A scene i created over a week to practice hand painting and modular level construction.

Made to hand held spec, under 20,000 triangles, 2x1024 maps and 1x256 map. Needs more work but happy so far =]

This is the WIP of upcoming mini game I made as my friend's birthday present! Will finish in a day or two.

Hey, hey, look at me! I actually tried to make a concept that you could give to a modeler and he would be able to make a proper model from that without getting confused :D

So now I'm going to look at this a bit, then try to model it.

all this time I was busy developing my tower defence game <3
it's still in progress, but I hope we\ll finish it til the ent of this month

well, almost finished map selection screens - just don't know what to draw on terrain parts or left it like it is now

This is a preview of what should have been a Nintendo 3DS game, done back in the days when I worked with 7RavenStudios, and when I had a PC...

Some explanation is required. I created all of this from scratch, all by myself: scenery, racetrack, spaceships (using Photoshop CS4 and 3DS Max 2008). These images were then sent to a publisher, who's still unknown to me, wich should have shown them directly to Nintendo, in order to obtain the official Devkits, and the authorization to develop the game.
Well, came out that the publisher got the Devkits, and then he disappeared, leaving us with a bunch of nothing in our hands. You fuckin' bastard, I hope your society will fail miserably, whoever you are.
Sorry guys, but this was REALLY frustrating.

Notice: the scenery lacks of any object around the track because time ran out fast, and I didn't manage to get everything done in time. Also, spaceships are uber-lowpoly because they were first made for Nintendo DS specs, and I didn't had time to adapt them to 3DS resolution.

Anyways... As I'm now a private game developer, I'm sure I will develop this game myself, one day... One close day.

LATE EDIT: Oh my, I forgot the most important thing. In my original idea, racers were rocket-powered cars, and not spaceship. Yes, something like the Speed Racer movie, but way more fast and badass. And tracks were not small scaled as this looks like. They were supposed to extend over dozens of kilometers (well, you need space when you are FAST). But again, publisher's ideas were different, and I had to adeguate to them. Shame on you!
