Sleep Tight: Chapter 5Sleep Tight: Chapter 51 year ago in General Fiction More Like This
Ceasing to exist. The grand finale. The inevitable final act. The end-all.
The Man in the Moon slowly opened his eyes. They were confused, at first. Tired and weary. But, as he began to smile, they filled with a liveliness that betrayed his true state, a boundless kindness shining in them.
As if by an unspoken cue, the Guardians—all except Jack—seemed to relax. One by one, led by North, the four of them went to the Man in the Moon. Sandy floated at his right side, smiling softly. Tooth took a seat at the foot of the bed, crossing her ankles neatly. North took a knee on the left side, his elbows propped up on the bed as he took up the small man’s hand.
“What happened, Manny?” North asked him, voice smaller than Jack had ever heard it be.
“Ah, my old friend, nothing that is not unnatural,” came the gentle reply. The Man in the Moon’s voice sounded just as kind as his eyes and face looked. It was also wi

"I'm going to bed~" one of her friends said online, "Night mommy~"
"Night~" She replied, typing quickly. At least there was still one more on.
"I'm going to bed!" They said on Facebook. "A sleep-deprived Viva is a bad thing."
"Aww okay~" She typed back.
Might as well go to sleep myself... She thought, looking over at her bed and tossing some brown hair out of her face.
A clicking noise sounded near her bed, and she jumped at the message tone, clicking back to the Facebook tab as she closed YouTube and Tumblr.
"We continue tomorrow~?" Her friend from down south asked.
"Suure~" She said, and as her friend got offline, she closed the Firefox window and said night to her friend on Skype, glancing away to her bed as she pressed enter.
"Night" He said back and she finally shut off her computer.
Putting on pajamas, and in the silence of her room, she continued to hear the clicking noise. Like mouse
Gentle SnowfallAll right. Awesome story time.Gentle Snowfall2 years ago in Personal More Like This
It's been incredibly windy for the past couple of days (it doesn't ever snow, though ). While I was visiting my old house, I took my dog out for a walk up the hill to do his business. It was nighttime. First off, I nearly tripped and fell over what sounded and felt like a long thin tree branch. I looked back and saw nothing. Continuing onward, the wind was blowing pretty hard. It was brisk and exceptionally cold. I began to talk to Jack, knowing that he was behind all of this (as I usually do when a sudden cold wind blows or something along those lines...yeah, I talk to Jack a lot x3). The moment I uttered, "Jack Frost, it's you there, isn't it?" the wind blew so hard that I almost fell over. My dog perked his ears up, but soon went back to doing his own thing. I continued talking to Jack. Then, out of nowhere, my dog starts staring at something up the hill. He's not one to bark unless he knows it's someone/thing dangerous or threatening. Curious but ex

A lot has happened in the past year. I'll skip over the personal life stuff. x3
199 deviations, 6613 comments, 690 watchers, and 28127 (and counting) pageviews later, I think that I can say that I have grown as an artist and Deviant.
For one, a year ago, I never thought that I'd be where I am today. I never thought that the aforementioned numbers were ever feasibly possible for me, and yet there they are. A year ago, I was thrilled when I got more than ten pageviews in a day. I still am, so you can imagine my every day when I see that I get roughly 300+ pageviews on average. I faint a little, my heart never ceasing to skip an excited beat.
I think my art has improved...I hope it has at least. I finally have a work that I am truly proud in, something that has never happened before for me. What is it, you ask? It's my most recent one of Jack Frost, titled "Why?" http://legendoffullmetal.deviantart.com/art/Why-352081062

Get recognition I never had.
I wanna see my work in that bottom four
And maybe after six months once more.
The front pagers were really nice
But now I want a bigger prize
One day this goal will be realized
Oh I promise
As long as it's not this
I will not give a shit!

“Now Prussia you know the number to call me if Aria needs me right?” Hungary asked putting her earrings in.
“Mama Hungary, you look pretty,” Aria said tugging at her sparkly green dress.
Hungary ‘awww’ed and said, “Thank you baby.”
Prussia didn’t pay attention; he just sat on the couch reading
Said Prussian jumped and fell of the couch, “What?”
“Remember you’re watching Aria for the night.” Hungary said, “Give her her dinner, make sure she takes a bath, and be sure she has he gummy vitamins.”
“Yeah, yeah,” Prussia said pouting. It was the country annual dinner. And since he was an ex-country he wasn’t invited, theretofore he was stuck as baby sitter.
“Onkel Gilly will play Candy Land with me right?” Aria asked Hungary.
“Of course sweetie,” Hungary said smiling to the little girl. “Right Prussia?
