The city was in chaos. Crime had completely taken over it. Starfire already heard of the dangers that lurked in the city and learned that after a breakout from the prison, the police completely barricaded off a section of the city to stop the dangerous crooks from escaping.

Communication and ties between the villages were good with interaction that has never been seen before. One village that has changed was the newly restorated Konoha.
The village hidden in the leafs now looks like what it was like before Pain destroyed it. Many inhabitants of this village died in the war and they have been marked as much as heroes as the ones who lived and they’ve continued their lives remembering their sacrifice and learning from the mistakes of the past.
