'IB' - Chapter Five
As Dib stood outside of his home, he couldn't help the overwhelming loneliness that washed over him. After the neighbours reaction, he highly doubted anyone would take him seriously. Not like they had taken him seriously before anyway.
On top of the extreme aloneness, the boy was feeling a massive amount of paranoia. His house had proven to be just as dangerous a place to be now, and after seeing how easily and quickly Zim could infiltrate it, he realized he would never feel at peace inside of it. He would always be looking around himself, checking to make sure he was truly alone.
Dib took only small, slow steps towards the house now, his eyes flicking everywhere as he scanned for any threats. He was quite jumpy now though, so when a small leaf flew by him he jumped backwards a step and let out a high pitched scream. You silently gazed out your bedside window, watching as the soft and delicate flakes of snow drifted down from the calm and peaceful sky outside. You subconsciously brush a lock of you (Hair Color) out of your eyes and let out a rather soft sigh before turning your gaze towards the sky above the white coated streets and yards. As you did so, you could see the silvery glow of the full moon beginning to peek out from behind the dark clouds. The moon's light then proceeded to soak everything with its soft and almost tranquil glow, making the blankets of white glitter and gleam like thousands upon billions of tiny stars. As you gazed out, you let out another sigh. It has been winter for a few months now and it almost seemed like winter may never end. You just had enough of it... The snow, even with how beautiful it may look out in the now moonlit night, it was cold and wet if it were to get all over your clothes and soak you to the bone.

In 1925, a girl named Mary was just like every other 6 year olds, had wide imagination and always wanted some attention. Though this was quite a gloomy time, Mary didn't have so much friends considering her single mother was so strict with other families and their children.
