of winning the drawing is increased if they get someone to sponsor them. For me to request someone to sponsor me, I would need their email address so they can register for the site and sponsor me.
I'd really love it if you guys helped me out here. To my friends who are older/out of college - send me your email! You don't have to apply for the contest to sponsor someone. And as for the people here who are in college or are trying to get into college - sign up for the contest too! I'll sponsor you if you sponso

Medicinal: Varric x Fenris"... and then she leaned over, brushed her hand over my collar, moving so close I could feel her breath on my ear. Before she pulled away, she murmured a quiet, 'Good on you, Varric; should the nights get too cold this winter, I'll at least know the location of the warmest bed in the Free Marches.' I've never seen a smirk that damn... smug in all of my years on anyone but myself."Medicinal: Varric x Fenris5 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
The elf half-lying on the opposite side of the couch took a long drag from the slow-burning cigarette, drawing the smokes into his lungs only to keep it there until he felt the burn. Exhaling slowly, his eyes fluttered open to watch tendrils of thick gray leave his mouth and nose, curling up around the contours of his face.
"Considering our location, the tales of your excess don't surprise me," he murmured, shifting himself on the dark red cushions. "The truth in them, however, is up for debate. Much... much debate. Mmm."
Varric glanced around. He'd already soaked up every detail in this lavishly decor
February PromptAh, the month of love has come and it is time to give special notice to the romance of Kaidan Alenko. As you might expect this prompt to be something of the sappy, romantic, “twue love” (had to borrow from Princess Bride, sorry) connotation, let’s not forget what comes on the other side of true love. Regret, longing, the should have’s, could have’s, what if’s of love. Love never runs an easy course and it has been proven when you romance Kaidan, that it has indeed been a bumpy journey.February Prompt3 years ago in Deviant Events More Like This
In that vein, BloodBandit has gone down this route as a prompt for February. Instead of giving a month for this prompt, this will run two weeks. Since voting took so long, partly my fault for not getting to it in a timely manner, but I would like then start the next month’s prompt on time.
Without further ado:
