The first of many things I'm making for Florida SuperCon.

I have so much bacon now after my tutorial that it's not even funny. So I thought some bacon and egg earrings would be cute. :D

My all time favorite cartoon princess. Sorry guys, Odette trumps my favorite Disney princesses. Why? I honestly just love her design, and her character. "Swan Princess" is just a classic to me. And the fact that I bought all three on DVD (regardless of how awful the second and third are), you can be sure some fan art is coming your way. I will totally be doing this in SAI, once I have time.

May I present to you, one of my birthday presents, my first tattoo. I took it today, so it's still a bit swollen and sore.

Let me give a brief explanation behind the tattoo.
The tattoo is a sort of tribute to Emilie Autumn, as well as a symbol of strength and courage for me.
Almost every time feel down, angry, frustrated or scared, Opheliac makes me feel better and it gets me through even the worst of days. I listen to her songs every day, and I never get tired of them.
The Opheliac stereotype describes me so well, and by accepting the fact, I can easier fight it and live my life in a better, less destructive way. In that way, this tattoo is very personal and meaningful to me.

My next tattoo will be designed by myself though :3

Oh, and this photo is not so good, it looks much better in reality ^^

To avoid being asked what "Opheliac" means, here is a explanation of the word (from Urban dictionary):

In reference to the character Ophelia in Shakespeare's Hamlet, Opheliac is a noun meaning one who has delved into madness. The source of this word comes from Emilie Autumn's new album, titled Opheliac, along with a song sharing the title name.

----

One afflicted by the disease "Ophelia" a condition wherein the sufferer exhibits patterns of self destruction caused by influences both external and internal, and the inability to tell the difference. An Opheliac may suffer from some mental illness such as bipolar disorder, which, unfortunately, only serves to absolve those around her from any responsibility for driving her mad themselves, thus supposing the patient far madder than she is in fact.

A person who is their own worst enemy and allows others to destroy them.
