February 26 would have been Johnny Cash’s 82nd birthday. Cash was without a doubt one of the most influential, acclaimed and popular musicians of the last century. Many of Cash’s recordings are now almost universally known–songs like “I Walk the Line” and “Folsom Prison Blues.” As a result of his work he has been inducted into the Country Hall of Fame, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as well as the Gospel Hall of Fame.
