Even Mabui's Transfer Technique, said to be so deadly to non-objects that only a single human, the man with the toughest body, The Third Raikage, could withstand it.
Tsunade laughed in the face of that and regenerated like it was nothing. All she got was some cuts and scratches.
She's a Senju, she's got that incredible Senju life force. As a result, she's been capable of going long past any other regular shinobi would stop. She's a beast. She's been impaled by Madara how many times, she's been stabbed through the abdomen, and now she's been sliced in half.
She's not going to die.
