Beep Beep! Beep Beep!
You jumped a little at the sudden noise of the small alarm clock that sat on the end table beside your side of the bed. You looked over at it with tired bloodshot eyes and glared at it furiously. The clock was blurry, so you rubbed your eyes to try and read what time it said. When your vision became clearer your (e/c) snapped open wide with shock.
"What..." you whispered to yourself quietly "1:00am already…?"
The bed started to shake faintly when the body beside you started to shift in his sleep. Looking over your shoulder you caught a glimpse of your fiancé Arthur Kirkland on his side facing you. Through the darkness of the room you could barely make out his face; it looked so innocent and peaceful while he slept.
The blanket you both shared covered him all the way up to his shoulders and his blonde hair was experiencing some major bed head. You smiled a little when you noticed he was drooling just a b

It was just after midnight on a stormy night. Explosions of thunder kept the coyotes howling through the night. Lightning illuminated your room for split seconds when the light made its way through the cracks of space between the blinds and the window frame. Wind rattled the screen in its place while it howled around the exposed walls of the room and caused the young tree outside to wave around in danger of being uprooted.
The room – your bedroom – was freezing. There were three walls exposed to the wind outside, and, being an old house, the heating unit was having a tough time keeping up with it. It was lit solely by the blue glow from the screen of your laptop. You were watching some DVDs you had found in your room to hopefully help you fall asleep faster. Instead it made you want to stay up longer.
The wireless internet had gone down hours ago. Normally you would have just gone right to bed, but the wind’s screams and the r

You opened up the window, sticking out your head to find the source of the music. It had streamed into your ears late at night, and you had finally broken down to try to find its source. Stereo Hearts by Gym Class Heros drifted towards you, making you smile. Another voice called your name, "_____?" You looked down onto your back lawn to see Arthur Kirkland. In his grasp, held high above his heads, was a big old fashioned stereo. Your eyes widened.
It was cheesy as hell. It was classic. It was... Arthur. You grinned wider than you thought possible, and jumped out the window, scaring him half to death. But you landed on your feet, as you had done it many times before. Arthur set the boom box down and you hugged him tightly. He pulled back, taking his class ring in one h
EnglandxReader - You're my comfort.Friendship and love should be terms away from each other, like, if you actually are best friends with someone then you can't love them romantically and if you are in a relationship with someone you can't love them in a friendly way. Is that so? That's not possible, I believe. Since Arthur and _____ were both at the same time. Sure, Arthur only acted as a friend when they were under the eyes of the French and American guys who hanged out with both of them -though, mostly Arthur-. But still, when they were only the two of them, oh dear~ He showed all his affection, even though we indeed, got a little bit shy at times but that didn't lasted long enough to make it awkward or weird.EnglandxReader - You're my comfort.2 years ago in Romance More Like This
