ARTWORK FROM BOOK 2!
Six months after Book 1, going to show short animatic of where the characters are. In the thick of animation and design and production, still a very far way to go, but lots of great concepts:
Opening of Book 2 in a festival in the sourthern water tribe, gentle snow falling, lanterns, circus games, A PAINTING OF A MUCH LARGER SOUTHERN WATER TRIBE!
Southern Water Tribe has a beautiful banquet hall made of ice
Great landscapes, storms, ominous rock formations
“Mysterious location they’re journeying to in this storm, with cool spooky lighting”, harkens back to the glow Aang’s iceberg had
Naga and Korra exploring the mysterious location
Twisted roots coming out of ice walls
Southern Air Temple all spruced up
Vistas, base of the mountain around the temple, very gentle, “misty kind of Chinese mountains”
Ancient air bender site
SPIRIT WORLD!!!!
Explore the spirits, background, creation of the Avatar

Legend of Korra - rambling about Book 1SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED KORRA'S FIRST SEASON.Legend of Korra - rambling about Book 110 months ago in TV/Videos More Like This

There's been tons of blog posts out there analyzing what Legend of Korra's first season did both positive and negative thoughts. There's a lot of praise (there was a pretty steady flow as the season went on) but also some scathing critique (largely due to the finale). I'm not even going to try to be comprehensive because I've already tossed out so many ideas as the season went on, and other people have already laid out essays on the thing. I just wanted to touch on some points of interest to me things I loved and hated about Korra's first season.
To be clear, I could make a similar list of things for any season of the original series. Furthermore, it is important to point out that the team only had 12 episodes to work with, spent TWO YEARS making the season, had to endure all kinds of fast-paced conditions we can't even understand, I'm sure and in general, none of my critique here is meant in any person

It's so amazing to see the fandom is so devoted to the show, i mean, look a this! Look at all the fanart! It ='s hard that nickelodeon is making us wait so long for the premiere of Book 2, but for now, i think fan art is enough to fill the Korra withdraw some of us are going thru.
Keep the hard work fans! And lets be patient for next season! Bryke is in the last touches of it, i know it! Book 2 is almost here
