An artist on Twitter made this LOGO for me, based on my DeviantArt name "Rick Kills Pencils" using the FONT from Breaking Bad. He looked up the chemical equivalent to my name using the PERIODIC TABLE OF ELEMENTS AND CHEMICALS [link]

I added my photo, drawing of Walter White, website URL and his credits. I'm now using it as my Twitter Profile Photo (www.twitter.com/rickfortson) :D

Side note: When I joined DA, I wanted the name "Pencil Killer" because that's what people called me on StarsPortraits.com but it was taken.
The meaning I wanted it to have was that I "USED" a lot of pencils, because I do. Now 2+ years later, it sounds a bit arrogant to me, but don't want to change it now, since everyone knows me by that name.

Yep, it's me! No idea why I've never drawn a self-portrait before.
I guess 'cause usually I really hate photos of myself. :invisible:
I'm 24 years old, I'm 5'3", I weigh about 100lb, I have blue eyes,
chipmunk cheeks, and green and blonde hair. About half the time,
I dye my hair black, and the other half, some bright and unnatural colour.

I keep saying I won't keep posting self portraits but I am due for a new Deviant ID so thought this one was pretty cool. I walked into the frame and just stood there for the exposure. I was using the Hoya ND400 to allow such a long exposure and of course le' old Manfrotto.

FUCK YEAH, CHEESEBOY.
WOAH WOAH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, KEEP YOUR PANTS ON.

It turns out working on a photo of you takes ages because you always seem to look bad to yourself. xDD

And yes. That is me.

Pencil drawing, done using my own photo as a reference: [link]

I'm positively surprised, as I didn't really have too many problems with this work. Maybe it's because of it's simple composition or because I hadn't been drawing for such a long time, that it was simply a pleasure to hold a pencil in my hand again after such break. :)

Aaand...
Hairhairhair!
I want to draw a lot of hair!
It was deffinately the most enjoyable part of this drawing for me.

Hope you like it. :)

YAY DOCTOR WHO MEME! Btw, if you want to see my favorite DW spoff...( [link] )

Anyway, explanations:
1. That's me. I have the same nose as the ninth doctor. Yes, it's that big XD

2. No explanation needed.

3. I started with the new series, starting with the first episode of season one. I like to go in order.

4. The "Are you my mummy" thing was AWESOME. I loved it. A lot. It had the best jokes, and had the introduction of Captain Jack Harkness, plus, the Doctor DANCES.

5. I loved the Ninth Doctor, although the 10th is right behind him. My ideal Doctor would be 9.5 so that I could have the passion of 9th and humor of 10th.

6. I LOVE ROSE. She's the only companion for the Doctor in my opinion. The only other companion I liked was Cpt. Jack!

7. Lazy drawing. But I love Rose and the Doctor.

8. Tell someone that on the street. I dare you.

9. The Beast in the "Satan Pit" and "The impossible planet" were my second favorite episodes. Just facinating. Toby made a fantastic antichrist.

10. COLONIAL TIMES, FTW! I want to meet the founding fathers.

11. Cpt. Jack Harkness was walking fanservice for Season one, especially since most people don't find my dear Christopher Ecclestion attractive.

12. I keep expecting the Doctor to run into Cpt. Kirk and his crew. That would become my new favorite episode.

13. GOSH THIS MEME WAS SO LONG!! D<

'Set the controls for the heart of the sun'... Good old Pink Floyd song. Thought the title suited this image, seeing though I was getting ready for sunrise and madly getting excited. Not every day do I shoot sunrise..

This is actually full moon an hour before sunrise.
