I don’t know its meaning but it has caught my eyes
I’ve only felt it once, but it’s been made very clear
That since the first time I met you I’ve hold you dear
And it’s so vivid; it’s strange but also great
It’s close to unexplainable, and gentle as a dove
But only few, barely anyone could relate
That the best of her is that she showed me love

Katara's nerves were all twisted in knots. Her heart was fluttering and pounding like a caged bird. It was the morning of the wedding day, and she was already about to pass out. She paced around the living room anxiously, chewing her bottom lip and twisting a strand of her hair.
Toph sat on the floor a few feet away. Stretching, she said, "Relax, Sugar Queen. It's not like it's your wedding day or anything."
Katara shot Toph a look she couldn't see. "Toph, this is a serious thing." She wiped her clammy hands off on her shirt. "I'm just nervous."
Toph yawned. "I would help you out, but I've never been married, so it looks like you're on your own on this subject."
Katara was about to retort when she was suddenly swept into the air from behind. She gave out a small squeak, her heart rate4 spiking. She placed a hand over her chest as Aang's infectious laughter chimed in her ears. She landed with a gentle thud, and Aang whirled her around to fa

I saw hundreds of billions of galaxies burst into being like birds escaping their cage and exploding into the night.
I saw the first tendrils of life emerge, green and wet, in the salt of some distant planet's still-hot oceans. I witnessed the first breath ever taken, the first glow of knowledge to bloom in the eye of an animal no bigger than myself.
I saw the Earth build itself from fire and gas, and I saw a thousand more Earths do the same over every swirl of cosmos. And I am watching them yet, as I write this, still forming infinite light years away, white-hot in the explosion of their birth. I can see them.
And I have seen them go out, whispering into blackness as the last life in them dies. I have seen them melting and burning, running over with molten rock and the blood of their innocents. I have seen them freeze, crackle with ice, and go still. I have seen them let out their last breath, like Caesar, exhaling one final burst of carbon as he bleeds

I was always busy; there was always time

it's all a sham. I could make time, but I fear
the truth. It's easier to believe my lies.
If I went, I'd see your plot, see how you lie
untroubled, beneath the soil. Your tomorrows

the heaviness of this life. There's too much time

to stop hiding from the pain. My future lies

your touch in everything I do. Tomorrow
is too late, sometimes. It shall not be graved
into history that I gave into fear.
For too long I feel I've lived a life of fear,
of caution, of safety, and, and yet such times
I had. Oh dad, you'd be turning in your grave

where heaven's time ceases to deny
the desire for a weeping cloud,
hear the sky roar out loud...
As you stretch your hand out for a tear
near the deep vertical atmosphere.
"Can't this sorrowful terrain
spare any room for rain?"
Break to the symphony of rain!
Feel it's darted arrows plunge,
throw your adrenaline into a lunge,
and watch nature start to breathe.
The heart now stands to know
of an indescribable water flow.
Break to the symphony of rain,
the sweet symphony of rain!
Where orange rays free fall from the sky,
is where a fair child questions why
the stars won't create a path
for the clouds to finally pass...
As he stretches his hand out for a tear
near the deep vertical atmosphere.
"Can't this sorrowful terrain
spare any room for rain?"

Ludwig awoke at the usual early hour in which he had grown accustomed. He carelessly rubbed the sleep from his eyes before instinctively slicking his hair back. His fingers had barely touched the back of his head when he flinched. It must have been bruised from the ordeal yesterday.
He ignored the pain presently and turned his attention to his slumbering brother and prisoner. Gilbert's hair was strewn in every direction and drool matted his cheek while you slept peacefully with your hair, which had now long fallen out of its braid, masking your face. With an elongated sigh, the German lifted himself from the cot and gently woke the other two. Gilbert released an over dramatic yawn before clutching his stomach as it growled.
"We need to eat, West." Gilbert groaned as Ludwig's stomach agreed rather boisterously. You pushed the messy hair from your face allowing it to frame the sides.
"Are you guys hungry, too?" You inquired

Go, now, to the high places, the thin spires
of mountains and skyscrapers
the roof of your house, tipped with snow,
and fill yourself up with the air.
Drink it in, taste it, roll it around
on your tongue, feel it settle
in the caverns of your lungs. Feel the dust
and the ice crystals and the scraps of newspaper
brush your lips, and fill yourself with them, too.
Fill yourself up with the moonlight, the frost,
the dusky rose of the rising sun,
the night, the morning, the calls of birds,
the sillhouettes of telephone poles,
the shadows of people and clouds and alley cats

Fill yourself with the feel of your lover's hands,
the smell of the cold wind (mint and forests)
the taste of afternoon tea, the sight
of birds pinwheeling in the snow.
You do not have to be empty.

By means of really seeing her.

Make a vital choice.
You are the joke

From the time that she could walk and talk
she could never quite get it right.
Her mommy would call her spiteful names
and then scream "Get out of my sight!"
Nothing she did was ever enough
no matter how hard she would try.
The pictures that she would draw for mom
never got more than the usual sigh.
But when she would go to grandpa's house
greyish skies would turn sunny blue.
In grandpa's eyes she could do no wrong;
his love for her was kind and true.
Her grandma had been ill for some time
making it hard for grandpa to cope.
But when she came with those dark brown eyes
her visits would fill them with hope.
By the time that she was twelve years old
her dear grandma had passed away.
Her mother had found a new lover;
they left her and went their own way.
Alone and afraid and feeling low;
suddenly, a knock at the door!
Grandpa was there to rescue his girl...
and he promised to be there for her evermore!

My eyes are clouded with a fog that restricts me from seeing
For now I feel blind, but from a distance I see a shining figure
Though I seem to be in a malevolent environment, I don’t feel like fleeing
With each step I take, the rubble pierces my feet
Though the pain is sorrowful, faith strengthens my heart
I know I won’t be disappointed with finding someone who shines in the dark
All of this will be worth it; this will be where my happiness starts

Ino sat on the window sill of the vast room. That strange man said it was her childhood bedroom. She winced at the memory of the meeting. He nearly crushed the air out of her lungs when he hugged her. To be honest, she did not remember him at all. The medic ward was overcrowded with injured people and she was lucky enough to find a good spot to rest. She wasn't as heavily wounded as some of the other patients, they said, and so she was given a quick healing spell and then an empty tent corner. It was relative of course: she was freezing, her ribs hurt like hell, and her head was about to explode. Those stupid medics. She dozed for a few hours and was jolted awake by the sharp pain in her side.
Not critical, yeah sure
Simply coughing felt fatal, but she was happy to stay out of everyone's way, and swore to kick anyone who came too close. That was the plan, but when a middle aged man with long blonde hair rushed to her side, she c

Forgiving others was easy for me when I was little. I didn't think much about what others did to me I suppose and I forgave them and let it go.
Unfortunately, they kept doing it--making fun of me, pointing and laughing at my mistakes, making fun of my blonde hair, my blue eyes and anything else that they could find wrong about me, such as my pimples. As I grew older, it was harder and harder to forgive.
Their insults were getting more clever, meaner and dirtier.
I held grudges; secret grudges that I kept to myself. Why should I tell anyone? All the adults will say is that they're messing around and to just ignore it. So I turned to God. I asked what I should do.
But I was impatient. I felt like God wasn't answering any of my prayers. So I turned to music. I listened to it day after day and I felt better. Inspiring songs got me through the d

and to just drift down into a cold pool
to be numb
