It might take me a while to make, so I want to be sure that people would find it useful before I actually start making it, lmfaoooo.

Click on Shape Dynamics (it should be highlighted).
>Set the Size Jitter drop-down menu to Pen Pressure.
Click on Scattering (it should be highlighted).
>Set the Scatter to 50% and the drop-down menu to Pen Pressure.
>Set the Count to 8.
>Set the Count Jitter to 80% and the drop-down menu to Pen Pressure.
Click on Other Dynamics (it should be highlighted).
>Set the Strength Jitter drop-down menu to Pen Pressure.
Click on the top right corner pull-down menu on the brushes window. Click on "New Brush Preset." Name your brush. Doing this saves your brush.
NOTE: The scattering is where this brush is most effective. If you want softer blending, decrease the scatter. If you want rougher blending, increase it. Feel free to use these settings on different brush shapes as well for different effects (such as watercolor, oil, etc. Try all those different textured brush shapes provided by Photoshop and di
