Actually I thought some days beforehand about what I'd like to write and in the end it's pretty simple:
If anybody tells you horrorfying stories about midlife-crisis and world's end at 30: smile. Because 30 is a great number. Damn straight!
I only wish my 31rst year on the planet will be as great as the last. I always wondered why so many people look back and think their youth was the very best time they had when all the awesomeness is straight ahead. I never felt more whole and aware than I do now. Sometimes I dislike looking at the upcoming week but mostly I am happy I am moving on like a locomotive.

Some thoughts:
Before you decide you want to have product XY for a con or general sale, you have to check what you can actually do.
Auntie Google is ALWAYS your best friend for it. It's doesn't do any good if you ask me where I get my (locally made) products if you need information for Canada. Or... Hawaii. Or... Brasil. It also doesn't do any good if it's not even the best price and service YOU might get.
Things you should consider (this example is basically for PRINT):
- do I want to print locally?
- how much do I want to spend on the actual printing
- do I need extra software or help to get the data done (basically Photoshop and Indesign are always your best friends in that case)
- how much sh

Probably like some of you here, I started drawing after seeing characters on the television and tried to imitate them. it is an amalgamation of influences mixed with personal sensibility....
it is perpetually changing and evolving
and it is not a trademarked property
see, i personally am a mix of influences from michael turner , adam hughes, marc silvestri, alex ross a few concept artist, and my design is greatly influenced by stan winston studio
my cartoonyer style is influenced greatly by disney and don bluth with a dash of manga and a healthy dose of j scott campbell who can probably tell you a similar story about the origins of his own style
its the nature of humanity people.
we stand on each others shoulders striving for greatness. so too will i influence quite a few artists who will adapt my own approaches into their workflow.
