“Mae, your father and I will be leaving for quite some time. You will be in the care of your grandparents now,” said a slender woman with dark shoulder length hair. She showed off the whites of perfect teeth. “Will you be okay, darling?”
Not even the quietest sound escaped from the timid young girl.
“Honey, your mother asked you a question, you should respond,” stated the gentlemen who sat across from the woman who spoke. He rubbed his freshly shaved face as he waited for a response.
“Maybe she’s just a little hurt about the situation,” a gentle voice said. It came from a beautifully aged woman who was cutting into freshly baked apple pie. “This is a lot to take in for her age. Darren had to deal with a similar situation when he was mu

The cool breeze made Mae realize she was still alone on the grassy field. Roy was supposed to home back to his house the next day. Rena licked Mae's small tanned hands to remind her she still has her Pokemon by her side. She let her body rest against mother nature's green blanket and started to contemplate what her next course of action was.
Roy, how could you do this for me. Are you that desperate?
Mae took a blade of grass and tickled Rena's nose with it. Rena's snorted and Mae cheered up. She quickly sat up and grabbed a notebook out of her book bag. Her finger crossed over several pages and Mae's face lit up.
"Well- looks like all my appointments are over and I think I should take a break. Maybe I should go visit Nero like he suggested in his letter, what do you think Rena?"
Her Ninetales Rena nudged up against her face in agreement. She missed Mae's childhood friend too.

“Easy Carter! You'll break my back one day.” Nero grinned and readjusted his hat which started to slide off his head from the heavy pat.
“I can't wait to beat you. You managed to see Lugia, your goal was accomplished! I seriously need a goal too. I bet you'll be a gym leader in less than a year! You've got everything.”
Mae smiled in the distance at Carter. Although she was far away, he noticed her eyes were different. They looked sad and empty-and he knew it wasn't due to his departure. He attempted to push her buttons like he usually does to make her agitated.
“You've even got a cute cry baby by your side!” Carter said out loud. He wanted Mae to hear him from where she was. Carter elbowed his light haired friend. Nero looked over at Mae and tried to smile.
“I'm not a cry baby!” Mae yelled out. Her

Mudkip playfully rolled in the pile of letters on Nero's bed.
"Hey! Don't do that!"
Nero grabbed the letters that were underneath his trusty Pokemon and skimmed over all the words. He sighed.
"So boy, ya think I should finally mail all these out to the Blackwell household?"
Mudkip nodded innocently.
"She's never written to me I hope she doesn't kill me the next time I see her for doing this. It could ruin anything she has between herself and any person right now. She's probably seeing Roy right now.. That's probably why she hasn't written to me. I gotta admit, he's good with the ladies.."
He gripped one of the letters and accidently crumbled it.
"Oh, shoot. UGH. I'll just start putting them in envelopes now."
He went over to his packed office. There were mounds of paperwork on his desk that he had to sort through and approve. He had a lot on his plate as a new gym leader. However, he couldn't get one girl off his mind..

"Hey.. Mae? Is that you?" called out the nicely dressed Roy Blackwell.
The male was wearing a black pin striped tuxedo that was nicely pressed. It was complimented with a white collared dress shirt and a satin red tie. His dark hair was styled and tousled with gel for the special occasion.
He had spent the entire night searching the crowd for Mae. He saw her silhouette from where he stood and was certain it was Mae.
"There you are. I haven't seen you all night. What are you doing out here?"
The scent of cinnamon candles drifted in the air and pleasant holiday tunes could be heard coming from the packed mansion. The Blackwell family was known to host some of the greatest parties. However, this did not perk even a bit of interest in the young girl that leaned against one of the mansion's pillars.
As he approached the girl, his grey eyes widened.

Life is too short to hold on to something that causes suffering.
It is with the same pleasure that you gave me, that I release the need for you in my life.
All the experiences we shared, still exist, but now It is just my recollection, my interpretation, my imagination, my articulation, my expression, my rendition, my explanation, my version, my story.
I am the protagonist in my life. You are a chapter.
A blank book awaits eagerly, inviting the bleeding ink of my experiences, to drip into markings that tell my story in the most imaginative of ways. So when I am old and grey, about to leave this earth, I will read it once more, walk away proud to have been able to experience it twice, once in presence and once in memory.

I rubbed my chin, not looking away from Ghetsis. "Oh I AM DAMN READY!" I roared.
Reshiram reacted roaring thunderously and stepping forward into battle.
N was watching us with intent eyes. Specifically at me. He met my eye and nodded. I nodded back and looked up at Reshiram.
"Looks like we still have one more battle, Reshiram. Are you up for it?" I asked.
Reshiram roared in reply, her flames blazing even more.
I'll take that as a yes.
"Heidregon, you know what to do." Ghetsis muttered, waving his hand lazily. His Heidregon nodded and swooped forward towards Reshiram.
I sharpened my glare at him, and pointed my finger at Heidregon. "Reshiram! Use Dragonbreath!"
Reshiram followed, breathing in an amount of air before letting out a very large amount of Dragonbreat. Unfortunately, Heidregon, avoided the attack and swiftly used Dragon pulse, hitting Reshiram directly.

I slowly opened my eyes. There was nothing but darkness. Am I dead? No I can't be dead. I can still feel the pain in my chest and back. Where was I? The last thing I remembered was an explosion of darkness coming from the dragon of that sword. Now I was floating amidst a mass of darkness. Just floating. Nothing to do. No one to fight. Nothing. Just me and the darkness.
I sighed and leaned back. Not much I can really do. With any luck I'll be let go at some point. I closed my eyes. Not like it was much of a difference. Darkness from my eyelids is pretty much the same as darkness from wherever the hell I was.

I have black hair and brown eyes, overall not to attractive. I'm pretty much your average geek/nerd I love anime, manga, video games and the like. I got straight A's and I graduated high school a half a year early. I'm currently looking for college classes online. I'm not totally sure what I'm gonna do yet but hey I got time right? I'm timid and shy in real life but I get more confidence online as my persona Wolfboy; I just work better online or alone then I do with a group of strangers or people I don't feel comfortable around. Which is actually why I'm looking for college online. There is one thing I have a weird interest in.

Whatever it was, it had to of had a huge amount of force placed behind it. A few seconds later I heard a small object hit the ground. I lowered my sword and looked around on the ground. At my feet stood a small, black bullet that was sizzling with a tiny plume of smoke rising off of its surface.
I picked up the bullet and turned it over in my hand. It was quite warm still, but cool enough for me to at least handle now. It wasn't a typical bullet. Most bullets are metallic and normally caved in after they make impact with a hard surface. This one was still in the shape of a bullet and seemed to be made of some sort of I don't know scaly substance. I could see tiny lines snaking along the surface that told me this wasn't made from conventional means. I presse
