MLP - If they were humanAs I'm sure many fans of MLP will know, there are many artists out there who have made picture showing what they believe the characters of the show would look like if they were human. These types of pictures have always interested me and as such I thought I'd have a crack at putting down my own interpretation. Now I'll say right now that I've never been much of an artist, having most of my submissions be literature. So instead I thought I'd write about what I think they'd look like if they were human.
And just for the record, some of these interpretations may be similar to what other artists have already done. And if that's the case, then I apologise in advance.
Okay, let's get the easy one out of the way first. I think my vision of Applejack is pretty much in-keeping with many other people's interpretations of her. Orange wrist-length shirt, blue jeans, cowboy boots, and of course, her trademark hat. I have little variation to offer on this count. When it comes to her physi

"Um... Carrot Top? We never kissed down by the lake." This apparently was amusing to her.
"Oh silly, I knew about it because Rarity told me." She winked and walked away. I couldn't move. Rarity knew?! She saw us? How? I decided to go talk to Rainbow about it, but she came up to me first.
"Rarity knows." I said as I lowered my head. This seemed to get Rainbow upset, but she didn't speak a word. Instead, she bursted through the doors of the barn, leaving me to follow her. I quickly looked outside to see where she went. By the piles of dust clouds, Rainbow sped off to Rarity's house.
When I finally reached Rarity's house, I could make out Rainbow's fist pounding on the door.
"Rarity! It's Rainbow! Come out here!" I approached her slowly.
"Um Rainbow, it's okay. We can trust Rarity." I put my hoof on her shoulder, and she relaxed.
"But didn't she tell Carrot Top?" I put my hoof down and let the question sit in my head.

The sun was just setting over the horizon of Ponyville as Twilight Sparkle and Spike were heading out of town towards Fluttershy's cottage. The air was beginning to cool as the bright orange warmth of Celestia's sun began to descend. Twilight smiled as she made her serene walk along the path with Spike nearly half awake on her back.
"Remind me why I have to tag along," asked Spike, still feeling sore from organizing books non-stop all day in the library.
"Because I'm worried about Fluttershy and I need you here for this. I think she's been feeling really sad lately."
"Yeah, but I don't see how that's uncommon. Doesn't Fluttershy get depressed about something on a weekly basis?" Spike said, still grumpy from his work session.
Shocked by his words Twilight stopped on the creek bridge as she turned her head around and gave Spike a hard stare. Taken by the surprise, Spike snapped out of his grumpy state; realizing what he had jus

Pinkie Pie was grinning from ear to ear as she bounced excitedly in her room within Sugarcube Corner. Twilight Sparkle was taking her on a date. She had never been on a real date before, but it sounded super fun, especially since it was Twilight and she was such a great pony. Pinkie just couldn't wait.
Suddenly, Pinkie decided she was hungry. Her head bouncing from side to side, she left her room and went downstairs. She saw some tasty looking pink cupcakes resting on a tray on a table. She threw three of them in her mouth all at once and gulped them down with a smile. They were super delicious. Pinkie's whole body quivered as she enjoyed the amazing flavor.
"Enjoying yourself, Pinkie?" Mrs. Cake, who was standing nearby, asked with an awkward laugh as she watched the pink pony. Pinkie glanced at her.
"Yep, yep! These are super tasty!" Pinkie cheered, bouncing toward her caretaker.
"That's nice, dearie..." said the older mar
Turkey DayThe scene was gorgeous. Freshly-fallen leaves littered the landscape, the trees which they once decorated standing still very colorful with the browns and reds and yellows and oranges of those which still have yet to flutter off. The sky was a serene, cloudless blue, the air crisp and clean, temperature a perfectly temperate lukewarm with a touch of coolness from a light breeze. The grass was a brownish dull-green, stubbly and dry but still soft and plush enough to walk on comfortably barefoot.Turkey Day4 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
Of course, Mordecai didn't give a crap.
Carrying two wingfuls of paper bags, he kicked open the back door apathetically, whistling as he made his way to the kitchen table. He dumped the contents of the bags, which included potato chips, candy bars, individually packaged dessert snacks, various flavors of soda, and all kinds of other junk food items. However, one bag stayed closed for the time being. Taller and broader than all the

Spike, the baby dragon, had finished preparing the pedestal where he would be putting his latest find. An object that currently held great value to him. Turning around, he laid his eyes on the object in question. An egg. But this was no ordinary egg. For this was the egg of a phoenix. A majestic bird and very rare. Only a handful of people in the whole world owned such a creature, such as Princess Celestia, one of the co-rulers of this land.
Spike looked at the egg with pride. It was a beautiful thing to behold. A bright orange and yellow orb, the colours of fire. Fitting for a bird who's life, ad subsequently their death, revolved around fire. But he was particularly pleased because of what it represented for him. For he had gained this egg by defying his violent dragon nature and overcoming the de

Note: these aren't the ponies from the show. These are based off of anbx's and johnjoeseco's designs for human MLP characters that box. If either of those two (or Hasbro, the company that owns MLP) asks me to take this down, I will.
"C'mon, y'all, I ain't got all day!" stated an impatient Applejack, shaking herself around and stretching her calves for the fight that she was about to take part in.
"I'll take as much time as I want dweeb!" retorted Gilda, preparing herself as well. "...alright, fine, I'm ready."
"Bout' time, sugar! I'm gonna make you hurt more than an ivy rash with no itchin' cream! May the best gal-"
"-which is me," Gilda interrupted, while walking towards the center of the ring.
"...win." Applejack finished her sentence, annoyed. She put down her brown coat, revealing her well-crafted body, and put on her trademark cowgirl hat. She headed to the center of the ring to meet Gilda.
Applejack was eating, well, an a

"It is looking like a beautiful, sunny weekend for all of you fine folks heading out to the mountains this weekend!" the voice from the radio buzzed loudly throughout the small town home. "A wonderful chance to strap on those skis and explore the beautiful mountain sides."
A pearly smile spread across the listeners thin face, as she rummaged through her carefully packed bag; a set of delicate fingers checking off the final items from the list. The room filled with music as the radio began playing the newest hit tunes, and Rainbow Dash bobbed her head to the heavy beat. A quick glance to the left revealed that it was almost time to go.
"Awe, yeah!" Rainbow Dash zipped up the backpack sized parcel and tossed it to the front door. "This weekend is going to be perfect! I can't believe I'm spending the whole weekend with the gang in the mountains, and it was so nice of Applejack's family to let us use their cabin."

It was in the middle of the night when Pinkie Pie was suddenly awoken by the sound of someone knocking on her window. Of course, since she lived on the second floor of Sugarcube Corner, that would be impossible, unless it was one of the winged girls like Rainbow Dash. Another knock, and another. The chubby, bubbly pink-haired girl crawled out from underneath her bed covers. She was curious to see just who it was that demanded her at such an odd hour. She practically bounced her way over to the window; even this late, she was still full of boundless energy.
Pinkie saw that it was not someone knocking on her window, but instead tiny pebbles were being thrown to summon her attention. It was Rarity. She was using her magical powers to send the stones flying, unwilling to touch anything on the dirty ground with her own hands, lest she ruin her nails or her dress. Pinkie opened the window, beaming down at her frien
