PONIES + PUBLIC HEALTHCARE = THIS
Just praticing on drawing many Poneys. I challenge you to say the name of all the ponys in the file cabinet.
Oh yea, the name of the pony doctor is Dr. Triage, but he's nicknamed "Dr Whitehooves"
Now you're probably asking "What is actually a "Medico della Mutua" and the "Mutua" itself?"
Well, "Mutua" is the short term for "Cassa Mutua", the colloquial name of the Italian State National Health Insurance. Every Italian Citizen has it, me included. It gives you the possibility to have free access to family doctors (Medici della Mutua in fact) and to hospitals, with only a little fee for non-emergency treatments and analysis.
And IT COVERS EVERY KIND OF ILLNESS!
(Not like those American "Health Insurances" with doesn't cover even a heart attack).
BTW, this was an old Italian comic movie, starring the great Alberto Sordi Italian comic, criticizing the public healthcare system before the "Healthcare Act" of 1978. Before this, there was many Public Health Insurances, every one connected with a category of workers and their families, wich was paid by the employers. Doctors where paid on the basis of the number of patients they had per week... so doctors did make lots of analysis, mostly uneccesary, and give lots of medicines, turning patients hypocondriac....
After the act, all the Insurances where abolished and replaced by the "Servizio Sanitario Nazionale", directy controlled by the Ministry of Health and based on the National Health Service of UK.
