In a Little Girl's MindThere sits the girl with the things in her eyes
Monsters, destruction, and sweet butterflies
Hopscotch and daisies, surrounded by screams
Beautiful dresses now torn at the seams
Crayons and paintbrushes, villains and grins
Young, gladsome innocence, hatred and sins
Little red houses on roads left to fade
Gorgeous moonlight shining off of the blade
Blood pouring out as she cries her own name
Knowing she's forced to take each bit of blame
She could have stopped it and left it behind
All of these things in her troubled young mind
She could have saved them if she dared to try
Rather, though, she left herself there to die.
Now, others watch as she sits on the ground
Keeping their distance and letting her drown
In her own worries and things she won't tell
Waiting for her mind to kill her as well…

The chorus of the frightened weeps.
While overhead, in bright blue sky,
an imp waits for the world to die.
Gleefully watching clock strike dusk,
He laughs, a soulless grieving husk.
While folk below cry out in fear,
He dances, cackles, gestures, jeers.
Embittered, broken, bent to hate,
We've all met such a horrid fate.
On grinning moon in bright blue sky,
an imp waits for the world to die.
My Dear SisterWhy did you had to go thereMy Dear Sister1 year ago in General Fiction More Like This
To a school far away from me
Why did you had to be a witch
Every time I called you a freak
I never really meant it
I was just jealous
My dear sister
Now you are gone
And I blame it on your world
You left me your kid
He has you eyes Lily
Your beautiful green eyes
And every time I look at them
I think of you
Of how happy you where to get your letter
And then I think of that Snape kid
I blame him the most
Because he took you away from me
And told you about all those things
Maybe if he wasn't the one who told us what you where
I would accept you
I really wanted you in my life
And you can't believe how much I miss you
But you are gone
You died for Harry
I'll take care of him Lily
But I also blame him
If he wasn't born
You would be safe and alive
I miss you Lily
I hope one day we will meet again
And you will forgive me
Life The cold rain tapped fiercely against the window, and while for some its monotonous sound was extremely soothing, for him it was distressing. He was lying on his stomach, on the bed; his face buried into the pillow, his hands; two clenched fists next to it.Life3 years ago in Drama More Like This
The muffled sobs made his whole body shake: why had this happened to him? Why? Why Freddie? He rolled on the bed, his eyes red and swollen, and stared at the wooden roof; at the dark burns and splashes of colour caused by their experiments.
The redhead suddenly stood up, his freckled face covered in tears, grabbed the first thing within his reach and threw it against one of the walls. It seemed to work, it helped him vent his rage, so he took another thing and broke it into pieces, then another one, and so on. Desperation flooded him, and he screamed, helplessly. IT WASN'T FAIR! Why did it have to be Freddie? WHY?
George collapsed o

After the incident at my office we all knew it was no longer safe there. Nobody was in any doubt that it had something to do with the case, so I'd had to move into one of the rooms at the hotel. With Chad as my escort I'd gone back to my apartment a few days later to pick up everything I'd need.
The forensics team had already cleaned up the office, which I was grateful for. I didn't need any lingering reminders of what had happened the horrific images still in my head already had that job covered.
Luckily whoever had broken into my office hadn't been able to get into my apartment upstairs. The damage had been limited to the ground floor. They hadn't even gotten into my desk, so my laptop that I kept locked inside was still intact.
I hadn't really known how long I'd have to stay at the hotel for and how much stuff I'd need so I'd just grabbed the suitcase that I always used to visit my family in

When I called Shen he confirmed exactly what I'd suspected… Sunae Michishio's ID had most definitely been used at a small convenience store in the Kanan area of the Minamikawachi district in Osaka.
It was unlikely that the identity thief would still continue to frequent the same store, but it was still a lead and it was definitely worth checking out. And it proved our theory of there being another person involved in this case. So a trip to Osaka was definitely imminent, and I had a way to make things a little easier…
"My family live in the Taishi area," I explained to L after I'd recounted everything that Shen had told me. We'd been sat back at the kitchen table discussing this for at least half an hour now. "If it's the same store I'm thinking of in Kanan then it's really not that far to get to. I can stay at my mom's under the pretence of visiting and use it as a cover to investigate further…"
I'd already decided that my family couldn'

I did eventually let L inside, after I was sure that he wasn't going to disappear if I closed my eyes. I needed to get a grip he was here, that was good and everything... But now I had to try and be professional.
Though it's kinda hard to be professional when there's bright green wrapping paper decorated with cartoon caterpillars and ladybugs on your floor Damn it, old man.
"I hope I'm not interrupting you," said L, casting his blank gaze over the childish wrapping paper.
"No, it's fine. I just wasn't expecting company," I replied hastily, grabbing the paper from the floor and scrunching it up. I tossed it into the wastepaper bin in the corner in one shot. Score.
Unfortunately, L's attention was on my desk and he hadn't seen my awesome sport skills. I don't think he'd even heard what I'd said. "Who sent you that?" He indicated the broken clock.
"My grandpa," I said.
The Meaning of Christmas -ONESHOT--DN- There is no greater meaning behind life. Such as there is no true meaning of family, love or anything else that people may care to apply the statement to. It's a personal ideal. More of a practicality than some hidden truth… It all depends entirely on what you, as an individual, make of it.The Meaning of Christmas -ONESHOT--DN-2 years ago in Romance More Like This
For myself, there are no hidden meanings. Everything is practical. It has to be if you want to make it through life and put your own stamp on things. But recently I had it proved to me that maybe these things have no meaning because I have never allowed them to. Because I've blinded myself against these things that I feel should have no importance to me.
And recently I also learnt that that is actually okay. Things didn't have to have meaning behind them if you didn't want them to. And strangely enough, I was taught this through Christmas. The personal values of Christmas that somebody I…

Little Daphnes weakly opened his mouth out of instinct, his eyes drooping shut as he fought the urge to sleep. When he latched on just barely, Zelda sighed a little, smiling in relief. He suckled slowly for a moment, then let go, causing his mother's smile to fall once again.
"Daphnes, please," she said desperately, trying one last time to get him to latch on, "you need to eat..."
However, Daphnes' weariness won out; without the strength to keep feeding, he fell asleep, his head lolling against her bosom. Zelda brushed the baby's bright, blond hair with her fingers as tears threatened to leave her eyes. Then, with a sniffle, she pulled his blanket over his tiny arms and held him close.
Child-rearing was supposed to be a wonderful, joyous thing, she thought... If that were the case, then why was it breaking her

"So..." the blue visor tilted at him made his doorwings twitch, nothing but a minute movement but he knew that it had been seen. Seen and filed away, Jazz would be his doom one orn with all the intel he had gathered on him.
"I do not have time for games, yours or anyone else's!" he tried to regain control of his data pad only to have the other mech yank it out of his hold.
"Now, Prowler, you can't do something like that and not expect me to go diggin'!" Jazz' grin said it all, he was not going to let this lie. Why in the world had he agreed to attend that party again?
A better question; why had he not checked that none of the illegal, and highly potent, 'homebrew' high grade had managed to get into the supply set aside for the party?
Because even he was stupid once in awhile.
"And why can I not expect you to not go digging? Don't call me Prowler," the last was added as a dry afterthought to what could only be called a burst of temperamental sarcasm. Primus, why! Just why? He could prac

And that, as they said, was that, Mirage thought.
Jazz was pressed close to share the disruptor field, and they had accomplished their goals. Not only had they stolen all the relevant data on Megatron's new super weapon while he was off recovering in the medbay, but they had managed to sabotage the blueprints. As the build was completed, the weapon wouldn't work. By the time the Decepticons corrected the device, the Autobots would have a way to counteract it, thus rendering it useless.
Mirage was all ready to go, but Jazz flashed a mischievous grin up at him, and moved toward a d

But I must keep going…
Oh my God… This is just like in my dream!
"Shadow, snap out of it!</i>" his mind screamed at him, "This isn't the time for such hysterics!"</b> Shadow's mind refocused on what he was doing. He was running along-side a stretcher carrying Maria into the hospital.
"What happened to her?" one doctor was saying.

Soren closed the book triumphantly, pushed it aside, and promptly let his head fall into his hands. He groaned for a moment, before stroking his fingers through his long black hair. He leant back in his chair and sighed. At least his homework was done. He glanced down at the worksheet in front of him, filled with complex mathematical symbols, and soon smiled proudly.
Link and Ike had talked him into going back to school, and he had eventually agreed, doing a computing course. He’d picked up enough from Shinon to find his way around a computer… around, through, into without someone noticing. He figured he was okay at it too, so why not get some kind of qualification in it. After all, he needed something to get him further in life.
He’d run away from his broken home at age twelve, a scared, lost young boy possessing nothing more than the clothes on his body. He’d lived rough for nearly six months before Shinon had discovered him sheltering unde

Link hugged Collin and stepped back, waving as he entered the stairwell. Collin grinned and walked back to the crowd outside the building. Link smiled and began to ascend the stairs.
He was on a high today; he’d dropped in on one of the more popular bars and, much to his surprise, found a group of people his age with handheld games consoles all loudly discussing Pokémon. He’d fallen into the group instantly and made some friends. They’d stayed in the bar all afternoon, even allowing Link to go retrieve his own handheld and join in their group battles. It had been great fun. As a bonus, Beth and Talo were on his course, whilst Collin was an artist and Ilia, Collin’s girlfriend of about five minutes (her words, he grinned to himself) was on a business course at her parent’s insistence, but she yearned to be a veterinarian.
The group had soon decided to move bars when ‘the regulars’ piled in, and had taken Lin

Something has been bugging me. There is a girl in my class, and she isn’t...Normal. That is, she is a nice girl and all, but the way she acts is too confident. She throws out money at the cafeteria as if it doesn’t matter in the slightest. She talks to other people as if she’s a goddess, and worst of all...I think I know her.
She has soft blonde hair, and ocean blue eyes. She is fairly tall, and possibly the most telling sign...Her name. It’s not the same, but for some reason it sounds the same. I once had a friend named Megurine Luka. And now, there is a girl in my class named Merurime Lucy. At first, I thought nothing of this similarity the two seemed to share, but the more I think about it, the more it sounds like she’s in the same situation that I am. Her hair could be a wig...And as I imagine her figure with pink hair, it matches almost exactly what Luka looked like, but older.
But if that

The tall blonde spotted his lover behind one of the trees and jumped onto his back. He hugged him tightly as the black-haired boy tumbled onto his stomach on the ground.
"Argh--Link!" Soren panted as Link snuggled his head between his neck and shoulder.
"Ha-ha, got you!" Link giggled.
"Yes, you did, now can you get off?"
Soren struggled to get his boyfriend off of his back, eventually getting him to slide onto the ground next to him with a smile.
"Soren " Link purred, leaning against Soren's shoulder.
"I love you!"
Soren sighed, knowing he couldn't mention anything else without saying it back. If he didn't Link would become upset again.
" I love you, too ."
Link pecked Soren on the cheek a few times before jumping up and turning around in circles, making the Hylain become slightly dizzy. As Soren stood and brushed off his clothes, he watched Link look around out of the corner of his eye.
"Have you seen anyone else?" Link asked.

"Are you OK, honey?" Link's mother asked as she and her son drove to the hospital.
It had been a week since the attack in the mall. Pit and Ike both had been rushed to the hospital in serious condition; Zelgius had been declared dead at the scene.
Ike had received a cracked skull and a serious concussion both from Zelgius and then the fall, while Pit's injuries were more severe. The bullet that hit him had punctured a lung and grazed some internal organs. The doctors had said that if the bullet would have strayed half an inch in any direction, the wound would have been a lot more life-threatening.
"I'm ok, Mom," Link said, still staring out the window as they drove. The weather reflected the teen's mood, cold and rainy. He watched as water drops hit his window just to sail off into the wind. "I hope he's awake today."
"Well, according to his mom, they took him off t
