Who cared about those things, anyway? Arthur wanted to go horseback riding and learn to use a sword. Those were the important things. Besides, his dad's friend was coming over today with his daughter. Arthur didn't like his daughter much. Especially since he had heard his father saying that Arthur might marry her one day. Arthur did not approve.
Unfortunately, Arthur didn't know the way to the stables by himself. In fact, he didn't know the way to anywhere by himself. He didn't even know how to get back to his room. He hadn't realized the castle was so big.
"What are you doing?"
Arthur jumped. It was a little peasant girl with curly black hair and a yellow dress. "What are you doing?" she repeated.
"I was. . . I was just looking for the stables," said Arthur.

I un-tuck my right hand and carefully reach over.
When I pick up the paper I can feel that there is something inside of it.
I open the carefully folded note and watch as a rose with the stem cut off falls onto the bed.
I sit up with some difficulty and lean over into some better light.
My love, I hope that you are feeling better by the time that you are well enough to receive this. Know that you always reside in my thoughts. I'm always watching over you.

I pick up the rose in my left hand and hold it tenderly. As I do this Raoul starts to stir. Knowing what he would do if he saw the note I quickly fold it and place it under my pillow. He won't harm the rose, he knows that I love them as much as Erik does.

Such a truly Tiny dream it was.

I don't want to vanish like this,
How do I get people to watch me?
The little dream thought and thought,
And came up with something.
"I can get people to stray into me,
By letting them shape their own world!"
The first Alice was a woman of the Spade,
Who courageously held a sword in her hand,
Chopped down anything in her way,
Making a red path for herself.
That Alice was brought deep into the forest,
And was locked in as a sinner,
In addition to the ways of the forest,
Her life there is a mystery.
The second Alice was a man of the Diamond,
He tamely sang a song in Wonderland,
To fill it with all kinds of sound,
And produced a crazy world.
That Alice had Rose Flowers,
And a cross-eyed man shot at him,
He became bright red as the crimson rose in bloom,
And everyone loved him as he died.
The third Alice was a child of the Clover,
She had a beautiful figure in Wonderland,

Chapter 1 - An Uncertain Decision</i>
Quiet footsteps patted into the bedroom Elizabeth resided in, where she was curled up in a chair that faced the open window. The visitor's entrance triggered her lady-like mannerisms, causing her to rub the tears from her rose-tinted cheeks and correct her posture. Squinting in the shadows, she attempted to identify who had disrupted her grieving and noted it to be Will. He carefully eased himself onto her bedside, all the while noticing she had turned her stare back towards the window. Silence blanketed the room, letting a melancholic sensation linger. His mouth gaped as he tried to snatch up some words jumbled in his head. He hesitantly drew his lips together once his mind blanked to stifle back the nonsensical words he had conjured.

Will's rubbed off on him, she thought with a frown. A slight smile then graced her face. I'd really wound his pride if I told him.
"You know, Sparrow," she said nonchalantly, interrupting his rant, "to be perfectly straightforward with you, I'd say you're beginning to act like Will did. And, when it comes right down to it, that would make you… well, predictable." She grinned widely. "Wouldn't you agree?"
Elizabeth could see that she'd just incensed Jack even more and she giggled a little. It's ever so funny when he's mad.
He was off on another verbal rampage, throwing his hands about and yelling, but Elizabeth didn't hear a word. She was watching Jack's reaction, amusing herself in how he acted when he was positively enraged. It's rather funny, she mused

Huge, ornately carved oaken doors burst open with a crash, allowing a bitterly cold wind to swirl in, along with several snowflakes and a skinny teenage boy. Ice-blue eyes glinting with mischief beneath a shaggy mop of white hair, he skids to a stop on the wooden floor, bare feet slipping slightly. He plants the end of his staff firmly on the ground, and spiraling, feathery patterns of frost swirl away from it, matching that on his blue hoodie and slightly torn brown pants.
"North?" He calls into the depths of the workshop. Seconds later, a booming voice tinged with a heavy Russian accent answers him.
"Jack!" A huge man comes into view, dodging out of the way of several yetis carrying various toys. "How are you?" Grabbing the teen in a bone-crushing hug, he lets out a hearty laugh. "You came!" Jack looks rather uncomfortable.
"Um, North, I kind of need to be able to breathe…" Immediately, the bearded ma

Yes, I can feel my shoulder get slightly wet, as it did not so long ago, but that was the Phantom, and this is Raoul.

He pulls back, keeping his hands behind my back, looking into my eyes, "What if something had happened to you?"

That day he had had a total of no classes with any of the Golden Trio, so he was feeling rather down. Usually his mood lifted after a good teasing of one of them, but this day he'd had to resort to teasing the first years and random other students from other houses. He let a sigh pass through his lips as he remembered winking at a pretty first-year, making her stare in awe before he pushed all of her books onto the floor and stepped on one of them as he left.
It was satisfying, but not as satisfying as teasing the Golden Trio and seeing them get fired up. They always started yelling insults or, in the mudbloods case, huffed and walked away.
Speaking of mudbloods.

Her eyes fluttered open slowly as she squinted at the candlelight above her head, its flame made her eyes burn; she closed them instantly. Christine opened her eyes again as her eyes re-adjusted to the darkness.
A soundly snore came from besides her, and her eye drifted over towards the man who slept besides her. The white of his mask stuck out plainly in the darkness as she shivered. The room she was in felt cold, but the heat from the comforter around her body warmed her slightly. Her eyes drifted down to where Erik lay, and his body looked welcoming.
Christine felt a sudden urge to remove the comforter and scoot closer to him, but that's when it hit her. She was completely naked, except for the mess of hair that covered her head. Maybe that's why she was so cold.
But her thoughts turned to Erik again. She turned over on her elbow and just watched him sleep. He looked so peaceful, so calm. The contour of his body seemed to be relaxed and at rest, which earned a happy

"Why are we out here again?" questioned Gokudera with a growl, keeping his voice low.
"You know why, Gokudera," said Yamamoto with a smile.
Gokudera blanched at the memory. The three boys were given the task of keeping Chrome occupied for a while. The reason? Apparently, Haru and Kyoko thought it would be nice to throw Chrome a surprise party for her birthday. Both Tsuna and Gokudera were going to object, albeit for different reasons, but the looks in Reborn and Bianchi's eyes were enough to make them agree. So here they were out in this autumn-going-on-winter afternoon making sure Chrome didn't find out.
"I still don't know why we have to do this!" growled Gokudera.

She had trapped herself, unless she knew where the servants' stairs were, but she was a snooty pureblood, she wouldn't care and wouldn't know. But she would want to as she sat locked in one of those rooms.
The charm wore off quickly, as it was intended. She had obviously thought she would only need a certain amount of time. Wrong for you, Madam, he thought to himself as he began climbing the stairs. He swore colorfully as he felt

You grabbed your house keys on the way out the door and across the street onto the other sidewalk. You just didn't seem happy with anything. You found out that you were failing one of your classes in school and needed a walk to brush it off. Life was so boring nowadays. It was a normal Saturday morning when you decided to call your friend Alfred and plan your day. It was the last week of summer vacation and all summer you two and a few of your other friends were doing things you had come up with the past school year on a list called "Things to Do". It was inspired by a post you saw on Tumblr, and you and your friends thought it'd be an awesome idea to try them out yourselves.
It was a pretty long list, honestly. Alfred's brother Arthur was bribed into doing the first item on the list, which was to wear a shirt that says 'Life' on it and hand out lemons to people on the street. It was ridiculous but amusing, as most of the things on the list were. The great part about this was that you were taking pictures of each event and you were later going to put them into one huge poster to remember your last summer before high school.

Dryd did not avert his gaze from the viewport; he found the void soothing, especially when his temper flared.
The woman, Dryd's secretary, placed the file on his desk and scurried out; when Dryd was in a foul mood, it was best not to disturb his contemplations. He knew what mission the after-report was for. Ever since its inception, it had been the mission.
Dryd, of course, also knew what information the report contained. He had requested it only as a formality, as the remnants of Lucjan's TASO cell on Ganf Magna had already confirmed his elimination. The three members who had evaded Raege's summary investigation were off-world, and were being shipped to different units for incorporation trials.
Meanwhile, Dryd had also received a r
