I fell from the skies of
and landed on Hell.
I was lost,
until I met you,
you were a perfect weapon
You and I were unbroken,
we even decided to
set the world on fire.....
Until the day betrayed
I was so upset that
I even lost my wings,
In the end I realised
that you were using me,
and for that I will never
let you seal my coffin.
I hope you remember
my last goodbye,
because that is the last
good memory you will
I hope you burn in your home,
in the fires of Hell.

There was something so lovely about Paris in the evenings. Perhaps it was the soft summer's air, or the bustle of the cobbled streets below, or the lanterns that bounced and swayed on the backs of traveling buggies through the dark pathways. The sounds of dogs barking in the distance, the laughter of drunken men at the bar. Watching the bare footed commoners flock to their hovels and inns like low speaking sheep might have felt daunting to a man within those herds, but to one perched so high above them, it was like leisurely watching a school of fish drift along the Seine. It was relaxing.
“Louis! There you are.”
A voice and a hand both broke these thoughts, bringing a young man on a balcony back to reality. As well he should; after all, when one was an esteemed guest at such a ball of nobility, to spend one's down time watching common urchins dwindle down below rather than socialize might have been a bit rude. And so he was brought from his view and escorted back into the

"Jaaaneyyy!" Roxy calls out as she barges in through the front door. "I'm heeeeree!"
I sigh, watching her from the kitchen. "I can tell," I mutter. Roxy bounds over to me, hugging me tightly.
"Oooh Janeyy, it's been a while!"
"I saw you last week."
"Shhhh! That was forever ago!"
I laugh. "Oh, Roxy " I take notice of the bags she left in the living room. "What's that?"
Roxy looks back at the bags. "Oh. Those? It's a surpriiise!"
I give her a wary look. "Like ?"
"Don't worry about it right now, let's go outside! Come on, take your apron off!"
I look down at my blue apron--I was about to start baking for Jake, my crush. "But I was going to bake "
"No time for that!" Roxy reaches around my waist to untie the knot I made. In a flash, the apron is off me. Roxy takes a look at my outfit and clucks her tongue.
"What?" I ask, looking down at my blue and white T-shirt paired with a knee-length blue skirt.
"This outfit is okayyy, but we gotta sex you up!"

“Dammit!” Scott heard his friend Will shout from the other room. “Not again!” Scott was lounging on the couch and reading a magazine when Will stormed into the room. “That thief has stolen some more things!” Scott set down the magazine.
“You sure it’s not just raccoons or something?” Scott asked. “Sure of it!” Will replied, “Raccoons would of taken food or something; this guy just took some bottles of alcohol and other things that I don’t think any raccoon would want!”
Scott and Will were on a hunting trip in the forest, they were staying in a log cabin up near some mountains. Recently items have gone missing; bottles of wine or beer, books, sometimes even the pelt of the animal that they had killed. Scott wondered where this thief had come from, there wasn’t another log cabin for miles around and they hadn’t found or heard of anyone else camping nearby. Will was determined to get revenge.

Weakened by the pain of years.
I always search but cannot find
The source of all my bitter tears.
I see a light, an anchor, a hope;
I limp faster, relieved by the sight.
I found a gentle, downward slope
Like a rescue from a blight.
I lean on you, no longer afraid;
Finally I have found relief.
Tears dry, memories fade,
Like wind carries a wilted leaf.
But in the end, it wasn't true
You held my heart yet let it die.
My anchor became my noose;
My trust was blinded to your lie.
How could I be so ignorant?
You pledged to never leave my side.
There's none to blame but myself

"Kaelin, did you finish with Lord Dobrynin's shirt?" Jani, the eldest Vienn sister, yelled through the cedar door of Kaelin's room. Kaelin often worked upstairs in her quarters instead of down in the main room with the other girls; just another of her troublesome quarks.
"Yes, it's finished," came an irritable and muffled reply.
"Is something wrong?"
"No, no. I'm just tired. I'll bring the shirt down in a little while."
Jani sighed, leaning against the doorframe as she examined the woodgrain absently. "Good, because he'll be back in the village within a few days."
There was an awkward pause.
"I said that I'd bring it down. Why must you continue pestering me?"
"Are you working on something?"
"May I see it?"
Another silence fell. Laughter from somewhere else in the cabin made Jani unconsciously smile.
Suddenly the cedar door opened with a creak, revealing Kaelin's piercing eyes, set in her exceedingly long, dejected face. Her straw-colored hair was pulled into an unsight

Shawna rested under a tree, tying her shoe lace as she whistled a tune. Her gun rested beside her and she was going to go off to bring some food back home to eat for the night. She looked around enjoying the quiet nature around her. Her ears perked up as she heard a rustling noise in a bush nearby. Quickly she got to her feet, picking the shotgun off the ground and aiming it at the bush, taking a shot. A growling sound emerged from the bush and Shawna's heart sank. She backed up right against the tree she was previously sitting under, breathing nervously. Suddenly, a large brown bear crawled out from behind the shrubbery, making it's way right in front of Shawna and standing up on its hind legs. She pointed her gun up to it's muzzle, sweating nervously. The woman's ears flicked back as tears welled in her eyes. This was the last thing she wanted to do, she didn't want to hurt a bear. And now this bear was going to kill her, all it needed to do was rip her heart out, or slit her throa

It was the fact that the ghost's aura was way stronger than usually. Like a dagger it would stab into his eyes instead of being faintly visible to him. Corissa shook her head at the water Guy offered her and then immediately regretted that decision as her stomach heaved from even that slight movement. Her mother had said the sickness would taper off after a few months, although she'd seen it continue through the entire pregnancy before. She knew she was at least two and a half months along, probably pushing closer to three, and it didn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
As much as she hated the sickness, the sudden aversion to many things she loved, she could never regret what was growing inside her. She could consider it a punishment for being with Guy before they were married, take it as a sign that yes, she had sinned before, but she already treasured the child that would come in a few more months. The child she and Guy had made together. The child that would be the living proof of their love. That was the thought that got her through the mornings, through the hours she spe

It was the perfect night for star gazing, but alas! There wasn't a soul in town that would dare look up. No. The inhabitants were used to peace and quiet, and had all hid at the foreign sounds of swords clashing. Guards in their night shift were running around town, chasing a shadow of black and red. Today I decided it be best to keep a journal entry on my upcoming adventures. No, it's not like my everyday adventure where me shipmates guard trade ships from pirates. This personal log would be an adventure I could not take my ordinary crewmates with. It started after we had reached our homeland. Me crewmates had all decided to go to the nearest tavern for rest and relaxation. It wasn't too long, until the rest of me crewmates had all passed out in their seats. Of course I was still fine due to my excessive "drinking" problem. While drinking what I believe was my last mug of rum when I started to hear some people in the back of the tavern whispering about. Now I'm not much of a curious meowth as one might say, but their topic of choice was in particular was exciting. It wasn't long until I bribed my way in their conversation. Of course it didn't work but, when you can't bribe a man, you force em in a bet they can't refuse. Lady luck was on me side that night. By the tim

Iris walked for a brief moment down the hall after catching her breath before her attention was attracted to one of Guertena's sculptures.....or three of them, to be exact. She walked toward it until she reached the title card, reading the words.
"Death of an Individual...." Iris said to herself. Three headless mannequins were arranged in a triangle, each wearing a dress and high heels in red, blue, and yellow. The mannequins themselves were colored black. Death.....she looked at her black clothing and boots....the color of death itself. The color of the reaper and all things related to it, the color of mourners in a funeral.....and she could go on about black being the color of gothic and just about anything else black, but that was going off subject.
Bringing in the MayFestivals were never really Prudence's thing. That wasn't to say that she didn't enjoy them, no, no. She did that in her own way: the way of the wallflower. So it wasn't all that surprising, really, to find her a ways from the celebrations, watching as the festival-goers danced around the maypole. She sat secluded, not all that noticible next to what appeared to be an abandoned booth with her ducklett nestled in her lap. Silver eyes followed the whirling forms, tangling themselves in ribbons and in each other. The longer she sat watching, the more a voice began to babble in her ear. And it was there, in the sound of whirling skirts and merryment she could just make out of the words of her father. He regaled her, as he so often did in her childhood, with tales of the places he'd been, the people he had met, and the things he had seen.
