I was at the zoo today with my buddy and we were looking at these fish and all of them were swimming normally, like horizontally, and then there was this one fish who was just totally verticle for no reason. He wasn't moving up or down or to the side, he was just sitting there up straight. And he amused me so much that I named him Timothy and deemed him my best friend. The end.
Time off I've had time to think about stories again and here's a scene from "She" when a character named Vadmin's wife is dragged from their home in the night, and when he runs out looking for her her throat has been slit. And its his fault 'cause he's the one with powerful enemies. So he feels awful and becomes a badass after the end.
I tried using just black to shade and it looks kinda weird but whatever I'm experimenting.
Dayum Drew, we old. I remember meeting you when I was 13 and you were a young buck of 20 (I think?) and it's crazy to think we've been internet broing for that long. I remember when you first auditioned to be Fang, and I nearly swooned I was so excited to have you working on COTW. We used to exchange huge long emails that would take like an hour (at least on my end) to think about and properly write out. I learned pretty early on that you're one kickass dude. You haven't stopped kicking serious amounts of behind since then, and I hope you continue to flail your steel toed boots at the bottoms of the world into your old age. And I hope I still know you to witness it. Thanks for being awesome for five years of friendship man! Youtube would be a cold and desolate place without you.
Was tired but not tired enough to go to bed so I drew a non-dead pixie because it's physically impossible to draw dead things while listening to songs by Guster. Yes. It is against the laws of physics.
Anyway, mission accomplished - tired enough to go to bed now.
(It's sad because it's only like eight thirty and I'm totally ready to just melt into a lump of sleep. I really need to adjust to not sleeping in...)
