Ghost Adventures and off for a weddingMan, theres a Ghost Adventures episode that might make me respect them a lot more or make me hate them a whole lot. Most you folks know that I'm a stickler for "ghost hunting" evidence and often refer to the Ghost Adventures guys show "The Meathead Show". If you watch that show you know why. Their evidence is.... umm... a little too weird and a little too sketchy for me to call them real ghost hunters. Because I'm such a stickler I've been called many things... mostly "the party pooper" and other more colorful phrases. I've searched high and low for good hard scientific evidence to proove that ghosts are real, but that is severely lacking in almost ALL ghost hunting fields. I'd almost go as far as to say I almost don't believe in ghosts anymore but theres a LOT of shit that I've seen and experienced myself that I just can't say there is no possible way they don't. Now, I love me a good Western, but as any classic film fan can attest, the genre isn't exactly known for its equitable portrayal of women. A deviantart search for "cowboy" or "wild west" brings up all manner of male gunslingers and badasses...unfortunately, their female equivalents are more elusive. For whatever reason, cowgirls (like nurses and schoolgirls) are a RIDICULOUSLY fetishized group - it's like an unwritten rule of the internet that all cowgirls must be depicted in outlandishly sexualized clothing that would make no sense for a person living an active outdoor lifestyle.
Now, I've got no problem with ecchi, and I appreciate beautiful women as much as the next person, but sometimes it's refreshing to see pictures of Western ladies that focus on something besides cowhide thongs and kinky lassos. That's what this feature is about: images of cowgirls who look like (or at least make some attempt to approximate) actual frontierswomen, instead of soft core porn

From my very early childhood up to this very day I have been fascinated with Middle Earth and everything connected to it.
