((Warning, very long))
Rue padded silently out of the apprentice den wide awake. It was early, even most of the birds were still quiet, but this was when Rue always got up. Today is a big day she thought, and with little wonder, today was the start of the last of her Gladiator training, if she passed the test, Rue would finally earn the rank of Gladiator. This had been her soul focus now for so long, Rue could hardly grasp that this day had actually arrived, it seemed unreal, yet she knew this was what she wanted, it was the only way to know whether or not Rue was ready to save her mom from the humans, Rue couldn't fail, it wasnt an option. Slinking out father around camp Rue sat and waited. Her mentor was usually rising or returning from patrol about this time aswell, when he arrived, she would learn what would be expected of her for t

"Come with me?" he asked, desperation showing in his clear blue eyes. Pocahontas turned to look at her father.
"You must choose your own path," Powhatan told his daughter with a warm and steady gaze. Pocahontas looked at her people, then at the settlers. Finally, her eyes came back to John Smith.
"I'm needed here," she said, tears forming in her eyes.
"Then," John said, his voice wavering, "I'll stay with you."
"No! You have to go back!" Pocahontas cried.
"But I can't leave you," John said, feeling pain worse than any gunshot.
"You might not have to," Lon said, coming forward. "I know a little about bullet wounds, as do some of the men. I'm sure with our knowledge, and their healer," he nodded to Kekata, "we could probably fix you up." Pocahontas looked around hopefully. Some settlers were nodding their heads and Kekata was deep in thought, already thinking of remedies. "What do you say?"
"Well, there's no question to it, if you really can heal me

Every time I see her, I cringe. Look at her - the dark shadows beneath her eyes, the slumped shoulders, the half-empty gaze that stares back at me. She's disgusting. She's a monster.
But is she real? Am I real?
I don't know.
Maybe she's the real one and the reason she looks the way she does is because she always sees me and is terrified that something horrible will happen. Maybe I'm the real one and I'm terrified that she's going to let that something occur.
Or maybe we're just the same person and I'm letting my thoughts become too unraveled. There's no such thing as another side to a mirror. It's just a piece of glass that reflects that which is in front of its surface. But then again, what do I know? Not much, if I'm being completely honest.
There are times where I'll pass my reflection and stop, stare at her, and the urge to do nothing more but take her hand and say I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything I've said t

"How can it be? We saw you die in the belt of fire." Spyro said with tears coming to his eyes.
"The chronicler chose me to chronicle the new age, so he brought me out of the after life. I must say that it is an honor to be doing this." Ignitus replied.
"So all you get to do is watch what's going on in the world and writ it in these books?" Cynder asked.
"Yes, but I get to keep an eye on you two and the guardians. Speaking of which they are very worried about you two. They still don't know if you made it out alive or not." Ignitus told them.
"And we would like to keep it that way, for now at least." Spyro said.
"We don't want to go back to Warfang where we would get no time with each other. We want to live in peace." Cynder said as she put her head on Spyros shoulder.
"Is that so? Well then I know the perfe

Not love or lust.
I'm in need of no friend or foe.
My enemies despise who I've become.
I used to smile and laugh.
A butterfly of the social life.
My world has darkened and I have submerged myself within it's shadows.
There's no light here.
The ticking has made me numb.
I can no longer feel.
I'm no longer human.
Was I ever?
Emotions are nothing to me now.
Just ink on a fading page.
There's nothing left to give.
Nowhere to hide my pain.
This creature I've become has eaten at everything I love.
Burnt walls and crooked window panes.
I'm nothing now.

Spyro quickly ran into her arms and hugged her tightly. Flame and Gravel stood there eyes wide and mouths open. They couldn't believe that they had attacked Icis' son. They turned to try to sneak away.
"Don't think that I'm gonna let you two off easily." Icis said to them scaring them both.
"Don't worry mom, they were only doing their jobs." Spyro said trying to get them out of trouble.
"Yeah, we would have beat them anyway." Cynder said.
Gravel shot her an angry glare at her. She ignored it and went back to looking at Spyro and Icis.

"We found her washed up on the shore while on patrol, she must have drowned while we were traveling," A warrior spoke grimly. Crystalpaw didnt even bother to turn around and see who had spoken. Nononono what's hapening t me!? She thought, her own mind seeming to screech inside Crystalpaw's head. She placed a paw on her sister as she wailed. She was an apprentice, and after loosing both her mentor and now her sister in just a short moon the she-cat felt like she had the right to grieve withouth being looked at like a kit. Cougarpaw, Nightmarepaw and Muddypaw stood off to the side, their faces somber as they whatched the wailing tabby.

Spyro: Dark Descendents pt.2Cynder frantically searched the forest for hours, searching behind every tree but did not find the purple dragon.Spyro: Dark Descendents pt.24 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
She went to the cave that they found Meadow in hoping to find him there. There were no traces of anyone living there, except for the little critters scurrying around the cave. Even after hours of searching she never gave up knowing that he was out there.
She walked back to the entrance of the cave and looked to the sky, the sun starting to set.
"Spyro where are you?" she asked herself.
Cynder took to the air again with hope starting to vanish, but in her heart she knew she would find him.
As Cynder was flying over the tree tops she heard someone fighting in the distance. Cynder quickly landed and merged with the shadows to sneak up on the battle.
When she arrived she saw four Grublins standing on top of a dragon. Cynder got a closer look and saw that it was Spyro! She quickly attacked the Grublins and defeated them with her poison breath.
When they were all disposed o

They both met up with Flame and started flying to the forest.
"So what is this school like?" asked Spyro after a big yawn.
"Well, it's at the temple and it's not that hard really. The first class we have is flight combat, then we have dragon history then we finish with element training." Flame answered.
"The only part of this school that we need to work on is history. We already know our elements and combat skills." Cynder said a little upset.
"Then you two should handle this easily. Here we are at the temple." Flame announced.
They arrived at the very same temple that Spyro and Cynder lived until Cynder ran away. But it was different than before. Of course everything was rebuilt from the last attack and all the fungus was cleared out. They walked into the training room w
