Didn’t want me to fly
Why were you afraid?
Why so wry?
I was a free soul
I had to go away
But you intervened
When you had made it unbearable to stay.
Then why this fuss…
Over what you don’t even care about
Why nib a bud
Before it sprout
Isn’t it unjust?
Trying to control someone’s fate
When all you can give them
Is pain and hate
Just let me go
Don’t make me stay
I don’t belong to you
My heart not for you to play.

Qwuelehl can often speak many languages—even if some of it is broken. They appear throughout a multitude of cultures and thus bring influences to others of their kind.
Qwuelehl are lemur/cat like creatures with large tails and feet. They are very acrobatic.
Average Height Range: 4’0’’ – 5’8’’
Qwuelehl have a fairly basic body shape with semi short legs and rather large, flattish feet. Fur covers their bodies and they possess two sets of sensors. One set rests atop their head, appearing as antennae and the other set sprouts from their back in a curly, thin line. The head sensors each have a round eye pattern, this eye is not functional. The head sensors glow mildly.
The tail of the Qwuelehl is one of their most distinguishing features. This tail is powerful and sturdy; it’s also amazingly poofy an

1) You know that saying “think outside the box”? Well its horseshit. Whoever told you that should be struck in the face repeatedly. You don’t want to think outside the box, you want to take a different approach within the box. It’s like if you’re stranded without a ride home and you think “Maybe I’ll just grow wings and fly home.” There was a test in which participants were prompted to create animals that would not be of this world. The result was that they ended up creating creatures that were awfully similar to earth creatures. It was probably stupid shit like green skinned tigers with red eyes. The reason was that they were told to

*RedVenture asks "How did you get started doing art, Endling?"
When I was little, my dad would bring home paper from his job. He worked with computers and stuff and often had tons of it lying around, so I'd make use of it and draw. (With his permission. Occasionally.) After a while he noticed I had a habit of doing this. Usually robot caterpillars. I'm not kidding
A Magical NightStarfire squeezed Robin's hand as he slowly led her through the midst of the crowd. It would have been easy to lose him amongst the hundreds of people that were gathered in the street that evening. She could not understand why the street was so crowded, nor did she have any idea of why Robin was so excited. As soon as she had reminded him that the date was the first of December, he had become ecstatic, and insisted that the two of them had to go out in the evening, but refused to tell her why.A Magical Night4 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
It was now a few minutes to seven, and Starfire was still unaware of the reason why Robin had brought her out. She shivered a little bit, as the night was cold with frost on the ground, trees and rooftops. It seemed strange to her why there were so many people out on a dark, cold night, looking just as excited as Robin was.
Robin looked to his right, noticing that he could see past the many people standing nearby. He could just about see the tall skyscrapers, as it was so dark, and the buildings

No, scratch that - she felt petrified. That was a stage beyond nerves.
Her palms were settled straight down by her sides as straight as the arms of a military soldier standing in line waiting to be given orders. They flexed out and in clenching into tight fists, trying to make them dry from sweating so much.
Tap. Her melted chocolate rings darted down to look at her foot that had stepped into a small puddle, there she caught a glimpse of her reflection, a very troubled face stared desperately back at her, as if her reflection was saying ‘please kill me now’.
Wow, it was strange. Seeing her human face felt so bizarre considering the fact that she hadn’t transformed into this body in months, it felt weird to have most of her hair sprouting from her head and not all over her body, her arms possessed the smallest hair possible, it was as if she had a body cut. Plus her hair wasn’t a miserably grey or blue color, instead

Why the sky is blue
Is the change in me all true
Now that you are next to me I have no fears
And all I know is that I want to be with you
Sometimes it's easy to
Forget the times we weep
The moment makes us weak
And all the shame I seek
Memories exist for all the precious days my heart still wants to keep
Somewhere deep inside of me
A lullaby for you
Don't you worry baby
I'll be here by your side
May tomorrow be wonderful too
Close to you I hope to stay
Endlessly from today
Even through cloudy days
You are not alone
Sweet dreams I do not see
'Cause darkness scares me
Is it because I'm still fifteen
Or the loneliness in me
Wish I may I wish I might
Sleep soundly through the windy nights
Just to dream of you tonight
A lullaby for you
Stars will always gracefully watch over 'till it's bright
May tomorrow be wonderful too
Take my hands and promise me
That we'll be all right
Finding a place to feel at home
You are not alone
Maybe I'll turn back to stay

It was another average, boring day at the tower for Jump City's famous Teen heroes. No villain was in sight let alone attacked the city. Each teen were busy in their respectable rooms minding their own business.
Robin worked out in the gym, increasing and strengthening his abilities for upcoming fights. Starfire played with Silky in her room, cuddling and bonding with her mutant pet. Raven meditated inside her dark room. Beast Boy and Cyborg played aggressively on their videogames in the ops room.
"Ugh dude! No fair you knocked me off the road!" Beast Boy whined when his player fell into the ocean.
"It is fair. That's how you play Super Mario Kart," the half robot replied. "Unless ya can beat me at this game, ya won't ever drive the T-car."
"You're on dude!" Beast Boy retorted cockily. They started another round, this time Beast Boy was winning. Cyborg groaned angrily as he got shot by several red shells by computer players. Cyborg was dead last by the last round. "Ready to hand
Betrayal of Morphine She was sitting beside the small boy's bed when he opened his shadowy eyes. The first thing he noticed was her hair: it was golden and glowing faintly. He couldn't remember if hair normally did that or not, but it hurt him to look at her; she, like sunlight, burned his eyes in the darkness. In the dim room, in his numb thoughts, the girl's hair looked like a halo, and he imagined he saw her unfold wings and fly away, but then he blinked and she was still there.Betrayal of Morphine5 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
The first things the girl noticed were his eyes. They were dark and clouded with pain, flashing like a stormy sky or an emergency light on a sinking ship. They flickered like incandescents losing power; his pupils dilated as he blinked, struggling to focus on her. She looked at the IV meter indicating the level of failing platelets and morphine, and the machine hummed as she watched the blood swirl unfaithfully.

Two lies spoken,
More often than all,
In reality I'm broken,
As limp as a doll.
Look at my smile,
What hides silent truth,
Judge my petty trial,
Uncover rotten youth.
Under porcelain skin,
Where black and white align,
With a sinister grin,
I'll tell you I'm fine.

Unseen but Not Unloved - Chapter 1
(A/N: In this story, Reader-Chan has a hair curl. It's only mention once or twice, but it's there. It's not any specific curl, just which ever one you'd like! ^^ )
Today was the day. Today would be your first world meeting! To be honest, you were nervous- trembling even. Sure, you had been introduced to most of the countries and got to know them a little bit, but the fact of having to be around them all at once made you doubt yourself. Fiddling with your fingers, you looked to your feet as you walked down the halls on the UN building, your curl bouncing as you walked. Proudly walking next to you was Alfred F. Jones, better known as America.
"Dude, you need to chill!" The American laughed as he saw your recluse-like posture. "It's really not that hard, besides, I bet you won't even have to give a speech, this being your first meeting and all," Alfred smiled when your eyes [e/c] widened.
"I- I might have to give a speech?!" You looked

You put pride in front of your pleasure
That doesn't sound fun at all
We'll see how far your values go
When I have you against the wall
You've blinded yourself from ecstasy
But I will make you see
So come get bi-curious with me
You say black and white is what you're based on
But I know you've a deeper hue
You're accustomed to the common ritual
But I can show you something new
I'll show you a variation
Of your classic "birds and bees"
If you come get bi-curious with me
I know all the right spots to make you feel hot
I know just what to touch to set you aflame
I'm used to these tools, so forget all your rules
I'm quite good at playing this game
Now don't get me wrong if I come on too strong
I'm just trying to show you the way
Don't put on a fight; Just turn off the light
I'll lead you to happier days
You say that it's against nature
But honey, you'd best look around
We've been distancing ourselves for ages
Ever since we hit solid ground
The desire lies latent within you
The same goes for

Mizu stood up from the chair quickly, letting go of Ludwig so he wouldn't get hurt. Since she knew that he was after her. Gilbert got up as well and stood in front of you, just like before, thinking that he could protect you from the wrath of a demon. Alfred chuckled; he grabbed the chair Gilbert was sitting in originally and sat down.
"So, Mizu, what do you plan to do now?" Alfred asked.
"You do realize that I just broke your sister's promise?" He sighed, grabbing a sausage. You quirked an eyebrow, turning your vision to Alfred, you were going to ask but he answered before you could ask, "Mizu's sister was a grim reaper, who lost her life as well "
"Saving who?" You asked.
"Gilbert and I." Alfred said.
"Yeah, she saved Gilbert because I was supposed to eat his soul, in the process and angel would see the scene and kill me. She didn't want me to die, so she told me not to go and eat his soul. Rescuing Gilbert and I. Her

Priestess of air
Wake up, Fin! It would be very bad, if you overslept on this important day!
That was my mother. With a yawn I pushed away the blankets and slowly got up from bed.
Hello, my name is Fin. I live in a small mountain village, together with my mother and my little sister, Lia. I have no real memories of my father. He died in an avalanche, when I was about three years old. At that time my mother was pregnant again.
Luckily the other people in the village were kind and helped my mother to take care of me and my Lia. She was a good healer and every so often a person would come to us for treatment, when they werent satisfied with the priests of the air lords or didnt trust them with the case.
Oh, I forgot. You probably have no idea what an air lord is. Altogether there are four air lords. One for each cardinal direction:
Nos, the lord of the icy north; Ottra, the lord of the dusty east; Setan, the lord of the warm south; And Wyse, the lord of the rainy w
(2) He+She=We [Prussia x Reader]Waking up that morning, Gilbert wondered if he was still dreaming. He woke up before she did, at the crack of dawn, like always. It was an unbreakable habit from his soldier days. For once, though, he didn't mind being up early. This time, the girl he loved was wrapped around him like a blanket. Resting her head on his chest, she was finally breathing easy after a night of tears.(2) He+She=We [Prussia x Reader]2 years ago in Romance More Like This
Speaking of which, Ivan had never came back that night. A few hours after they had arrived, she had received a call from the hospital, confirming her worst fears. The tears really started pouring like a waterfall, then.
And while Gilbert was remarkably more sober than before (the cold air might have helped on the walk home), he still couldn't really think straight. He may have kissed her here or there, but he couldn't really remember, and she was so ridden with grief, he doubted that she noticed too. Which is awesome sort of.
It would be more awesome if he could just kiss her, and you know, they'd

Wants to share the same level of kindness, with you.
They only take you as some joke, as some person to poke at.
They don't think your feelings matter,
when, in the end they do.
Don't let them get to you.
What good are those bastards anyway?
Only be you.
Let your soul fly to the sky,
like a butterfly.
So that all may see.
That no one can pummel you down.

You woke up to a silent house, dark rooms all around you. You rubbed your eyes as you checked the screen on your phone, it was only about 3 o’clock, but the sun seemed to be going down earlier every night so it being dark wasn’t weird.
Where’s Jack… Shouldn’t he be back by now?
You shrugged at the thought as you pushed your (h/l) back from your eyes. You got up and went into the kitchen, wanting something to eat. After you ate, you walked over to the window in the front room and placed your hand on the glass. It was cool to the touch, almost freezing.
You were staring out the window when a back shape sprinted past, seeming to fall apart below your window.
“What the?” You ran to the door and opened it and stepped outside, locking it behind you was a habit so you did.
You walked over to the window and saw a fine black dust covering the ground. Kneeling, you ran your hand through it, softly, marveling at its softness.

There was always a plan in place when you went somewhere new.
(Or came back as someone new.)
A plan to make sure you could get away through a dozen methods or more; a plan to throw off even the best of trackers; a plan to make sure when you went to ground you could stay hidden for months, if not years.
(Your life of crime had taught you much.)
But often you felt you were going against the world alone, and most of the time, you were.
The world at large wanted to catch you and bring you to justice.
(And you were a criminal, but not for the things people thought you had done.)
You didn't often dwell on it, most of the time you were too busy, but when you did think of your predicament, of your life as you ran from one country to the next, the anger at the unfairness of it all clawed at you with vengeance.
You had fled because of £600million you had never known to even exist.
Such were the workings of your 'ex-employers' and the crimina
