"Are you going to tell where are we going? Please?"
Big, blue eyes are looking at Sephiroth with a silent plea and the General chuckles, ruffling blond spikes. "Then it wouldn't be a surprise, don't you think?" he asks with amusement, going back to making their dinner. The first time the General started making a meal Cloud's jaw almost hit the floor. The Demon of Wutai doing something so... so ordinary? Someone call a doctor! Now the cadet is used to it and often helps in the kitchen; it's the least he can do in exchange for being saved from eating in ShinRa's cafeteria.
"I guess so," murmurs Cloud, chopping vegetables. He knows he shouldn't press Sephiroth so much, but since Zack said this surprise would be 'fantastic' Cloud has been trying to guess what it is. What could Sephiroth buy him for New Year's Eve? Everyt

"Sephiroth, Sephiroth, Sephiroth!" a loud voice called through the thick, closed door and mercilessly shattered the previous peaceful silence in the general's office.
The silver haired man ignored his SIC with the weak hope it would make him go away faster. It never did before, but as the saying goes:
'The hope dies last'.
And maybe, if he was really really quiet and didn't make a sound, maybe the puppy would think no one is in here, and would leave to find someone else to distract and annoy with whatever has him exited now.
'Knowing the puppy, it's probable a bone. Or a squeaking rubber chicken.'
But failing to answer or inviting him in had never stopped Zack from entering a room anyway. On the contrary, normally it just encourages him to try even harder.
To be true, not even trowing him through the closed d

Riku stood at the door, wondering why he was hesitating so badly. Sure, he had been gone a year (a little over maybe), but this old, old mansion was still his home. He vaguely wondered if his family had missed him at all. He admitted, guiltily, that he had barely gave a moment's thought about them while he had been away, so that might be the reason why he didn't just reach out and turn the doorknob.
He sucked in a breath. "Riku, you can do this…" he told himself firmly. He had faced down countless Heartless, vicious Nobodies and a variety of other dangers and yet, he was afraid to open the door. Then again—with all the aforementioned things that had happened to him—no one can blame him.
Shaking his head, he finally came to the decision of chickening out for another hour or so. Maybe he could go over to Sora's and call his house via phone and tell his family that he was okay? Yes, that was a good plan. But before he could put this ingenious plan into action, the young silver haired man

"I like trains."
"Oh, god. There she goes again." Tidus said, rolling his eyes. Everyone knew how enthusiastic Selphie was about life in general, but she was totally spastic when it came to the topic of trains and no one really understood why. "It's always trains this and trains that with her nowadays. I can't go anywhere without her spazzing over a train or something."
"That's not a very nice thing to say about your sister, Tidus." Sora told Tidus, frowning a little.
"But she's so ditzy!" Tidus whined. "Why can't she be normal and get a boyfriend or something?!"
The guy continued to whine and complain about his air-headed sister to anyone who was willing to listen. Riku wasn't, obviously, as he walked over to Selphie as she watched the scenery pass by.
"Hey, Selphie." He greeted. The girl turned to look at him, smiling brightly.
"Oh, hey, Riku. What's up?" she asked, giving him her full attention.
"Why do you like trains so much?" he asked, rather bluntly.
She shrugged. "Why

It didn't take long for Riku to become re-accustomed to life back in Destiny Islands. He had been rather worried that things would have changed terribly since he left that faithful day the Heartless had struck his home world. But no. Things had remained relatively the same; right down to his messy room (which was a rather touchy subject between his mother and himself).
At the moment, Riku was feeling rather accomplished with himself for avoiding another day of cleaning up his room when his mother had asked him to. He had simply made an empty promise that he would haul his rear into doing it right away and that she should stop worrying about him and more about her own health.
He smiled at the thought. Hey, he had gotten away with a messy room for a whole year. He wanted to try for two.

Cid x Vincent FanficThe battle was finally over. Cid stood there, clutching his bloody spear, over looking the battlefield. When he finally realized that the surviving monsters were retreating back into the forests and mountains, he looked up to scan the skies for any sign of him. Cid knew that he wasnt in any condition to be fighting right now. He hadnt slept or had anything to eat or drink in over a week, and he was fading fast. Finally, Cid could see a small figure come into view.Cid x Vincent Fanfic8 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
Im gonna ring his fucking neck when I get a hold of him. Cid muttered to himself as he started walking over to where the figure was descending. Great, black wings; long, demon-like claws. Yeah, thats him alright. Cid continued to walk over to the demon. As the figure slowly drifted downward, Cid picked up his pace, getting ready to kill Vincent for doing something as stupid as fighting when he could hardly stand.
First he stops sleeping, then eating. Then he follows me out

Nothing could shock Riku. After everything he had witnessed in the last year or so, he was sure that he had seen everything. This theory had been put to the test when his brothers came in one day all dressed in tight leather and sporting wicked looking motorcycles, courtesy of their uncle Sephiroth who had come and gone without a word to him—most likely having been chased off their yard by his mother and her deadly mop. He hadn't batted an eye when some crazy blond came crashing through the kitchen window, demanding where three silver haired men had gone before rushing off followed closely by a black haired man in a red cloak. He only raised an eyebrow when his father came down, wearing the most ridiculously feminine costume ever.
He just felt so 'blah' that day. He was sure that when Sora came in later, that he would be screaming and ranting and worrying like he had in the fight against Xemnas. He snickered. Heh. Xemnas. 'Man sex'.
Ten and twenty-three year olds, Ri
Every end is a new beginningCiel's red eyes turned to Sebastian, locking with his butlers. "I only expect one response from you, from now on." His eyes narrowed, and a small smirk played at his lips. "You know what that is, don't you?" Ciel asked, his hand tightening on Sebastian's shoulder.Every end is a new beginning4 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
"Yes My Lord."
Everything Sebastian had come to know had ended. His prize had been taken from him, ripped out from under his feet, and his landing had been harsh. Forever.
Ceil's temporary bonds had chained him now for all of time. They dug into his skin, holding him prisoner in his dark home. For all of eternity.
Sebastian's eyes closed. He hadn't expected this.
"Sebastian." Ciel commanded, noting his butler's lapse in concentration. He held his hand out, wordlessly waiting.
Sebastian rose, finishing tying his master's shoes, and taking the young demon's hand. He spoke not a word, because he was not prompted too. He looked over at Ciel as he led him down the stairs. His insides still burned for a taste of Ciel's soul th
Friday 13thMy vision was blurry as I opened my eyes for the first time that morning. 'It's so dark... Is it really morning?' I sighed and let my eyes slide closed. 'What day is it...?' I wondered, though I didn't even care at the moment. Then I realized that the ceiling was different than mine. '...Where am I?' I didn't care enough to open my eyes again to investigate, so I just stayed there, in that stage between awake and asleep, my mind too fuzzy to even understand my own thoughts. That's such a peaceful time of day, when you have no worries in the world.Friday 13th3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
"Andy! Wake up!" My eyes shot open as someone jumped onto the bed, hovering over my body. I couldn't even speak from the shock. I finally realized who this was above me, though. His chocolate brown eyes were filled with fear, and his lip was trembling a bit. "Vin..." I whispered, still half asleep, "what's wrong?" "It's Friday the thirteenth," he said simply, fear dripping off of his words. "...And?" His eyes widened even
