Granny Smith, Applebloom and Big Macintosh busied themselves around the kitchen, having just set up lunch. Two seats were conspicuously empty, as neither of the young mares had arrived yet. This was odd, as Applejack tended to be pretty punctual when it came to farm schedules, and you could practically set a watch by Rainbow Dash's stomach. Soon, however, voices could be heard from outside, steadily increasing in volume as the owners approached the farmhouse. The door crashed opened, displaying the ongoing argument for everypony to hear.
"Dangit Rainbow, ah know where the bath is! Stop pushing me!" Applejack said, her hooves attempting to dig into the floor to stop the relentless forward motion. Noticing the other family members' presence, she tried changing the topic in hopes it would distract the pony pushing her forward. "Hey, lunch is ready! Ya gotta be hungry after all that bucking!"
Unfortunately for her, Rainbow Dash was determined to keep the Applejack moving. "Lunch can w

My hooves creaked on each plank as I descended the steps down into the cellar, where it's always cool and dark and earthy-musty and there's a faint trickle of an old stream running down out of Canterlot's mountains, tinkling endessly just off out there in the dark. It adds a certain dramatic urgency to my cellar. The dancing light of the candle I floated beside me caught drips and drops from the trickle, where it passed through my mesh filter and down into a water barrel. It was getting time to bring it upstairs, I thought to myself. It's the best and cleanest water in all of Equestria. I smiled and swung my lit taper around to the side where a number of barrels of clay were incubating alongside a disused old wood potter's wheel, awaiting another day I felt like taking a pass, on which I was enthusiastic but sloppy. I stepped carefully around these and floated the candle aloft, where row after row of dark brown gleaming bottles

Despite being so high in the air, Rainbow and Celestia had to quickly turns their heads away from the bright flash of light. The two looked at each other, then back to where the light came from. When the light faded away, Rainbow looked to her friends to see if they were okay. They were all looking to where Twilight was standing. She scanned all over but didn't see her friend. Where could she be? She looked back to where Twilight should have been standing, but saw something new. A strange gray creature. That was odd, Rainbow thought. Where was Twilight? Then, as the bright pure blue eyes flashed, the realization came rushing over her like a stampede. She had only seen eyes like that one other time. A changeling! She hung there stunned. If Twilight was a changeling, how many of her other friends were too?
As quick as a flash, four loud banging noises rang out and four ropes were flying towards Celestia. As they few, they were trailed by a translucent green aura, sn

"Well, did you make it?" asked Trixie, fidgeting with anticipation.
The Doctor chuckled. "Well, if you'll let me finish I'll tell you."
"Fine, fine just hurry up! I want to know if you were okay!"
"One cannot rush the art of storytelling my dear, Trixie," the Doctor chastised .
"I'm the Great and Powerful Trixie! I can do whatever I wish!"
"Oh is that so?" asked the Doctor raising an eyebrow. "Well then, let's see if you can make me finish the story. Perhaps, if you're so impatient, I'll just go back to fixing up my magic box." The Doctor got up and turned towards the control panel.
"No wait!" Trixie jumped in front of him. "Tell it as slow as you want! Just finish it, please oh please!"
"Oh, I thought the Great and Powerful Trixie wanted a fast story?"
"She will accept a slow one, just this once."
The Doctor smiled. "Good, now let's see. We were trying to outrun a small fleet of damaged Darlocks in an effort to reach a train, one that would take us to the Castle of Lanterns in

I rise early, and my sister sleeps late, but still we get along just fine.
As the day carries on and the sun drags down behind the westward trees around two or three in the afternoon, just then I'll often be seated in my quiet study with my work, my scrolls, and a bit of tea in my favorite fire-red kettle - the one with the little suns dancing around the perimeter. And after a bit I'll start hearing her scurrying around upstairs, the soft dabbling of delicate hooffalls in the rooms above. Then, after some delay, here she'll come downstairs, stepping heavily with purpose, her mane in a tangled mess and her wings imperfectly symmetrical, where she will stop, raise her hoof in a salute, and absurdly bark:
"Salutations, and a good morning to thou, sister! -- Queen Celestia!"
…or some other linguistically tortured greeting. I think she thinks them up the morning b

Fluttershy sat in her house looking out into the garden. Small woodland creatures frolicked about as usual around a myriad of colorful flowers. It was the end of spring, and all the blooms were having their final hurrah. She sighed, she enjoyed these quiet moments in her house more than almost anything else. A cool breeze wafted in, it smelled pleasantly of spring. She inhaled deeply.
A large boom shattered the calm. Animals scattered in all directions to get away from it's source. Fluttershy looked around wildly in the confusion. Out of the sky a large blue something hurtled downwards.
She stared up in bewilderment before she realised where it was plummeting.
"Eeep!" she skidded backwards seconds before the thing crashed into the window, splintering the wood and sending various objects flying inwards. It was a blue box, above it the words "Police Public Call Box" sat in glowing letters. The double doors swung open. A brown stallion poked his head out.
Fluttering Hearts Chapter 1 Fall is a special time of the year in Ponyville; the season of change as some ponies referred to it. Although most noticeably the change they're referring to would be the physical change of color that the leaves on the trees exhibit, there are also some more subtle, but nonetheless significant changes that occur throughout ponies lives this time of year. The peak of this season is marked by the annual Running of the Leaves competition, in which several ponies compete in a marathon designed to shake the leaves from the trees as a result of the force of everypony trampling the grounds at once as they run. However this year, there was another competition between two ponies that was slowly gaining more spectators. An Iron Pony competition between the down-to-earth pony apple farmer Applejack, and the head-in-the-Cloudsdale pegasus Rainbow Dash. The crowd mostly consisted of their closest friends, a few other ponies always ready to enjoy a good completion, and Applejack'sFluttering Hearts Chapter 14 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

The roaring had grown even louder. The ponies of Ponyville could no longer ignore it, they peeked out of windows and collected around the collapsing toy store. Pinkie still stood, impassively smiling at the crowd that was gathering. For all the monster's groaning and roaring, she was unafraid. Rainbow Dash floated nearby, eyeing the storefront warily above Applejack's head. The pair of them wanted badly to go in and silence the noise. But she had told them that Twilight and the strange visitor were taking care of it. Pinkie looked on as parts of the store caved in and knew, that even though things seemed bad that they'd be home soon.

He turned his head, expecting to start on his first chore of the day; which was to wake up Twilight. But she was already awake. In fact she was sitting on the floor with a big yellow blanket wrapped around her, staring out the window towards Canterlot Castle.

It was a sunny and warm day of summer, like any other. Or, it could have been, if it hadn't been the day when Scootaloo learned the terrible truth.
It was also the day of the grand annual reunion of the Weather Pegasi family. A long awaited moment for the related winged ponies who got together, from all over Equestria, to share news and see friendly faces for the first time in a year. Everyone looked forward to the party, but Scootaloo was an exception.
Each year, at those reunions, she couldn't help but always have this awkward feeling of being 'out of place', as each time some members of the family would look at her, then whisper strange things between themselves about 'how sad it was' and 'how a shame it was that they couldn't be there' and then moved away, to continue their conversation in private. It didn't help that she was pretty much the only pegasus of her color, as almost every other were white, black or grey, different shades of blue and green and even one pink, that

Pinkie Pie sat in front of the toy shop, examining a firefly closely, it had been a little while since Twilight and the Doctor had run off.
"What's taking them so long?" she wondered to herself over the loud crashes, bangs and occasional unearthly wail from inside the shop. But she was quickly distracted as a second firefly joined the first.
"Ooooh." she whispered.
A small blue unicorn sat on a tree stump on the outskirts of the Everfree Forrest. A small wooden wagon sat nearby filled with a small amount of food, some flowers and a starry blue blanket. She noticed it was getting dark and, sobbing softly, she took the wagon handle in her mouth and ventured into the forest. The trees were thick, and even though it was only sunset it was almost pitch dark only a little ways into the forest. Strange sounds emanated from the thick grass as the cold wind blew the leaves along the ground. She'd been on the run for a while, but she'd never gone this far.

"Doctor, why did you stop?" asked Trixie, still sitting in front of the brown stallion waiting for the end of the story. "What were the things on the train, tell me!"
The Doctor was silent.

"Doctor, I don't hear anything..." Trixie whispered, pushing his hoof away. "What is it-"
"EXTERMINATE!" A cold robotic sound rang out from behind her.
The Doctor tossed her to the side and dived away as a beam of dark light arched across the air with a fizzing sound. "She got one inside!" he yelled. The Doctor ducked back into the TARDIS, grabbing his coat. "We're still in the library basement, we've moved in time, but not space." He reached his head into his pocket, popping out with the sonic screwdriver.
"But it seems like no one's been here in years." Twilight looked around into the darkness.

MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS EPIC
by Noir deSilhouette
It was a peaceful day in Ponyville. The pegasus ponies had done a great job of clearing the sky to a beautiful blue with just a few decorative white drifting clouds. The bright spectrum of pony colors strolled the streets as the inhabitants of Ponyville enjoyed the weather, the warm sun and cool breeze.
A tan pony with a dark brown mane came galloping through the town, the hourglass on his flank marking him as Doctor Whooves, Ponyville's resident mad genius. Usually he was pretty sedate, just wandering around and helping out, but every once in a while he could

At the outskirts of the Everfree Forest, a yellow pegasus froze. She had just finished tending to the animals in the afternoon when there was suddenly a small explosion from beyond the thick tree line.
Fluttershy cringed, her pink mane falling in front of her eye. "That sounded really serious!" she quietly exclaimed. "I have to see what happened!" She flared open her wings, about to take off into the woods, when she hesitated. "It could be dangerous. Maybe I should get the others first..."
"ZEUUUUUUUUUUS!" A voiced screamed from the same direction as the explosion. It sounded angry and hurt.
Fluttershy gasped. "I can't wait for them; somepony needs help!" With that, she took off as fast as she could through the forest, dodging tree trunks and branches in her path.
As Fluttershy flew through the forest, she heard the voice cry out again, this time much closer. The pegasus froze in her tracks, hiding behind the undergrowth as she peered into the clearing.

I do so hope this letter reaches you well, I think I shall be avoiding Derpy post services though well intentional it is rather pleasant when mail arrives to the intended recipient-if at all in some cases sadly.
The years have seemed too whisked by in a soft haze, the once tender embrace of time slowly growing harsh and cruel. Yet if nothing else whenever I see you I truly know it was all not for nought, yourself and your mother has brought a light to my life so warm, so bright it dwarfs even Celestia's sun. A light I have to admit, I had not thought possible until that star blessed night I met your mother, and I can already foresee you rolling your eyes at me but I shan't delve into that tale once more perhaps it has been told just one to many times before…perhaps.
Your mother loved you with all of her heart and some, until the end of her days she would speak endlessly of you with utter pride glittering in her eyes. Should she have spent longer with us I fear she may

With great care he maneuvered himself out from under her, placing her head on the charred remains of his jacket. He walked over to the box, opened the doors wide and stepped inside. Applejack liked to keep things focused. It had always been the surest way she knew to get things done right. One step at a time, one problem resolved before another, one line of thought pursued from start to finish. No dithering, no distractions, just concentration and clarity.

The day she had just experienced left her no shortage of things to think about, after all; Twilight Sparkle, an alicorn princess! It had been quite the shock for everypony, and Applejack only hoped that the Coronation, which would be held at the first light of dawn tomorrow, would be as wonderful a one as her dear friend deserved.

What I once was don’t matter anymore…
Wishful words spoken on passing days…
Led the ignorant to a mere dead end…
If there’s proof of it, then it must be true
What’s left but to accept what you’re told to do:
Here’s the set of cards you got this time
You’ll get another chance in afterlife
That path was laid before my eyes
When I woke up and saw my sign
While something whispered to me of dreams
I was set to do all these other deeds
Have you resigned to fate, live the life you didn’t set?
Have you resigned to fate that won’t bring happiness?
How can I fail when I fulfill
What my mark is telling me
Why I can’t succeed
If this is my purpose in life
For this I was born
Yet still misfortune

You're lying on your bed, feeling aroused by the mare sitting next to you. Your boxers, made of silk cotton continuously rub against the very noticeable lump between your legs. Every time you try hard to adjust and hide it, your growth becomes that much more visible to your visitor. She smiles with lust in her eyes, and says, "Oh, it seems somebody likes what they see."
The only light in the room are candles hanging securely around the walls that create a luminous dance of shimmering fires upon their holders. They're bright enough so that you can easily see her, but not so bright as to ruin the romance of the moment. You can also detect the perfect amount of their vanilla scent wafting from the wax, which makes you sigh with alleviation.
The sight you see before you is not one you could've predicted to see before this day, nor did you ever think that it would turn you on in the slightest, but it does.
It's Octavia in two pairs of pink socks, with her
