Here it is...
You require the following ingredients:
1 1/3 cup joshinko (rice flour. Or you can get rice flour and grind it, but it must be ground just enough so it's as a flour. Any wheat grinder would work well. Just use the electronic one. I did it by hand and it hurts>>)
Making the rice dumplings:
Put rice flour in a bowl and add warm water. Knead the dough well (or just use a metal spoon if you want to). Make small round dumplings (the size of rubber balls). Place the dumplings in a (vegetable) steamer and steam them on high heat for 10 min. Cool the dumplings and skewer them in bamboo sticks. (3-4 dumplings each stick.)
Making the sweet sause:
Mix water, sugar, and soysauce in a pan and put it on medium heat. Mix the water and katakuriko starch in a cup an

25 Things I learned being a Comic Artist in 2011The following list contains intense amounts of SARCASM for the purpose of satire and humor.25 Things I learned being a Comic Artist in 20113 years ago in Personal More Like This
1. Never offer artistic advice or hint at the possibility that the way young and inexperienced groups of artists work might in some way be flawed.
2. Every comic must be inherently drawn better and be funnier than the last.
3. Humor is NOT relative/subjective.
4. Nothing is funny. Ever.
5. Even the most trivial aspects of your comic must be taken 100% seriously.
6. Failure to incorporate conflicting suggestions for improvement = incapable of accepting criticism.
7. Trying to quelch flame wars also inexplicably = incapable of accepting criticism.
8. Trying to explain your artistic decisions = incapable of accepting criticism.
9. Having lots of watchers = having an inflated ego.
10. Reaching the frontpage = getting Daily Deviation.
11. Every character you draw (even ones you do for commission/jobs) = your personal opinions and beliefs which you must obviously follow rigidly IRL.

The Pied Piper
In the tale of the Pied Piper, we have a village overrun with rats. A man arrives dressed in clothes of pied (a patchwork of colors) and offers to rid the town of the vermin. The villagers agree to pay a vast sum of money if the piper can do it – and he does. He plays music on his pipe which draws all the rats out of the town. When he returns for payment – the villagers won't cough up so the Pied Piper decides to rid the town of children too! In most modern variants, the piper draws the children to a cave out of the town and when the townsfolk finally agree to pay up, he sends them back. In the darker original, the piper leads the children to a river

SPIKE updatesJust thought I'd share with you guys some updates on the progress of finishing my "SPIKE" novel.SPIKE updates2 years ago in Personal More Like This
A lot of people have asked me how it's going, when it will be published and stuff. I really appreciate getting asked these things because it shows that people are actually interested in my writings, and that it just such a great feeling
I've got two news for you guys today though: one bad news and one good news. Let's start with the bad news.
I haven't finished writing SPIKE yet.
And I honestly don't know when it will be finished - which oddly enough brings us to the good news:
I've made a new, major decision in the SPIKE story that I think a lot of you will be happy to hear. As usual I don't want to spoil too much, but there is a part in the story where Spike and Sam are separated from each other for quite a long while. At first I was planning on only writing from Spike's point of view, like, what he's experiencing during this separation period. I figured that since he's the main cha
Full List of Similar GamesEDIT: I updated the list, finally. I'm so sorry for being so lazy haha, I didn't add in anyone's suggestions for ages. For now, I just added the ones I was given the most information for. If you named a game but gave me no other information, I implore you to comment again with a link, synopsis and credit! Again, I'm sorry for the wait.Full List of Similar Games2 years ago in Personal More Like This
I got a few requests to include the list in a seperate journal entry, so here it is! I was also requested to include download links/info etc to the games. I'll do my best, but I haven't got time to search for all of them/play all of them, so if anyone could provide me with links, brief descriptions, or titles of new games, that would be fantastic!
For some of the games there will be a lack in information, usually either for a plot synopsis or for warnings regarding triggers, gore, violence etc. These will usually be caused by my not having played the game, so if you see one of the listed games lacking information, please feel free to provide it
Artists Toolbox: Colored PencilsColored pencils are widely used as a fun and readily available art tool. I'm sure most if not all of us have tried our hand at colored pencils, even if it was only while we were children. While colored pencils may not be as respected as paints such as oil, acrylic or watercolors, colored pencils shouldn't be under-estimated in the impact they can and do have on the art world.Artists Toolbox: Colored Pencils2 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Different Types of Colored Pencils
Wax based colored pencils are probably the most common and readily available types of colored pencils on the market. As with any type of colored pencil, these come in varying qualities and prices.
Oil based colored pencils in my experience are not as easy to find unless you are shopping online or in an art store. These colored pencils are excellent if you are planing on coloring on wood or another similar surface. Blending oil based colored pencils ca

dA adds new CSS attributes Skinners! Must read!Okay, as per the latest dA site update found here. CSS coders are now allowed to use 3 more properties to rock their journal skins.dA adds new CSS attributes Skinners! Must read!3 years ago in Art Features More Like This
The properties are:
Lets see what can we do with these new fancy stuffs!
What does these attributes do?
1) content--> it is used to insert generated content in your HTML (Journal body for DA). Don't worry, don't worry! I'll tell you what is this "generated" content!
2) counter-increment --> it is used to insert numbers (or counters) to sections or sub-sections. I'll explain what "sections" and "sub-sections" are don't worry again!
3) counter-reset --> it is used to reset the counters
All these 3 properties are generally interlinked and are used together. But the "content" property can be used alone and has some cool usage.

We hope that we will address your concerns, but feel free to ask questions at any time!

Today we're bringing you some major changes for Film & Animation deviations, and also some new tools for deviantART muro and Sta.sh Writer!
Film submission through Sta.sh
The first major change for Film is that Sta.sh is now properly equipped to support film submissions! While it was sort of possible in the past, Sta.sh can now store and submit film files the same way other filetypes can be stored and submitted.
Keep in mind that you have to have film submission privileges in order to submit films to deviantART. For more information on this, please read this FAQ: :faq842:
Film Deviation Page Changes
The second change is regarding the layout of film deviations. The old film layout was designed with an older version of deviantART in mind, and this change places Film submissions back up to speed with the rest of the site. The Film deviation page has been updated to
