Okay, this should be my third and final entry. I just want to win something for once.

Update: 3rd place! The judges went for the more emotive, creative, and symbolic piece. My other submissions were more popular and technically well executed, but it pays to be different I guess.

My entry for the colossus contest.

In the water planes are a lot of toad like creatures running around, so where do they all come from? The answer is the Overmother. A humungous monster carrying tons of eggs in its belly and on its back, from which all kinds of deadly creatures may hatch.

My third and last submission into the Exotika contest. I am just glad to be involved in the first competition of it's kind.
Although this isn't My most detailed or time consuming digital art, it is one of My personal favourites and I hope viewers will be equally pleased with it. I would say it took between 8 to 10 hours and most of that time was spent on the nebula at the bottom. The crystals dont have to be any existing crystal in particular but I just reckoned the blue colour best suited the theme.

I loved the Dracula Untold movie and had to participate in this contest. It was a great movie. Here is my image of Dracula transforming as he goes out to the battlefield, seeking to destroy an army.

Barnabas Collins in an art nouveau style, surrounded by elements from his character and the movie.

Took about 10 hours from start to finish, 100% Photoshop. I tried to use minimal colors, as I usually do t-shirt designs which requires that, so I only used 6 colors, the gradients can be half-toned. I'm pretty happy with the end results, what do you think? Please leave a comment/critique, thanks!
