Cream (Heavy Whipping Cream)

Sugar (1/3 Cup)

Boil 2 cups of milk over medium heat; Separate the eggs into two good sized bowls (Separate the egg whites form the egg yolks); Once you've done this, break up the yolks and add 1/3 cup of sugar (mixed it in until it's smooth). After you mixed the sugar and egg yolks, add it to the milk and cook it over medium heat until it thickens. But you don't want to let it boil.

Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup icing sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
3¼ cups plain flour
1/3 cup cornflour
½ cup raspberry or strawberry jam
2 tbs icing sugar, extra
Method:
Using an electric mixer, beat butter, icing sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until pale and creamy. Add egg and beat until well combined.
