Mass Effect 3 - Happy Ending Mod...Mass Effect 3 - Happy Ending Mod3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Yet again the Mass Effect Fandom proved that it will not leave the ending in the state it was presented in the game. A certain (fan!) mod was created (and is right now in the testing phase) a Happy Ending Mod for ME3. We can destroy the Reapers, Shepard lives (EDI and Geth too) and most importantly of all we don't have to worry about the Star Child.
Instruction how to install it and the mod itself can be found here:
You can also check how the mod works here on youtube:

The Art of Self-Promotion brrr .__.Hay bbys<3,The Art of Self-Promotion brrr .__.1 year ago in Personal More Like This
It's summer again: time for my yearly journal update lol;;
It's been a busy year of balancing my work for the university with training to become a pro recurve archer and, perhaps most challengingly, actively pushing my art. I got to know some really cool people in business and entrepreneurship, as well as amazingly successful and inspiring artists like Brosa, and I must say their mentality has really made me reevaluate the art world and my role in it.
The business mentality is one of attaining success as measured by public interest, whereas artists tend to focus on improving for themselves. The idea here is that "if I can get my art to a point where I am happy with it, the rest of the world will see it and just follow". I was a firm believer in this, thinking the quality of art should speak for itself, and always feeling anxiety central at the thought of spamming people too much with my work. However, I've realized this way of thinking is flawed f

My Best Motivational TipWhen I become overcome with the guilt and shame and fear as a result of my constant procrastination, I have one trick to get me off my ass that works every time.My Best Motivational Tip3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Now, lots of other people and blogs and whatever are all like "look how lucky you are" and "puppies and rainbows" and "if you get it done now, you'll feel better" and lots of other positive shit. While all this stuff is true, I'm still playing Assassin's Creed II for like four hours a day. It doesn't motivate me at all. I still don't want to write a 500 word essay on the subtle differences between the book and the film adaptation of The Road that's due, like, tomorrow.
So here's what I think of.
"Michael Bay wants me to fail."
Insert your own celebrity arch nemesis if you want to, but basically choose someone so crap that it makes you angry. Preferably someone who's getting paid buckets of money to do whatever they do to piss you off.
Competitive nature and the desire to prove your chosen asshole wrong should take over.
Hobbit ConHey there,Hobbit Con1 year ago in Personal More Like This
I’ve been asked to submit some pictures from the HobbitCon2.
Unfortunately, most of the rather few pictures I made are quite crappy for I asked too much of my simple camera.
Also my best friend, who went with me, said if I submit any pictures featuring her, there will be trouble.
And when a gnome like me made any pictures from the stage, there were always quite a lot of heads in the way, plus I forgot completely to make any photos on the first day.
So have mercy on the little I can show you.

The immature version of a barbary drake (adults coming soon), they're so named for their barbarous nature (mind your fingers). Barbaries are voracious eaters, and when full grown quite capable of tackling prey larger than itself (mind you there isn't too much larger than a full grown barbary). Hatchlings display a wide variety of colour patterns, often in outrageous combinations. These bright, distinctive pelts are thought to advertise the immature drake's venomous nature to any would-be predators. Although somewhat unpredictable in captivity, whelps imprinted at hatching can be domesticated with some measure of success.

:iconcalculatus: This guy decided to make a breakdown of abilities of Blaze and Penn for me and there are some crazy stuff here!
Check it out!!!))
You gave us a few of Blaze's and Penn's abilities in the past but I decided that it wasn't good enough for me, so I fleshed their powers out some more by taking their skills and physical and spiritual properties of fire into account.
·Fire flows in his blood, making him immune to all foreign contaminants such as poison and disease.
o This would lead to regenerative healing factor since the flames would be constantly cauterizing his wounds. This is kind of like how phoenixes heal themselves.
Fire elementals are abnormally strong since fire spiritually represents strength.
·He holds a symbiotic bond with fire, and can emit* it from his body through fire breath, explosions, flame armor, rocket-propelle
Life at the moment -Last night Israel agreed and signed on a humanity ceasefire, which earlier today was even extended until 00:00 tonight. Yet even still, just now, Sunday morning here in Israel, Hamas has broken the ceasefire by shooting more missiles towards us. I can not tell you how terrifying the situation is for someone who actually live in this situation for 20 days of war, and more so, for years upon years of living under the constant threat of Hamas missiles (more than 12,000 rockets were shot towards Israel in the last 12 years!). At the same time I cannot explain to you the sadness I feel towards innocent civilians in Gaza who also live under the terror regime of Hamas, who constantly and deliberately using them as a human-shield and as leverage for its own propaganda!Life at the moment -10 months ago in Personal More Like This

Recoloristas sueltos en DeviantART.Hola, gente;Recoloristas sueltos en DeviantART.4 months ago in Personal More Like This
On the Subject of Tribute PiecesIn our time as a group, we have received pieces that were made as "tributes" to recent disasters. Pray for Japan pieces, Pray for Poland pieces, and of course, 9/11 pieces. On the Subject of Tribute Pieces3 years ago in Personal More Like This
As we have said before, we will not be accepting any of these pieces. In addition, we are instating a rule that all deviations must depict an event at least ten years old. Anything depicting an event that is less than ten years old is considered "current events" and does not belong in our group.
The reason we're doing this is because tribute pieces are really often in poor taste. Your intentions might be good, but when you make a tribute piece with Hetalia characters, it's kind of turning a tragedy into a fandom event.
Not to mention, most survivors of those events and even people who weren't affected directly by said events do get offended by Hetalia being used to depict tragedies that are all really still fresh wounds.
Think about all of this through the victims' perspectives. If you're moved to emotion because of

*puts on tinfoil hat* What Frozen is really about!Watched Frozen today and it was quite the mess of Scandinavian culture and stereotypes. Don't get defensive if you really love the movie. It was indeed a cultural mess, but in an entertaining way. Also, while watching it, I unintentionally came up with a somewhat sinister theory of what is going on behind the scenes of the main story. (Keep in mind this is just for fun. I can't imagine this was what Disney was thinking. Consider it an alternative interpretation of the Frozen universe)*puts on tinfoil hat* What Frozen is really about!1 year ago in Personal More Like This
While it takes place in some Disney fantasy country called Arendelle, it's clearly strongly inspired by Norway, what with all the mentions of fjords and such. But the people in the royal city are wearing clothes that looks like a mix between Swedish and Norwegian dress and they raise a maypole which is mostly a Swedish tradition in Scandinavia (it's still done a few places in Denmark too and even fewer places in Norway, so really, it's seen as a Swedish thing). At one point they meet a shopkeeper who

[Tutorial] Creating Dust And Atmosphere in IrayA video version is here.[Tutorial] Creating Dust And Atmosphere in Iray2 months ago in Personal More Like This
I learned this method from jag11 on the DAZ3D forums, who is thanked for permission to use it in this tutorial!
In 3Delight there's no way to create atmosphere or godrays (the rays that are visible when light passes through dust or particles). There are products to facilitate (one of them mine), but most are either not the easiest to use or ultimately just a faking of a feature the engine lacks. Many artists use postwork instead.
DAZ Studio 4.8 Beta's new Iray engine also lacks a native mechanism for creating atmospheric volumes - but it can be easily convinced to produce them! They will come from your lights and react to objects in your scene. I did a test image of Jack Tomalin's Chapter House Iray scene (free to Plat Club members

THE HOBBITGuys, you gotta see this.THE HOBBIT2 years ago in Personal More Like This
The first thing I would like to say is: REVIEWERS SHOULD READ THE BOOK.
Ooh, what a concept.
You know how I know a movie is going to be good? When the Chronicle's reviewer doesn't like it. (Except for Twilight because I can agree on that.)
Anyway, reread the first sentence.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING THREE YEARS FOR THIS MOVIE.
Three years? Yes, from the day in 7th grade when my radio station announced, "Peter Jackson will be making The Hobbit; he was just having financial difficulties." And then I was out of bed, yelling my head off, running into walls and smashing down the hallway. I arrived in the living room and shouted the news to my dad. He stared at me like I'd gone mad and probably burned his toast.
I've been counting down ever since.
And this movie was not disappointing. Martin Freeman is THE PERFECT Bilbo. I loved him already from BBC Sherlock, but this....I can't even....And all our favorites were back: Gandalf, Elrond, Galadriel....
Now, some of y
Care For The Animals!I'm tired of being harassed because I'm veagan and a proud member of the PETA team! People need to learn to be more accepting of differences and variety! I try my best to help all animals in anyway possible! If I get a change I will volunteer at a shelter to spend some time with animals! I see all life as beautiful from the tree, horse, cat, and even grass. It's all amazing and the farming industries are cruel locking up those poor mother cows being basically raped and constantly pregnant just so they pump out milk. Humans are the only animal that drinks milk when adults, that should say something! It's not natural nor to drink another species milk! The cow's babies are often taken away especially if it's a male he will be taken away to make veal, (a tender calf meat) they have no room outdoors and are in stalls so cramped they can't turn around! These are only a few examples of how cruel humans can be, please be compassionate. For more information visit www.peta.comCare For The Animals!2 years ago in Personal More Like This

I'm boredso I decided to write this down just in case. There will be added more.
It'll be in english. Sorry if I make a mistake and don't be afraid to tell me if I really do.
When did you started to draw?
It's a good question. I could be 2 years old. I remember when I drew and elephant bathing in a river and my blue pencil broke, so I drew the water with red. xD Another one was made in the kindergarden. It was a camel and I still didn't get it back. I drew for competitons (dinosaur drawing contests, sometimes I drew cars or spaceships). In the school I didn't really concentrate on drawing because of my grades, but in the seventh grade I 'started it over'.
When did you join dA?
In 2011. I was still 12 years old.
Why do you draw dragons all the time?
First of all; I don't draw dragons all the time. Yes, I love them, but I draw a lot of other creature and la
