Since my first Dragon Priest stamp went over pretty well, I decided to make another, for the few more that you confront in Skyrim's "Dragonborn" expansion
In the order that they are shown on the stamp, each priest can be found in the following locations: - Ahzidal - Kolbjorn Barrow (Solstheim's Southern Ashlands) - Dukaan - White Ridge Barrow (Solstheim's Northern Mountains) - Zahkriisos- Bloodskal Barrow (Solstheim's Southern Ashlands) - Miraak - Apocrypha (Oblivion)
This is a stamp I wanted to make for a little while now, featuring the major antagonists of Skyrim and its two major DLCs
These are the fiends, in order (slight spoilers):
- Alduin - The primary antagonist of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim", Alduin was a powerful dragon (known commonly as 'The World Eater') who ruled over Skyrim in ancient times. Eventually, his Nordic opressors banished him forward in time, but this allowed him to wreak havok upon Skyrim (and all of Tamriel) in the Fourth Era. With Alduin's sudden appearance, and the return of his draconic thralls, the legendary Dragonborn appeared, destined to defeat him.
- Lord Harkon - The primary antagonist of the "Dawnguard" expansion, Lord Harkon is a powerful vampire, and leader of the Volkihar Vampire Clan, obtaining his impure and immortal status through a pact with the Daedaric lord Malog Bal. With the coming of the Dragonborn, the hero is given the chance to either side with Harkon and his ruthless clan; or to join the Dawnguard, a special organization specialized in combating Harkon and his minions.
- Miraak - The primary antagonist of the "Dragonborn" expansion, Miraak was supposidly the first Dragonborn. Instead of using his special gift to save the land of Skyrim, however, he chose a different path. Miraak ruled over the inhabitants of Solstheim, as a powerful Dragon Priest, gaining much of his power from the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora. By the Fourth Era, in the wake of Miraak's return, the new Dragonborn travels to Solstheim to confront this rival foe.
Recently I discovered this meme, and put it in my favs to do for later. I decided to use my Skyrim character, Atirya, for it. As my friend once asked me 'how did Atirya get in to the Dark Brotherhood?' Well I hadn't really developed her character enough to be able to answer her, but upon seeing this meme, I had to really think about it. So here it is:
Age 5- Atirya is carefree and happy. Her parent's store in Solitude is thriving, and her life is perfectly fine. She often helps out with tending to the store whenever her mother orders her to. All is well until two years later, when she had found her beloved Husky, sathi, murdered on the street, a knife stuck in its chest (you can read about the encounter there). She became angry, and set out to find the killer. A few days of research later, she found out that it was a younger boy who had killed her dog, though it was on accident, as he and his friends were playing a game that had took a wrong turn. Atirya, in turn, killed him, and thought nothing of it at the time. She was also never found out about the murder.
Age 13-Two years earlier, her father died in an accident [still has to decide what kind], and then another year later, age 12, her mother became sickly. Atirya has to take responsibility for the store, and work full-time. She reflects on what she had done two years ago, and contemplates between what is right and wrong. Working daily bores her, so she has much time to think about what she had done.
Age 17- Atirya's now joined the Dark Brotherhood. She has been a member for two years now. At age 14, her mother died, and she ran away from Solitude, and her responsibility to take care of their family's store. A year later, she killed again [will have to figure out more detail] and a few days after, she found herself in the Brotherhood's hands. Atirya became a valuable member of the DB, never failing in her contracts.
This age is seen during Skyrim.
Age 25-Years after the DB's collapse in Skyrim, she has remained a faithful member of the assassins, helping to rebuild their numbers slowly. She cuts her hair, deciding it got too long, and in the way while on a mission. Atirya changes into the robes, as they are more comfy in her older age. She still goes out on contracts whenever needed, though not as much as she used too. Her main job in the DB is to guide them, and give out contracts herself.
