At first - there is a new kiriban - catch my 866 666 pageviews and send me a printscreen as a proof via note to win a feature

(no feature for animal abuse, porn or art-thieves).
At second - I lost 12 kilos

it means I need to lose 20 another killos to have NORMAL weight. Well, I am on a good way, I just need to try harder. 12 kilos are nice, but not nice enough if you consider the time. I am still satisfied, because I think I mostly lost fat and not muscles, which is great

I will do my best to lose another 10 kilos faster. Let's give it try ok? I will do my best to lose another 10 kilos until the end of October (I do not want to go to quickly. To lose weight fast is definitely not a good way, because then you get a lot of fat back and you lose muscles...).

Uah, what a night

I was so excited with free international shipping offered by DA, that I shopped like crazy, ordering so many things

I hope they will REALLY arrive and that I will REALLY have shipping for free.

I have already sold several mugs and also 3 calendars, which makes me really happy!

I wish I could see, how the printed calendar looks, so I thought about buying it too, but honestly, I would not use it that much

My amazing cousin had to travel to Ostrava today, he had some important meeting there. And he was nice enough to take me to Olomouc, which is on the way. So I could visit my most favourite ZOO and amuse myself with watching animals

Snow is here - wolves on snow - PHOTOSHi!
The first snow came - it was very thin layer, much less than 1cm, so it did not survive the night, but it still pleased me

It inspired me to post some photos of wolves on snow - those shots are quite old

Baby wolves were born!!!Hi!
This is one year old journal, but I have great news - I just read that in local ZOO, baby arctic wolves were born again!

They still stay in a burrow, but as soon as they get older and leave the den, I will do my best to bring you some photos

The quality is very bad, they were some 20-30 metres from me, but I think you can still enjoy their cuteness

Still alive, news and WOLVES - PHOTOSHi pals!
Omg, was my previous journal really posted more than two weeks ago, although I promised to post more of them?

I am so sorry, I am busy and tired. I am not used to wake up at 5:50 AM, so although I get home quite early, I am usually very tired and fall asleep about 10 PM.
I was also very disappointed about that canceled trip to black wolves, so I felt kind of empty and dull and I did not feel like being active.
So... interested in news?
I am still losing weight: next tuesday, my 12 weeks PC program ends. I have to say that since I started to go on my internship in a marketing company, I do not even start it, although I used to fill it completely in previous months. When I work, I have to go to a local univerzity canteen to have a lunch, because the marketing company does not have a microwave in an office. So I can not control the ingrediences of the lunch, which is the main dish of a day

so I feel it is pointless to try to fill the rest of the categories of the program.

Fail, thieves + Wolves on snow (fresh PHOTOS)Hi!
At first, kiriban 955 555 is VERY close!
At second, photo trip to ZOO Bratislava was a fail. I love visiting ZOOs in winter, they are usually calm, animals are more active and are more curious about you. ZOO Bratislava was nicely covered with snow, but ALL the animals were hidden, I have never seen such an empty ZOO

the only animals I could photograph were wolves (but in totally photographer unfriendly enclosure) and red pandas. I predicted big cats would be closed in indoor enclosures, but I forgot those exhibits have only natural light which comes through roof windows. But nobody bothered to remove the snow from the roof, so light could not get inside and the indoor cat enclosures were SO dark that one had troubles to even spot the cats there

it was absolutely impossible to take a photo. And finally, I got stuck in Bratislava, freezing in wet shoes and jeans for more than 60 minutes without moving, so I wonder if I get some illness

Shame about fennecs + my favourite wolves - PHOTOSHi!
I went to my beloved ZOO Olomouc to photograph animals yesterday - I needed a break from the thesis writing.
I spent hour or maybe more with my favourite wolf subspecies - Iberian wolves. They were very active and even aggresive, snapping their jaws and snarrling a lot. One of them tried to catch a crazy rodent. It was fun and I got many photos for you

But the bad news - fennec fox got a new light in their enclosure. It is a red light and it TOTALLY does not allow you to photograph, because the specific light ruins the texture of the animal's fur and there is no chance to get any photo

I am sad about it, I loved this place for fennec photography

now it has been lost... in ZOO Dvur Kralove, they put those foxes into very dark indoor exhibit, so this place is also lost and in Prague, you never see them... Hm... I am a bit sad about it, I would miss those little guys

And guess what: a miracle happened!
DA finally removed that photo which was stolen from me AND it even banned the thief. Incredible! Well, thanks, dA, for removing it, it is nice to see this problem fixed

But it still makes me a bit upset - reports sent by original authors have high priority for dA. And it still took a month to remove the stolen work. I think it really makes almost no sense to report art-thieves, who post google photos, as nobody cares about it here

Very cute baby wild cats - PHOTOSHi,
I met my dear friend =amrodel and we visited ZOO Jihlava together - it was full of baby cats!

Caracals, manuls and snow leopards had babies, so it was amazing to watch them - just the weather was bad, cloudy and even rainy, so the light made the photography difficult

Some sad news about wolves (?) and PHOTOS of themHi!
I must say I am a bit nervous

I visited ZOO Brno few times in last few weeks and I see that one of three oldest pack members is not fluffy yet

ZOO Brno's oldest wolves are Atila (male) and Alex and Clair (females, sisters). Arctic wolves live only some 7 years in the wild, but can have much longer life in ZOOs. But while Atila still looks nice and fluffy, both females look somehow... "used" this year

maybe it is because they gave birth to so many pups and they also used to have some fight (at least one serious two years ago). When you look at their faces, they start to remind of those photos of very very old wolves you can see here on dA

and one of the females (I do not which one of them is Alex or Clair) starts to lose fur, her back and hips are moulted

Last time I was watching wolves, ZOO guide came, saying "Do you see that moulted wolf there? It is one of our breeding females. Poor one "už to má asi za sebou"." Saying "už to mít za seSome sad news about wolves (?) and PHOTOS of them2 years ago in Personal

Love of wolves (mating season) - PHOTOSHello

First of all, kiriban (766 666) is VERY close!
At second, Brno's females, Alex and Clair, are in heat now. I went to the ZOO to take some photos - because of mating season, wolves were very excited and active. I had a great chance to watch their fantastic and natural behavior, which included gentle touches, aggresivity (not between alphas and beta, but younger wolves were somehow excited) and mating itself. It was just incredible to observe so intimate moments of the lives of wolves. Thanks to winter, I was totally alone with them - only me and wolves. I would like to share some shots I took - sorry for lower quality, the weather was cloudy and as you can imagine, wolves were moving a lot. Although I took some photos of mating itself, I do not want to post such shots. Not to offend some of my watchers (mating and also eating are absolutely natural for animals

) but to somehow respect privacy of the wolves

Stressed + wolf agressivity - PHOTOSHi!
Finally I was forced to use USB keyboard. It does not make me happy at all - I think I have not mention it before, but I am very short, so all tables in our home are too high for me. I can not type there, as my hands soon starts to tingle because of blood loss

I need to type with a notebook in my lap. So finishing my final thesis will be even worse pain than usually.
Oh my, thesis.
I have just 14 days to write it. I must start, but as my BAD habit is, I am so stressed about it that I rather feel dumb and hating myself than to REALLY start.
I need to start NOW!
And I make a promise to motivate myself, ok, people?
If a practical part of my thesis is not finished untit this Sunday (5/12/2012), I will publish photo of myself. You might considered it weird, but I am hysterical about my annonymity and I really do not want anybody to know me - I think there is not a single photo of me online. I do not mean any guy (although Will Riker is kind of cute

), but my own will - I can not get into losing weight again, although I now have the perfect chance to continue! I hate my weak will so much, how comes that I can not kick myself to continue, especially when I see it IS possible? :/ nah, I am so angry at myself. Go, stupid Woxys! There are still 20 kilos of fat which wait to be removed.
Mhhhhhm, I really need to start, as even the current state makes me feel much happier than the state a year ago.
Sorry for talking about this issue a lot, it is not easy, although I have already managed to lose some 20 kilos. And now other 20 should go away! It is just hard, because yes, it is nice I lost so much, but I am still so terribly overweight

I have so many motivation clothes, but I obviously need a big kick to continue. GOOO, blonde, go

Seriously, people? And wolves - PHOTOS!Hi!
I have been always curious about the number of people, who look at my journals. And new style of "favable" journals could finally show it to me. I was interested - when I post a journal, I usually have some + 400 views on my profile page. So I expected to have some 400 views on my last journals, which would confirm, that 400 persons read it. But it got some 6 000 views!

it is MUCH more than my photos usually have!

I can not believe this number is correct... I was told that the journal appeared in some dA news section, but I am not sure if that is a reason, because I had no special pageviews, just regular + 400, which is typical for a day, when I post a journal. I think that new visitors, who would be attracted by a journal, would probably (at least small part of them) visit my page, so I would have bigger number of pageviews

So this is a mystery, really...
