I needed something like this stamp for my ID and due to the fact there are not many railfan-stamps out there on DA, I decided to create one on my own. Took a engine nearly every railfan likes, german class 103. You're free to use this stamp around DA! =)

Photo is taken by me and can be found here > [link]

November 1996 - A Union Pacific freight train climbing Archer Hill outside Cheyeanne, WY, loses power in one of it's three diesel locomotives and the train stalls on the hill. :(

Steam Locomotive #844 is following close behind, returning from an excursion. Bob Kreiger, the engineer of 844, hears talk of the stalled freight and radios dispatch to offer his assistance :). Now, the train dispatcher knew what was going on... but it wasn't until 844 was pushing that the engineer of the freight train realized his modern diesels were being nursed back to the yard by a 1944 BUILT STEAM ENGINE! :wow: ;) 8-)

"On that crisp, clear, fall day, justice was served to boilermakers, pipefitters and just plain old steam-lovers the world over." - Kevin Michael Richardson - Narrator of "Trains Unlimited".

Enjoy and Keep On Steaming!

well this one is for the fun. But on the picture you can see my 2 favorite tools. My lightmeter and Mister T. the teddy bear.

The first one helps me to 'calculate' the 'light' and the other one helps my models to fell relaxed and confident.

Picture taken with the natural (ambient) light.

I hope you will enjoy the picture.
Comments are welcome.

Peace, :peace:

In celebration of Frank Hornby's 150th Birthday I present my 'trained Duck' the Flying Scotsman.

Made using the [link] My2cv application and a little Gimpish Photoshoppery.

I'd urge others to make their own trained ducks in tribute to the es-steam-ed model maker.

(Just thought I'd throw in that pun to get you on the right tracks.)

Synopsis: It looks like Derpy and Rainbow Dash have come held of a mysterious device. Derpy has always wanted to go to the moon, and Rainbow has always wanted to soar high above the wonderbolts. They collaborate together, and they discover that this device can shoot warp holes. They attempt to shoot one to the moon, and it works! They both are giddy to fly to the moon, but Twilight doesn't seem so excited..
