So I saw and fell in love with the character Loki from Thor and the Avengers.

His face took me so long. Ach.

I'm actually pretty happy with this. Yay

We have to fill the wait for the next movie, don't we?

Quite a pretentious title I blame entirely on the painting itself. I (almost) never have a plan when I start a new painting, and this one ended up looking like it should be framed in a golden baroque frame almost bigger than the painting itself. (I'm sure you know the type of frame I mean.)

I think I'm finally getting a hang of doing simple textures that make things look real, but without entirely loosing the charm of a painted portrait.

Undoubtedly there will be more Loki in the future.

Random Loki painting is random, but it's also a necessity because I know not a better way to spend a night than spending it with Loki, um, I mean, painting Loki...

Whoever came up with the concept of outfit's design, was an evil person, because it's Hell to paint all that metal, but I think I succeeded more or less. Other than that I have nothing to comment on. Just another Loki in my gallery.
