'IB' - Chapter Two
Dib found himself completely frozen again as the other approached him slowly. It was almost as if time had just stopped completely as each step created more and more anticipation and fear. He could hardly even bat an eye as his gaze was glued on to Zim with no intention of looking anywhere else.
Zim took agonizingly slow steps to him, the laughing dying down to weak 'e' sounds of an eerie laugh. He stopped when he had reached him, eyes turning wild almost instantly. He leaned forward and continued that grin of insanity, looking like he was a wrong breath away from a total meltdown. "I...want to....." The rest turned into garbled nonsense, but he paused, as if he were waiting for an answer now.
Dib didn't seem to catch on to this though as he was too intently focused on the other's horrifying expression, sending shivers down his spine the longer he stared at it. He considered running, but of course his body wouldn't even allow him to move a finger as he stood perfectly still

"It's a human, a very rare find nowadays...which means it's far more than you can afford." The salesman said, shooing the poor alien away with his claw like hands.
This was how it was every day, the human was packed up in his cage and set out like an item to be bought and people who noticed him were always too poor to buy him. The human had used to struggle and scream at the salesman in a strange language that nobody in their right minds knew, but after a couple of beatings he'd been silenced and he now obediantly sat in his cage cross legged, not even bothering to look up from his lap. Most would believe he was dead were it not for the calm rise and fall of his chest and occasional sick cough that escaped him. He was clothed in the skinny jeans he had been found in years ago and they were stained, ripped, and much to small for him.
"Well, how much is he?" A voi

Zim seemed to ignore my question, and instead walked passed me, to a book shelf. He picked out a book, and opened it, apparently scanning the contents.
He began to hum lightly as he looked tough the pages. I rolled my eyes, and sat on the floor, that’s when I noticed the pain. I hissed a bit, and looked down at my torso. It was covered in bite marks, and scratches. .
Dib whimpered, “Z-Zim?”
“What do you want? Stupid big-headed-fool-boy-creature. . .” Zim sighed, as he continued with his reading.
“Where did these bites marks come from?” I asked worriedly, hoping Zim would bother answering.
“From me. . .” Zim said frown on his face, yet never looking up from his book.
“How about the scratches?” I asked, surprised.
“Zim did that to.” Zim answered, still never looking up from his book.

I looked around, to find Zim a few feet away, laying on the floor, asleep. I figured his body must’ve blinked out to. . .
I crawled over to him, anger from the previous day completely gone. I examined him, in his dozing state, and what I observed made me sick to my stomach.
Zim’s wrists were badly bruised, most likely because of how recklessly I grabbed them, how tight I held them into place. He was shivering possibly because he had slept on the cold floor all night long. . .
I carefully lifted his head, careful to not wake him, and placed it on my lap. Why had I done that? I’m no better than him, actually compared, mine was worse. . .
I sighed, “Zim? Wake up. . .”
Zim’s eyes opened slowly, then he sat up, pain filled expression on his slender face, “D-Dib?” He seemed to have
Trench Coat-ZaDr Zim stepped out of his house and into the frigid air, wearing his usual uniform. He hated earth winters, they were cold and made all the humans sniffly.Trench Coat-ZaDr4 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
The alien's uniform was extremely thin and did nothing to block out the chill. Which is probably why he was so cold, but he'd never stoop so low as to buy a human coat. His race however had never heard of a coat before since it was always warm on his planet, so he went without anything to block out the elements. He refused to wraps his arms around himself, this would show that he was cold, and that would be a weakness. The irken walked down the sidewalk, occasionally slipping on a patch of ice or two before regaining his balance.
Dib stepped out of his own home, wrapped up in his warm trench coat. He didn't much like winters either, they were cold and he hated getting sick.

I ran out of the room, and found Zim, who was still sitting in the chair, reading that stupid book. I grabbed his wrists, and made him stand. The book landed on the floor with a thud, as I shoved him agents the wall.
I held his wrists on the wall, to keep him from retaliating. “What the Hell is on my back?!” I screamed at him.
Zim flinched at my screaming and had a very saddened expression on his, usually smirk face, “Z-Zim doesn’t know w-what your talking about.”
I growled, tightening my grip, “Yes you fucking do!”
“Dib-beast, stop your hurting Zim!” Zim cried.
“I don’t care! What happened? Why can’t I remember?!” I yelled over his pleas.
Zim whimpered, “Because you did not want to remember. . . You told Zim to help you forget. . .”
I now finally snapped, I felt like hitting Zim, but instead I thought of a wo

The mysterious phone call he'd received late that Tuesday wasn't helping with his suspicions. The irken had sounded broken when he'd hung up, almost on the verge of crying; but Irkens didn't cry. He'd never even seen the irken sad or close to being unoptimistic.
Dib gave out a loud sigh, which amazingly went unnoticed by the teacher, and stared at the clock. Ten more minutes and he'd go to Zim's house. He'd vowed to himself that he'd check on Zim today. Not that he was worried

Zim flew silently in his ship, and he clicked a button to cloak his ship from the The Resisty's radar. He flew silently and steadily tword the ship.
"They are in room 805 on the second floor," Red told Zim through the radar.
Zim nodded, he wore his brother's uniform and his contacts slightly itched.
"Don't forget your weapon," Purple reminded him. Zim checked his pocket and his Irken gun was still there. "Now put the cloaker ring on your antenna." Zim did as he was told, and winced at the slight pain the ring gave him. "Now say Vortian," Purple commanded.
Zim did as he said and let out a shriek as the ring buzzed. Electric volts zipped through Zims body, making him feel on fire. His antenna changed and got bigger and hardened; his skin changed into a light beige color, and his legs changed into the zig-zag sticks that Vortians walk upon. He screeched as his eyes shrunk and his whole body went limp and heavy as lead. Dizziness overtook him and he fell over.

Dying Tonight-ZaDr part 3The human was banging loudly on the door to Zim's house, each knock resounding in an almost eery way into the empty base...not even answered by the insane robot who had surely been deactivated the second the irken had died. "ZIM I KNOW YOU'RE HOME, ANSWER THE FUCKING DOOR!" He screamed, trying and once again failing to kick the electronically locked barrier. "DAMNIT!" It was an average, boring day in school. Ms. Bitters lectured, yelled at people, along with all the other usual things. It was average as average got...that is, until the principal came in. He and Ms. Bitters spoke in hushed tones, until she nodded and he left the room. Ms. Bitters spoke up in her loud, screechy voice, "Class, we have a new student joining us. Please be welcoming, as he might not be as bad as you kids turned out. Now come on in, whatever your name is." The door cracked open, and the new kid stepped in. Everyone's mouths dropped open. The new kid was AWESOME, and he hadn't even spoken a single word yet. Zim and Gaz visited each other like this every day for almost a month, much to Dib's chagrin. Dib kept trying to convince Gaz that her friend was an alien, but she would have nothing of it. "Shut up, Dib. If you knew him, you wouldn't think like that."
It was on a particular afternoon in school that something odd happened. It was free period, where students could do what they wanted. Most students chose to hang out in the hallways, but Zim and Gaz took advantage of this time in the library, studying for a test. Zim appeared to be focused on his work. Gaz's mind, however, drifted in other directions. Zim's deep blue-gray eyes were focused intently on the page, almost giving the appearance of scanning it. He was quietly mumbling to himself, perhaps to help himself remember the information. Watching him sit there like that, Gaz suddenly felt a pul

Chapter One: Over the Radio
Dib's radio was picking up an odd signal. He turned the knob a little to the left. A little to the right. There was a short whine, and the sound came through clear. "Your turn, Zim," said an odd voice - it was high and low at the same time. "You've been assigned to...Earth. One more thing, Zim. This is NOT a regular conquer mission...it's a-" The signal faded out. Dib's eyes widened. This wasn't what he thought it was, was it? It had to be. Dib packed up his radio as quickly as possible and slid off the roof,

It was a few minute after Zim and Dib left and Gaz was sure they were gone. Gir was still latched onto her stomach and she just looked at him lovingly.
"Gazzems? Do you want a Chaco Taco?!" Gir looked up at her.
Gaz had heard a lot about Chaco Tacos from Zim, but she'd never tasted one. "OK."
Gir got all excited and let go of Gaz. He leapt up and opened his head. He grabbed out two Chaco Tacos and handed one to her. Then he sat down and started to eat his. Gaz looked at hers with slight curiosity and took a bite. It was chocolaty, with a nut-creamy texture to it. The waffle shell was tough, but easy to chomp through. She sighed with delight and took another bite.
They ate in silence. When they were finished Gaz went to the tent door and looked back. "Do you want to come?" She asked.
"Yes!" Gir leapt up and ran to her. He hugged her and it almost knocked her down. "Were is we goin'?" he asked.
"To the small creek laky thing to wash up."
"Oh! Sounds fun!" They walked together to the smal

It has been two weeks since the friendship was made official. And every night Dib would dream off all the good things that would happen to Zim but never the bad.
He dreamt of the good times they had together, and what Zim eats and all the silent hugs Zim has with Gir. He dreams of the times when Zim goes out to steal those Chaco Tacos for Gir. He dreams of the times when Zim only fells good inside and he feels these good, warm, fuzzy feelings to.
Zim often talks to Gir, about past times and things that have happened before Gir and Zim met and Dib dreamt about these conversations. Almost all of them He is still oblivious to Zim leaving, or the mission, or the girls in which Zim has to save.

Zim and Dib ran into the tent, huffing and puffing. Dib stopped short when he saw Gaz and Gir asleep. He nudged Zim with an elbow and Zim looked up to see them. Dib was shocked to see Zim only smile softly and gaze upon the two with sorrow.
Dib looked back at Gaz and Gir, and he was sure that if Gaz woke up she would break the poor robot and kill both Zim and Dib for seeing them asleep like that, but with everything that has happened; he didn't know what to think. He watched as Zim went over to them and softly picked up Gir and laid him inside Gir's sleeping bag.
Zim then walked over to Dib. "Don't worry about them. I'm sure Gir went over there after Gaz fell asleep. At least now she won't kill anyone." Dib nodded in agreement. He stopped and held his neck as a stabbing pain shot through his body. He then realized that they were both still beat up from the fight.

Dib and Zim just left the tent and were out on a hunt for werewolves and vampires. "So where are we supposed to find a werewolf or vampire?"
"Well, to tell you the truth, I don't think we'll find a Vampire out here anywhere. But since it's," Dib looked at his watch, "9:15, we should be hearing a howl soon and we trace it from there. Right now we look around for evidence that a werewolf was aver here."
"How do we do that?"
"Look for a dead body of an animal and we trace when it died, what killed it, and where the creature that killed it went."
"Sounds disgusting. Do I have to touch it?"
"No, we look around it. You don't have a nose, but you can smell right?"
"Like a Maymer," Zim boasted. Dib looked confused so Zim explained. "A Maymer is a very rare creature on one of Irks conquered planets. It is a planet that is entirely filled with alien animals. He placed his three fingered hand on the screen and a lone tear began to run down his cheek. He stayed like that for a moment before tearing away his hand. The memories in his mind assaulted him with guilt sadness and regret. He could not believe what he had gone though, for just a petty lie.

He trusted Gaz of course! But what if she told Dib about the Girls or the mission? Stop thinking like that! Gaz is my friend! She won't do that to me would she? NO! She wouldn't! She just proved her loyalty when she didn't kill me when I kissed her. Wait a minute "Oh my Tallest!" He shouted aloud.
"What? What is it Zim?!" Gaz looked concerned.
"I just realized that I haven't asked Dib what would happen if I left, so I would know when I leave for the mission; and summer is only a week away!" He shouted. He set down the viola case, grabbed his antennae and shook his head starting to freak out.

Zim couldn't wait to go to this sleepover. Exciting! He had told Gir he was coming, and Gir jumped with glee.
Dib had given a note to Zim listing everything that he needed to bring to the sleepover, after skool.
1. Sleeping bag.
3. Night goggles
6. Silver bullet
7. Small sleeping bag for Gir
Zim had looked up before what a sleeping bag was and he now knew what it is used for. He had called the computer and told it to make two sleeping bags during skool.
Now, at home, he packed what was needed. He put the bullet, goggles, stake, and radio in his PAK. He put the Garlic in a bag and put it in his PAK. Then asked the computer where the sleeping bags were.
The computer dropped the two perfectly made sleeping bags. One was blue like Gir's eyes, with a black Irken symbol on the front and the other, the one for Zim, was red and had the Irken symbol on the front. Zim grabbed the bags and went to the elevator. Dib walked into school by himself on Monday morning. No sister; no best friend. Dib felt alone and sad. He felt as if everyone was looking at him; he felt as if every whisper was about him; that every laugh was turned to him. He felt that everyone knew what happened and was blaming him for it.
Dib walked into his classroom five minutes before the bell and sat in his seat. A girl with purple hair and braces, known as Gretchen, came up to him. "What's wrong, Dib?"
Dib looked into her eyes. He looked away as he spoke, "I did something horrible and I think I severed my friendship with Zim. He probably hates me now and I can't do anything about it!" Dib could take back the words that left his mouth; though he wished he could. He looked down at his desk as the tears came back; he tried hard to keep them from falling.
