Continuing from the last one, only this time, "Electricity". ZZZRRRT!

Just basics, stretching my Animation muscles, so to speak. Every time I try to make a cleaned up version of this, it always doesn't look Necron-y enough.

32 FPS. Though I am counting on it lagging just a bit.

For #eye-of-terror's Custom Character Contest.

Forgemarine Nemo is an eccentric and erratic worshipper of the Machine God. He carries out his duties almost joyfully, being accompanied by his mindless servitors, which is prefers to his brother-marines at times.

Unlike others who abhor xeno-tech, he secretly has an obsession with it, scouring the battlefield for bits and pieces of technology that still functions. Inside his personal chambers he has a vast collection of Necron and Tau devices, some of which he is attempting to adapt into weapons for the Imperium. Such a desire is considered heresy, but "desperate times call for desperate measures" is what he would say in response.

===========================================

At first I wasn't gonna call this particular techmarine a redo of Nemo. . . but I like it a lot more then the old one XD despite the fact that the servo-arm was cooler and he had his drum-fed bolter. From now on this is the OFFICIAL Tibernius Nemo design XP

Oh and he's part of my Chapter called the Eternal Legion, in case you didn't know.

The Impact Hammer, originally designed for sub-surface drift mining, can focus several hundred metric tons of pressure into the space of a few square centimeters. The impact, and resulting shock wave, easily destabilizes solid stone to speed ore separation and excavation. After several mining accidents highlighted the Hammer's devastating effect on the human body, the N.E.G. military took interest. To improve the Hammer's effectiveness against vehicles with shock-absorbing armor, an alternate electromagnetic pulse (EMP) mode was added. The EMP violently scrambles onboard computer systems, quickly leading to engine failure. Field testing showed the EMP has a similar effect on infantry Power-Ups, knocking them off soldiers and enabling battlefield recovery.

Mass Production Tactical Battle Frame Hammer.
It's a Mass Production Unit put in record time in production by the Orbital Confederation to counter the Lunarian Republic's Swithblades.
It's a crude Tactical Battle Frame built using mostly conventional technology instead of Black Tech like the SwitchBlade. This makes it less powerful than its LR rival that comes also equipped with beam weapons. Hammer Squads rely on numbers and teamwork against the Switchblades that often operates in smaller units or even as solo units.
