A most time consuming drawing that was a challenge to say the least. With so many other drawings waiting to be done, I couldn't move on until this was finished. Finally after about 3 weeks on and off, it's done. Once again it's such a crap photo Graphite on canson
Finally finished this! It took me way to long, I think I started it on something like the 2nd January... But thankfully I really pleased with how it turned out I wanted to draw someone blonde because I don't think the hair on some of my recent drawings has been all that good so I thought I should focus on the hair. Also I usually end up leaving the clothes til last and rushing them or over simplifying them, so I tried to draw them a bit more realistically this time.
- A4 paper - Graphite pencils: H HB B 2B 3B 4B 6B 8B - Mechanical pencil - Cotton buds for blending - Plastic and kneaded erasers - Reference used - Probably somewhere between 15-20 hours, although it could have been more - I lost count!
This one has been a long time coming, I had a bit of an artists block but I managed to finish it. I'm in the middle of packing/moving so time to "escape" has been rare I FINALLY have a decent camera to shoot my work YAY *o/* Graphite on canson Approx 30 hours
