As my birthday is drawing close, I've been thinking about my life a lot lately. Sometimes I wonder how in the world I'm still alive. I know that I can live though most things now. My will is strong.
Let me tell you a little about my life and what I've been through.
When I was born, I was born in to a loving house hold, or so I thought. My so called 'Father', Greg, use to beat and shake my brother, telling him that I was the favorite child and they didn't even want my brother. So thanks to that my brother grew up hating me. As time went on, Greg got more violet and angry. I was told that when I was in my mother's arms, I was crying as babies do, he got up and punched me. Thinking that that would help.
After years of abuse from him, my mother finally left him and we fled to a women's shelter. Greg had threatened to kill my mother, brother and I, then himself. He had the gun already so we had to hide from him. Along with my Grandmother and Grandfather. His death threats were real. My moth
The Rabbit and The Bear...The Rabbit and The Bear...3 years ago in Settings More Like This
One day, a rabbit found a bear. The rabbit laughed at the bear, because he was brown, fat and very very tall. The poor bear was always sad , nobody liked to talk with him because of this. But the bear finally decided to afront it, and he told the rabbit
-I laught at you, because you are little, whithe and very thin, as a dead.
The rabbit was really sad now: he understood all the pain that he makes feel to the poor bear. Since that day, he told to everyone:
-It's sad to hear things like that... We should accept everyone as they are, and don't judge them by their looks!
The other animals agreed. But the old and sage olw said:
- We will forever say the same thing, but you know the time it will work... The next generation will break with it!
Then, what should we do?! - Said a squirrel
We must teach them to leave in peace. You know, make love not war! Replied the owl.
But it's hard! It'
Be who you areWe are all human beings who populate this planet.Be who you are3 years ago in Emotional More Like This
Being gay or bisexual/asexual/transgender is a wonderful thing.
People can be cruel, and disgusting, with the insane amounts of hate and fear we have for each other.
I know that I'm afraid of a lot of things, but I still manage to love people regardless of their sexual identity.
I love people. Both guys and girls. And I'm very glad that I do.
Boys are beautiful. And girls are gorgeous.
I have no problem accepting people. Because I know that pain hurts. And I know it doesn't go away. At least in my case.
I love you regardless of whether you're a guy or girl, gay or straight, black or white. I hate racism. I hate fear. And I hate pain.
And I will never find hating someone who's trying to be who they are, acceptable. Being gay or straight or transgender is wonderful!
Be who you are. Be proud of who you are. And love who you are.
Take care. I hope you find this helpful.
Love. Don't hate.
I love you.
