I promised to do a few pendants based on the lord of the rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, and here is the first one
Unfortunetely two strands of the mane broke of, but I was able to glue one so that it's not that visible anymore. But I'll redo this one, when I'm finished with the lotr-project!
Wish me luck! Some of the pendants will be pretty hard to do xD

This shot was taken by Pasi Välkkynen at Finncon 2010. There was a slightly boring finnish campus area behind me, so I added some more sylvan look. I actually won the masquerade contest that was held there. So, this was the first time my craftsmanship got even international
recognition, as amongst the finnish judges were Ellen Kushner, Pat Cadigan, Cheryl Morgan.

This is also a glimpse of what my leather helmet has become. It's not ready yeat, it still needs some horsetail for decoration, but otherwise it's done. As soon as I'll get it 100% done I'll post new pics of it.

A pendant made with a Art Clay Silver technique, hand formed by me of fine silver. Each leaf made separately without using ready forms and casts. Which main element pose the labradorite with a gorgeous strong labradorisation. Around the stone I put a floral motif with leaves ivy.
