Dragonized, chapters 0,1, and 2.Chapter 0- through the fire and flames.
Fire and smoke... that's all that I could remember...
...Everything was hurting.... where was I? The smoke had started to clear some, but my eyes couldn't seem to focus on anything, it was all blurry... something green, I could see something green everywhere, and brown, below all the green was brown.
Red danced around me, coming from parts of gray stuck in the brown... why were my ears ringing so bad?
“Holy... are you seeing this Tanner?” Comes from off to my right, it was tinny, must have been the ringing, I try to look that way and everything flashes red, and I let out a roar of pain, but something was wrong, it was wispy, no strength to it, and my chest burned.
“It's alive too, damn!” Says another voice, something had started up out in the distance... what was it? Barking?
“Agh, we don't have time for this, they're still hunting for miracle man here. Getting close too.” says one I haven't heard before...
The Dragon in Me Part1I was just walking around in the city. It was a wonderful day in the middle of the summer. The sun had just risen and was shining in my face. I had decided to take an early walk and was now on the way home. I was crossing the road when it happened. A car hit me from the side. When I was flying the whole time seemed to slow down and I felt something rush through my body. Then I blacked out and crashed against the wall. The driver of the car just went on like nothing had happened. For my luck the next passenger that saw me called the emergency ambulance. They came quickly and brought me to the hospital. When they found out who I was they informed my parents, who came as fast as the could. When they reached the hospital they were led to my room. I had to look terrible. Several bones broken, bleeding just like every where and to make it worse the doctor told them, that I had a concussion. He also told them that I had likely no chance to survive and they were even wondering why I was stillThe Dragon in Me Part16 years ago in Scraps More Like This
A Christmas TFThe day right before Christmas, twenty year old Troy walked through the mall, trying to get last minute gifts for his family and friends. With most of his Christmas shopping done, he had one last gift to get: a gift for his ten year old brother, Matt. Troy wondered what kind of gift Matt may like. He knew his brother was a big fan of Digimon, his favorite being Guilmon, so he figured maybe he would try to find Matt something in Digimon. He headed for the toy store, hoping to find a gift his little brother might like.A Christmas TF7 years ago in Scraps More Like This
Troy looked around the store, noticing just how crowded it was. Of course it wasnt as crowded as the actual mall but still plenty crowded. He headed into the far back of the toy store where all of the action figures were neatly shelved. He looked around, trying to find a good gift to get Matt. Unfortunately, there was nothing Troy could find which was Digimon related that Matt didnt already have.
Can I help you?
Troy turned his head, noticing a man
The Dragon in Me Part 8The moment I became aware of the world around me I knew there was something different. I felt the soft grass beneath my scales, I smelt the salty breeze from the sea and heard the waves crushing against the steep cliffs. Above the sounds of the sea I could hear the chirping of hundreds of birds. Their gorgeous music filled the air and made me feel happy. For one moment I enjoyed this moment of peace without thinking about where I was and how I got there. The Dragon in Me Part 85 years ago in Scraps More Like This
But this moment was over far too soon. I opened my eyes and inspected my environment. I lay at the edge of a forest, the thick trunks of the trees right next to me. It surrounded me to the north, east and west, but to the south there was the sea. About ninety feet away from me the cliffs fell down to the sea almost perpendicular. I slowly stood up and walked towards them completely taken in by the sight of the vast ocean. I had seen the sea quite a few times when I had been human but this had a completely different feeling to it.
A New Reason To LiveSkyle was a junior in high school. He was pretty much considered a nobody. He was constantly picked on by peers and abused by his parents. His father was an alcoholic and almost had no money to support Skyle. Skyle's mother died when he was little and five years later, his father remarried and had another kid. A boy who he named Zack. Zack was the only person who was ever truly nice to Skyle. In short, Skyle's entire life was downright miserable and this is where the story begins.A New Reason To Live8 years ago in Scraps More Like This
The class bell rang for eighth hour. The last hour of the day. Skyle had math. He was never fond of math. He actually found it to be boring. He was working on triginometry which seemed to have taken forever.
Fourty minutes passed and Skyle thought to himself " When will this day END?!" Skyle overheard some classmates talking.
"Hey, you going to the Halloween dance?" One of the girls asked.
"Yeah! Of course I am! I'd never miss a chance to hook up with a hot guy!" The other girl exclaimed.
Awaken the Dragon InsideCollege had just been the start for 20 year old JC. He had left home a year ago to go study all the way in Georgia, leaving behind his mother, father, and his seven year old brother, Jake(Whom he had given the nickname "Jakie") as well as his other realitives back home in Illinois.Awaken the Dragon Inside8 years ago in Scraps More Like This
JC had his whole dorm room to himself. It was a normal sized room. On his desk were his textbooks as well as a picture of his family. He was the only one who lived in his dorm so he could do whatever he wanted.
JC lay on his bed, looking at posters of some of his favorite rock bands. Most of them were Linkin Park or Story of the Year. He decided to get out of bed and log on to his computer. As soon as the computer was all booted up and running, he logged on to the Internet and typed into the Google search bar "DragonLuver91910". The first result read, "DragonLuver91910- Springfield, IL, 20". It was the link to his Myspace profile. He clicked on it, opening up his profile. The background to the profile was of
Basilisk TransformationMy name is Logan Green.Basilisk Transformation6 years ago in Scraps More Like This
I thought I was just a normal kid. Kept out of trouble, kept myself busy with football, and always making sure I had time to study and get good grades. I guess I have my dad to thank for that. He's always on my back about doing well in school. I know in my heart he means well and that he loves me very much, but at times I hate him for that.
But everything I thought I knew, everything I thought was real, turned out to be one great big fat lie. And that monsters are not just legends, but reality.
And I was one of them.
It all began one day after any other normal day of high school. It was a Friday, I remember that one random fact for some strange reason. Probably because it was the day my life took a turn for the worse.
That's the day I met her.
She was standing right next to my car. I had never seen this girl before, but she instantly caught my eye. I'm not going to deny it; she was hot. Long, curly dark brown hair with equally dark eyes, tanned skin, the
The Dragon in Me Part5On the next day it was raining when I woke up. I had slept pretty long and it was already 10:43. Although there would be lunch two hours I didn't want to skip breakfast. I got down and ate some bowls of breakfast cereals. I was rather hungry but I didn't know why. I didn't care at the moment and just ate.The Dragon in Me Part56 years ago in Scraps More Like This
After breakfast I decided to get out and enjoy the feeling of the raindrops on my scales. I had always liked it to be out in the rain when I was human and I wanted to know if it felt different with my scales. I went out into the pouring rain. I had to smile when the drops flowed down my body. I hadn't felt this for a long time so this time it was even better. I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the feeling. There wasn't any difference to how it felt before. It seemed that this was one of the less things that hadn't changed in the last few days. It wasn't like I wouldn't enjoy my new body. It was just good to have this small things that would always be the same.
I stood still in the rain
The Dragon in Me part2When I woke up the next morning the sun was shining through my window. My watch showed 8:32 and because my whole family sleeps pretty long on weekends I was the first one up. I got out of my bed and went down the stairs into the kitchen. I opened the fridge took out the milk and warmed it up on the stove. When it was warm enough I poured it into a bowl. Then I got the box with the breakfast cereals and put some of them into the milk. This was my usual breakfast that I eat nearly every day. Although it tasted like it ever had there was something different to the feeling that I head while eating. Just like there was something missing that would make the food really enjoyable. It was the first time when I realized that I had not only changed in the way how I look. When I thought of it I noticed that my brain, or at least the most primitive parts of it, told me to eat meat. It wasn't like I could only be satisfied by eating meat. I could still eat other things like vegetables or fruits andThe Dragon in Me part26 years ago in Scraps More Like This

I always liked dragons. The prospect of becoming one was always fascinating to me and reading about things like that online on places like dA was definitely something I'd do. When I was alone. You see, for some reason, I really just don't have the guts to tell anyone.
It's just that I feel that my interests were weird, and I don't think people whom I'd known personally would actually react positively to my obsessions, because liking these kind of things were not something people would imagine me to do. Little did I know that was all going to change...
Well, first, I should probably introduce my former self, when I was human. I was 15 when it happened, and I was in Sec 3*.
I wasn't really to most popular of guys, neither was I really the kind of nerdy, geeky people who'd stay after school to study. I tended to somehow just fill in for the role of faceless, average Joe, the kind of guy to get h
A Costume PartyI smiled and waved as I watched my parents' car drive off. Perfect. I was alone at home for the week, with my parents out for a vacation, while my older sister was off for some camp of sorts.A Costume Party5 years ago in Scraps More Like This
Holding back my excitement, which was bursting out me, I ran up to my bedroom, reaching for a rather large brown cardboard box. I opened it, revealing a large, dark blue dragon costume, complete with wings, a tail and even digitigrade feet. It had a gorgeous, dark blue color, with a yellow underbelly which was also the color of the membranes in the wings. I smiled, admiring the craftsmanship of the costume. It was a so realistic, even down to finest details such as the scales on the costume, which each shone with a certain degree of potency in the light. It was sure to win in tonight's costume party.
I had paid an arm and a leg for this, hiding it from my family, especially my sister, so that they wouldn't spoil the surprise by doing something stupid like telling it to people
The Dragon in Me Part6When I woke up the next morning I felt somehow different. I decided to not care at the moment. I was sure I would find out during the day. I got down just to see that Mom was already making lunch. I had been sleeping really long but my mom didn't care about things like this. I could stay in bed till the late afternoon and she would say nothing but something like `Wow, we have the honor to meet the high king´.
"Hey, the dragon has decided to get out of his lair." See, she always does this.
"Morning, Ma." I replied smiling, "When is lunch ready?"
"You just got up and instantly think about eating. It seems this hasn't changed and never will. But if you ask, I think it will take about thirty minutes." She turned around and continued making the meal. I went back into my room and when I entered my cellphone rang. It was Luke.
"Hey, Mark." He said.
"Hey, what do you want?" I asked. He never cal
The Dragon in Me part3When I woke up the next morning there was something different. I couldn't tell what it was but I was sure not everything was like yesterday. I looked at myself. I still looked like I had yesterday when I went to bed. I tried to figure out what was different for some minutes but I couldn't find anything. I decided to forget about this. I got out of the bed and went downstairs. My mom was already up and making ham and eggs. She barely never made breakfast for everyone and it was even rarer that she made ham and eggs. When I reached the kitchen she was putting it on three plates. The Dragon in Me part36 years ago in Scraps More Like This
"Good morning." She greeted me.
"Good morning." I greeted her too. I sat down at the table and mom put down my plate in front of me. She was sitting down at her place when dad came into the room. He got his plate and sat nearby my mother so they both sat in front of me. That couldn't be good. Every time they do this we are going to have a serious talk. Most of the time they were about that I had done something wr
The Dragon in Me Part7The next morning I was woken by my hunger and the smell of blood. Inside the tent I heard someone move but I didn't care. I had only one thought. I wanted to taste, I wanted to feel this blood. Slowly I stood up and approached the tent. I unzipped the door and pushed the light fabric aside. Luke was sitting upright and looked at his finger. Blood was dripping down from his fingertip. He licked it off so the bedroll wouldn't get dirty. I sniffed the air again and enjoying the smell of the blood. But I wanted more and slowly approached to him. He looked at me but didn't notice that I wasn't the same I had been yesterday. The Dragon in Me Part75 years ago in Scraps More Like This
It was when I lifted my paw when he realized that something was wrong. Now I could see the fear in his eyes and I enjoyed it. He crouched backwards and I put my paw on the ground again and followed him. In the small tent there wasn't much space for him to avoid me and I stood between him and the exit. When his back touched the fabric of the the tent he stopped. There was

I opened my eyes to the world around me. There wasn’t very much to look at in the first place, considering that it was already nothing but pitch black, but it was something. Fumbling around the dark, hard interior of what seemed to be a holding cell I groped the floor and crawled forward, getting a feel of where I was. For one, it was a concrete floor, judging by the texture of the material below me, and with a few more centimetres of blind crawling, I bumped into a wall. I turned the other way and found that wherever I was, it must have been a pretty small area because it didn’t take long for me to hit the opposite wall.
I crawled up to another wall and sat there. Again, where was I? The interior of this dark prison smelled of antiseptic, akin to a hospital, yet without any source of illumination, I could hardly tell if it was a hospital or not. My gut feeling told me that where I currently was currently in anything but a hospital, bu
The Dragon in Me part4I woke up quite early the next day. When I looked at my watch it showed 6:45. I usually tend to sleep much longer and so I just closed my eyes again and tried to get more sleep. The Dragon in Me part46 years ago in Scraps More Like This
After more than fifteen minutes of rolling around and trying to find the right position I abandoned and got up. I stretched all my limbs and went down. I wasn't hungry yet and so I laid down on the couch in the living room. It was going to be a nice warm Monday and tried to think of something to do. My dad works the whole day on Monday and he would leave soon. Maybe mom had already planned something. I decided to take the things as they come and not worry about things like this. I thought of the events yesterday. When I came to the point where I thought about the discovering I wondered if there would be something new today. I hadn't noticed anything till now. Maybe I would discover it later or there wasn't anything new today.
`Could it be that I already used something but didn't noticed it?´ This was a new
Halo Elite Costume TFIt first came to me from a knock on the door.Halo Elite Costume TF5 years ago in Scraps More Like This
"It's here!" I mentally screamed, jumping off the chair in excitement.
I rushed over to the door, opening it violently to see a rather shocked looking delivery man, standing at the door way with a large, brown parcel in his hands.
Without even asking, I grabbed the clipboard from his hands and signed in the appropriate places, before grabbing the parcel from him and slamming the door in his face.
I eyed him through the peephole as he checked the details of his clipboard carefully, before turning away to his truck to deliver his next set of items.
I quite literally whooped in joy as I turned to open the parcel, for I had been anticipating the arrival of this costume for a week.
A week back, I had been searching the Internet for a place to get a costume for the upcoming Halloween party that my friend, Gerald, was planning to host.
Upon chance, I managed to come across a website selling cheap costumes, with the highest prices being only about
Small 2I next woke up to something in my face. Sleepily swatting it off my face, I rolled face-down onto my pillow, sighing. I didn't really feel like getting up yet, but I knew that if I was awake, I was awake. No denying that. An annoyed warble sounded out from the direction I swatted the thing into, but I ignored it, too sleepy to bother.Small 24 years ago in Scraps More Like This
Sighing once more, louder this time, I stretched, only to knock my arm into something rough. The rough object gave my arm a hard nudge back, causing me to jump slightly in shock until I remembered what it was.
Picking it up and giving it a rub down the ridges of it spine, I proceeded to laze in bed, simply doing nothing more than mindlessly stroking the dragon as I stared into the ceiling of my bed. It purred softly, which was cute, but I hardly cared.
What am I going to do with you? I thought, letting my fingers run across it glossy scales. I don't think Ariel handled it very well, what if mom and dad disapprove?
