Once upon a time there was a great kingdom, and like all great kingdoms there was a king and a queen.
A king and queen that wanted a child so badly that when the queens womb remained empty for three summers and three winters they sought out a beautiful sorceress that resided in their court as a friend of the king.
She agreed and placed a spell not knowing that it would cost the king his wife and when the babe was born, and the price discovered, the king flew into a rage and chased the magical people from the land and convinced all he could of the evils magic brings.
One man he chased away took shelter in a small village and bred a child out of love and magic with a young milk maid that took him in and loved him dearly. however the man was forced to flee, and the milk maid, alone, bore and raised a magical boy with eyes like precious gems and the name of a great bird, a child with a great destiny, that fell and intertwined with that of the Once and Future King.
A child that would turn a

Rudolph shut his computer down and gathered his stuff. He was about middle height and nearly 56 years old. The hair on his head had started to thin out already.
Rudolph sighed. Another boring day at work done. I hope it doesnt take me too long to get home.
Every morning and every evening Rudolph had to take a forty minutes train trip to get to work or back home again. And even though he actually hated those trips, he would never think about moving into the city closer to work.
The small village he, and his wife Martha, lived in was a heaven of peace and calmness, where he could relax from his work. That was worth more than saving some time on traveling to work.
When he arrived at the train station, he noticed that a large crowd had gathered on the platform. Rudolph walked to an information desk and asked the lady what was going on.
Im sorry sir, but the train had an accident further down the railway. Luckily no one was hurt, but Im afraid

The Memory of WingsMy wings were of gossamer feathers,The Memory of Wings3 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
Like ivory tipped with gold,
Carrying me to the many places
My young eyes wished to behold.
I could fly anywhere I wanted,
The sunlight on my back,
Glinting off my feathers
Until the sky turned black.
I freed all of the innocents
And fought the evils of the world:
There was nothing I couldn’t vanquish
When my wings were unfurled.
There were never any boundaries,
No limit to where I would go,
From vivid forests to the ocean blue,
I soared above the sand, the ice, the snow.
I ran with wolves in the night-time
And was a queen by the day;
Gracing new worlds with my heart
Until my wings carried me away.
I didn’t ever realize it,
Until it was too late:
My wings gradually began to shed
And to slowly fade away.
I suppose I stopped dreaming,
Somehow favouring the ground,
Forgetting the undiscovered places
And the answers I never found.
Each ivory plume faded
Until they were each a sickly grey;
I was left with shadows on my back
And I could no long
Everlasting Snow: Chapter 22Everlasting Snow: Chapter 223 years ago in Romance More Like This
For: (your name).
From: Jack Frost.
And a tiny drawing of a snowflake beside his name to complete his signature.
The tag—made of thick eggshell-white cardstock with a border of miniscule spindles of real frost—is captivating in itself.
It’s a small, semi-rectangular package, no larger than four inches long and three inches wide. It is wrapped carefully in snow-white wrapping paper with clear snowflakes decorating it, only visible as light reflects off of them, giving them life. A silk silver ribbon snugly embraces the package, ending in a small matching bow in the upper left-hand corner.
You turn to face Jack once again.
“How did you get the wrapping paper and stuff…?” you ask, entirely curious as to how an invisible spirit of winter can get his hands on material items.
He shrugs. “Found them in places where they wouldn’t be missed, then tweaked them a bit to give them my own personal flare. I used your tape.”

Ghirahim leans into my ear. His lips touching the skin. "I have cursed my dagger with a dark magic. The scar will never heal and the mark will always remain. You are mine. This mark shows it. I have marked you on the outside and I will mark you on the inside." He kisses my trembling cheek. "But I think it's now time to show you just who you are bait for."
I can't help but remain trembling. I am still agonizing over the pain under my eye. I cannot look away from my reflection. I am too in shock with what just happened.
Ghirahim laughs and climbs on top of me. He lies on me and leans over to look at the reflection. I see him staring at me with a grin. He kisses my cheek and licks the blood odd my face. I cry out as his tongue slides over my scar. This causes him to laugh.
"Don't worry Sky Child, once the curse has planted its roots in your skin it will stop hurting." He kisses the scar.
I tremble all over.

As soon as link had walked out the door to look for zelda, he turned his head to see ghirahim already dozing off.
Walking over the table, he saw a brown note, covered in Zelda's beautiful script handwriting.
How was your trip?
I'm really sorry but I had to go up to skyloft,
I'll be back soon, I promise.
Link let out a heavy sigh as he walked to one of the cupboards to look for the first aid.
He kneeled on the floor and started to crawl in, poking his head in, putting all the weight onto his hands. There wasn't much light shining in the cardboard and everything was like a dark blob, seeming to merge together. One hand fumbled around feeling for a wooden box. He found it and h

"There is however one outside the tree on a branch." Bucha smiles. "You rest here for two days and you can use the statue."
"It's a deal." I say
It's in the middle of the night and I hear shuffling inside the tree.
I open my eyes and sit up slightly, looking around for the source of the sound.
Everyone is asleep around me. Bucha is the only one that isn't here. He has the night watch.
All the kikwi's are cuddled against Groose and Gorko.
Kortz is sleeping on the Lamb's Ear bedding. He is such a weasel.
He must have snuck over once everyone fell asleep.
I laugh silently but stop once I hear that noise again.
This time behind me.
Then I hear it. That fearfully familiar laugh behind me. My body immediately freezes. I am unable to move.
I open my mouth to scream but his white gloved hand covers my mouth as he breaths on my neck.
He giggles. "So here is where you've been hiding from me."
His lips brush against my neck

Kiwis could be heard over in the distance and prayed silently for them not to find him. Once they did, he wouldn't be able to say no to a game of hide and seek. The bushes surrounded him perfectly, creating a barrier like effect around him as they created a light whooshing sound.
His ear twitched as he listened closely but was surprised when he could hear nothing - no kiwis scuttling around or birds

I really couldn't tell you how long I had stayed after the night we finally held our first conversation with one another. I spent a long time after that night trying to find any solution to everything to make both the Skyloftians and demons happy and able to live with each other on the surface, but with the revival of someone as evil and heartless as Demise it was simply impossible. I don't know why Ghirahim was so bent on bringing him back anyway; he even seemed flabbergasted when Demise cast him aside like a piece of trash that fateful day. There was no way to remedy any of it really and guilt still floods my heart this very moment just contemplating how everything came to an abrupt end for us, and him. Let me start from the beginning though, I digress.
The night we were able to talk about the situation as it stood in honesty with each other I told Ghirahim that I needed release to fulfill my destiny as the Goddess's chosen hero. He didn't disagree with me for a moment, and I really

As much as I want to, I suddenly have lost my appetite.
The sky child stays silent throughout the rest of meal. He doesn't eat after all told him he was going to need his strength. Oh, that was the truth. I had something very wonderful planned for that beautiful boy.
If he doesn't eat then it will only help break him more, which is what I want. I want to break him. To give in to me. He doesn't know but he already has begun. When I gave him that hand job, his body betrayed him. Once he is broken, he will give himself to me, eagerly.
That I know.
He looks up at me. Those defiant blue eyes, watching me carefully.

"Well?!" I snapped at my scouts, "Have you found the goron?"
"M-m'lord we have not found him yet." They scouts trembled.

Opening his eyes slowly and with a confused look on his face my hero looks directly up at me questioningly. First, I hand him the clothes I had cleaned for him, then I hand him the charcoal and paper I went on a quest for this earlier morning. With the clothing I get a grateful look, and for the other I get a raised eyebrow and misperception in return. Giggling a little I decide to explain, "I finally thought about it sky child, and with the absence of speech and all there is quite the communication barrier. Being as brilliant as I am I finally came up with a solution! You can write to me via the paper. Mind you, this will take a bit of effort on your end, but this way we can have two-way conversation instead of long monologues from myself. Though you might miss them at times, I assure you this will prove to be more fulfilling." Grinning wildly I sit down on the bedside waiting for Link to try it out. Looking down at the paper hard he seems to be unable to think of anything to say to m

Ghirahim presses his cold lips against mine. He moans and laps up the blood trailing down from the slash on my face.
"So delicious. I'll be back for you soon, Sky Child." He coos in my ear before he snaps his fingers and vanishes from me.
I groan from the pain aching all over. I lean against the wall and rest my head. I look up and see the single light from the window above me. The only source of light.
I look around the room and see Ghirahim was right. There is nothing. Nothing but concrete walls and a few pots.
I really am trapped.

WalkTogether we walked with skin that metWalk7 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
Not yet one body, but two that had joined
We smiled and said things we truly meant
And happiness had gotten into us
Sometimes we would step and our feet would be in time
We'd hop over the cracks in the sidewalk's stone
And sometimes we'd miss a step and you'd fall behind
I'd take your hand again and then we'd be fine
You put inches between us
In the spaces between our ribs
I closed the spaces with melted rubber
And you let it slide again
Our appendages disentangled
We untied our knots but we walked together
And for almost a week you kept your mouth shut
You let me inhale the sound of our steps
The two of us walked side-by-side
On concrete streets by passing cars
You told me you didn't know what to feel
So I'll feel and you won't have to again
And maybe someday when we're walking together
Our hands will not touch
And a stranger will turn to their neighbor and say
I wonder what's gotten into them?

Who knows when Ghirahim will return and who knows what he will do to me when he does.
How did this happen?
Why does this happen?
I know I always repeat these same words when he has me but I need to know why. Why is he so obsessed with me? Is it because he is my enemy that he has this sick desire to molest me?
Does he do this to weaken me? Does he try to degrade my spirit? My being? To make me have no desire to fulfill the mission I was born to do? Is he trying to scare me?
I have only been afraid of one thing in my entire life.
I was horrified the day Ghirahim's tornado stole her from me.

Bent over an old desk.
There is a light in the corner,

Cracked lips deprived of moisture.
My eyes have become the night,

Cracking to pieces in my white hands.
